God knows where this group of Vortex Gang lunatics snatched it from.

The drone’s bullets are just enough to scratch it, even the large-caliber machine guns on the hovercars can’t penetrate it instantly.

Huang Ban’s armored vehicle seed like a stray dog on the roadside in front of it, kicked to death with a single stomp.

The Huang Ban agents hurriedly dodged the truck; no one dared to stop it, and the defense line was imdiately breached. The Vortex Gang convoy behind followed closely and rushed into the street, even the driver held a steering wheel with one hand and a submachine gun with the other, recklessly firing at the agents on the street and in the buildings.

The numbers far exceeded those of Huang Ban’s agents, compensating for the lack of firepower, pinning the Huang Ban agents in street shops down, barely allowing them to lift their heads.

When the drones in the sky switched to rockets, ready to sweep the street clean, a bullet from afar precisely hit its gyroscope and pierced through the entire body.

Standing on the rooftop balcony, Panam pulled the bolt, a big shell ejected, her ponytail waving in the night wind.

"Whoever wants to fight company dogs, I’m damn well here to lend a hand."

She ca in her personal capacity; Sol couldn’t control this mad woman and could only let Panam go.

The street beneath her feet was already flooded with rcenaries’ vehicles.

"Charge! It’s ti to show these Huang Ban lackeys what we’re made of!"

"I’ll twist their heads off and use them as chamber pots!"

Ordinarily, if you asked the rcenaries to assault the Huang Ban troops like this, they definitely wouldn’t have the guts.

But with a leader taking the charge, and with such overwhelming numbers, even a motley crew can greatly bolster courageous resolve.

rcenaries, gangsters, Wanderers, Huang Ban agents—the combined rival forces of two or three thousand people engaged in a bloody clash on this street.

They fought for every building, every alley, every room, and even every wall.

Facing enemies from all directions, Huang Ban agents felt as if they were battling against the entire world.

Often, they had just repelled the Vortex Gang attacking from the stairs, when suddenly, two rcenaries wielding Mantis Blades jumped down from the ceiling.

In front, behind, above, below—as if every place hid enemies, and the Vortex Gang knew every brick of this territory better than the players.

In the sky, the drones that were originally densely packed were dropping like rain under the intertwined fire of rcenaries and gangsters, dozens of rifles forcefully creating the atmosphere of a phalanx formation.

Tonight, in just one hour, Watson District fired more rounds than Night City had in the past week combined. Shells and bullets carpeted the streets, and the roar of rocket bombs was endless.

Even in Cyberspace, nurous netrunners appeared to watch the fun and joined Lucy in attacking Huang Ban hackers.

Their participation provided players with ample breathing space, allowing more people to be deployed to besiege the BOSS.

Adam Smasher inside the building was being surrounded by dozens to a hundred players.

The ammo of the Zhuo-style shotgun in his hand was exhausted, but the players never gave him a mont to reload. The most crucial point: there was still an unknown unit on the ceiling that hadn’t made a move.

The missiles mounted on him were launched like raindrops, bombing in all directions, but the players wearing heavy exoskeletons didn’t retreat, advancing instead with heavy shields, charging through Adam Smasher’s bombardnt.

After a round of bombing, it added a few more holes to the already battered floor, but killed very few people.

Facing the squeeze from large shields all around, Adam Smasher didn’t seem to be stuck in their encirclent, attempting to leap up and break out, but the players outside wouldn’t give him that chance.

Rocket launchers, explosive crossbows, anti-material rifles, and throwing knives ca in a torrent, covering the entire area like raindrops. Even as Adam Smasher moved to protect his head with both hands and activate the Sianweistan to adjust dramatically with gas propulsion, he couldn’t avoid being blown away by a few exploding crossbows.

After stabilizing his figure in mid-air, a grapple shot from the shadows, wrapping around his legs, and before he could reach to tear apart these ropes, Wildman and Red Barrel’s four gorilla arms all powered up, pulling the ropes and yanking Adam Smasher down into a faceplant.

The players’ coordination was so skilled, it was as if they had rehearsed countless tis, barely needing orders to know what to do.

This was all thanks to the big battle at the end of the last version, where those four Power Armor soldiers were slaughtering players in the training Braindance.

The tactics originally developed against multiple Power Armor soldiers were now being used on Adam Smasher, another hyper-mode monster.

Embarrassed, Adam Smasher slamd the ground to stand, straining his legs to snap the grapple.

"You damn pests, I’ll wipe out each and every one of you!"

He was already heated, a fact evident from the steam spewing from him.

But no sooner had the words left his mouth than Natural Curl and Brother Ni charged in using Sianweistan, one thrusting a broken blade into his rear leg joint, the other swinging twin axes at Smasher’s head.

Damn it, never enough, is it?

Although Adam Smasher had Sianweistan too, with power far exceeding the players’, did they have to use it so recklessly?

During these few minutes, he watched helplessly as these fools turned it on and off dozens of tis, more frequently than he did.

His right arm blocked Brother Ni’s forceful strike, and he pulled out the broken blade stuck in the rear leg joint with his left hand.

Just as he intended to swat the two away, his head t Brother Dao who rushed up, shield in hand, in close contact.

His rear also took several electric arrows shot from a dark corner, numbing him.

This stiff mont was exploited to hamr his head with the shield a few tis.

Adam Smasher regretted it so much. If he’d known these people were so hard to deal with, he would have equipped himself fully before heading out.

If he’d coordinated with his rcenary team, the situation wouldn’t have beco like this.

As Brother Dao hamred away, he asked,

"Adam Smasher, right?"

"Second on the Lone Wolf list, huh?"

"You’re just a damn Neon dog, you really haven’t seen real gangsters, huh? Know what the Black Hand is?"
