Now this fire wiped out the entire Watson District, cleaning out those sticking like gum on the land, leaving behind a fertile ground waiting for developnt, capable of offsetting the losses from past Taiping Continent incidents.
Compared to potential investnts and gained interests, losing a few lives is insignificant.
Moreover, these ’low-quality population’ were always a developntal burden for Night City; fewer of them is a blessing.
