Yan Fei looked toward the source of the voice, and his eyes landed on a woman dressed in white.
Despite being fully covered, there was an air of nobility about her that he could feel radiating toward him.
“Who are you?”

The commander of the ard police hurried forward and explained the situation.

The intensity of that look nearly brought Xiang Minhai to his knees!
“Prepare the silver needles, the more the better!”
Yan Fei ordered, for any thod that could save those villagers was a good thod at this point!
Soon, the silver needles were purchased, several large bundles of them.
And they were handed to Xia Weibao.
Xia Weibao took them and turned to leave, not even leaving behind a glance.
“I’ll go in and take a look,” Yan Fei said.
“Your Excellency, you must wear a protective suit first!”

Walking further in, he finally saw so people in front of a two-story building.
The villagers, seeing that the ard police had co in, all looked wary and hostile.

Yan Fei’s expression darkened, “Put your guns down!”
They were all citizens of Huaxia, not criminals!
Amidst the hostile gazes, he walked in.
He saw several beds arranged in the hall, and each bed held a patient whose face was covered with pustules.
The woman in white moved among them, using the silver needles to treat each patient.
Yan Fei did not interrupt until an hour later, when Xia Weibao had sealed the acupoints of all the patients, that he finally let out a sigh of relief.
When she looked up, she saw Yan Fei standing at the doorway.
And he nodded to her.
Xia Weibao withdrew her gaze and looked towards the patients, “Don’t move around, just lie there for now, wait until I’ve figured out the prescription before removing the needles.”
After speaking, she walked outside with Yan Fei.
Initially, she hadn’t had a good impression of those high officials in the governnt, but Yan Fei’s words just now had altered her view of this man.
The fact that he didn’t wear protective gear to co in impressed her even more.
“I didn’t expect you to be so bold, simply walking in here without fear of catching the plague?”
Yan Fei chuckled lightly, “If you, a frail woman, aren’t afraid, and I, a grown man, am scared, that would be quite indefensible.”
Xia Weibao scoffed, “I’m not afraid because I’ve taken dicine, which prevents infection.”
Yan Fei’s expression changed.
Damn, a miscalculation!
He had thought himself quite safe.
Seeing his expression contort slightly, Xia Weibao couldn’t help but laugh.
Taking a dicine bottle from her pocket, she tossed it to him, “Considering what you said earlier, I’m giving you a pill. You can only take one, I don’t have many left, I have to keep so just in case.”
