But the other party has military technology behind them, so they must be more concerned about the stuff at the experintal base than I am. I'll just act like I'm doing them a favor.
"No problem."
Lin Miao nodded in agreent.
He believed his players would give him a satisfactory answer.
As for military technology?
Who cares?
Beg , and maybe I'll tell you.

[Brother Ni: Found a Cleaner warehouse in Taiping Continent today. The little guy dared to resist, don't they know I get more excited when they resist? We hacked our way in, swinging axes left and right, all the way from the Southern Gate to Lingxiao Palace, and our hands got sore, so we had to make a strategic retreat.]
[Wildman: Those Cleaners, really, it's just a few hundred prosthetics, yet they acted like it was life or death, chasing us through three streets with seventy or eighty people, forcing us to call our bros for a counterattack.]
[Jingluo Ecstasy: Big boss, you're aweso! When can we team up for a mission?]
[Jingluo Rage: Please sponsor us, big boss, so we can shine in Constantinople, and we'll make you the Earl of Glamorgan in the future.]
[Cop: NPCs in this ga really hold grudges. Last ti I had a professional habit flare-up, and I stopped a sex doll on the street for questioning and registration. She rolls her eyes at every ti she sees now.]
[Truth Departnt: You'll get used to it. But what good gear did you loot? Tell , because our Hell Divers need a lot of military support to safeguard Earth.]
[Brother Ni: Nothing much, mostly green items, so blue ones, nothing I can use. If you want, I'll upload them to the trading website later, and you can help yourself.]
Currently, outside of major dungeon settlents, players who loot prosthetics from Cleaners basically don't sell them to the official ga store because the prices are way too low to be worthwhile.
While the ERO hospital's recycling price is slightly lower than that of the market's prosthetic doctors, they don't ask about the origins of the prosthetics, chase invoices, or anything. They just accept them directly without asking many questions.
[Truth Departnt: More blue gear? No purple?]
[Brother Ni: Looked everywhere, didn't find any purple prosthetics.]
[Wildman: Oh co on, purple prosthetics are just extrinsic, can't you guys have so ambition? What's wrong with focusing your energy on serving the people?]
[Giant: Get lost!]
[Wildman: It's been two minutes and no one has asked about the power engine and silver badge story~~]
[Jingluo Ecstasy: Big boss, big boss, what's the deal with the power engine and silver badge~~]
[Potato: All the posers and bootlickers get out of here.]
Super Earth's Armant Division does have quite a few low-level players in need of low-grade equipnt, but the drop rate in this ga is just too low. Purple-level gear almost never drops from low-level mobs. It's either dismantled from those high-level elite monsters or bought from top prosthetic hospitals.
The forr prosthetics are easily damaged in battle, while the latter ones are ridiculously priced. Even the most common chanical prosthetic limb costs 70 or 80k, and for players, the attribute boost from a purple prosthetic is far less than that of an MT-3, making it not worthwhile at all.
Let alone golden prosthetics; they're not available on the market at all. The only way to get them is through limited-ti events, which have yielded just four in total, making them priceless treasures.
Compared to their use and market value, they're more like a status symbol for players.
And as players defeat more and more enemies, the once-rare blue prosthetics are becoming widespread, and their value is gradually decreasing. Purple prosthetics aren't in short supply; they simply aren't available.
For players whose levels are gradually increasing, they're starting to feel that their strength has hit a bottleneck.
Most people bla it on the fact that higher-level instances haven't been opened yet.
And that instance is right in front of them.
[Sword Saint: Those soldiers from Dog Town have prosthetics that start at blue quality, and I even heard from those rcenaries that there are lots of illegal prosthetics for sale in Dog Town.]
[Wig: Can't hold it in any longer, I'm going to smash Dog Town with one punch! Then drag Kurt Hansen over to be a Star Fury plow!]
[Natural Curl: Which hospital did this repressed patient escape from? Quickly, catch them back!]
[Jackal: What? There's even a Sichuan opera performance to watch!]
Chasing higher levels and more stats in gear is almost an instinct engraved in the players' genes. You ask why?
Obviously, it's to raid instances.
And why raid instances?
To loot even higher-level gear.
And then the cycle repeats over and over until the ga is beaten completely, or the servers shut down.
Only a very few gas can completely break away from this traditional value-chasing gaplay; Future Horizon clearly can't.
Without stats, you'd just be a roadside victim dissected by Cleaners, instead of raiding Cleaners' bases.
[0.7 Version Preview "Dog Town Enigma"]
[W: Greetings, players. I'll be showcasing the content of this version preview to you all.]
[Before announcing the update content, our production team would first like to thank the player community for their continuous efforts on the front lines. Without their contribution, we wouldn't have today's achievents, nor would we be able to showcase our creativity to you all.]
[Sincere thanks OTZ]
[Next, we'll introduce the new content that will roll out in the 0.7 version, three days from now.]
[First up is the new map. The long-anticipated Dog Town will open in the new version. As the highest-level map currently available, it's hiding unknown past secrets of Night City along with countless risks and treasures waiting for you to discover.]
[But Dog Town is heavily guarded, with strict entry and exit managent. Passing the Netherworld Dog's inspection is no easy feat. Therefore, players must apply for a travel permit from , W, in order to enter Dog Town.]
[Travel Permit: 2000 Orokin 1500 GP points, and once entered, unless under special circumstances, you can only leave after death or waiting three days in Dog Town. Forcing an entry might result in getting killed on the spot by the Netherworld Dog Team.]
[PS: In the new version content, players may further encounter runaway AI, so please approach it with caution.]
[Additionally, the new version will feature a new line of prosthetics. We've secured a batch of 'unfinished' oversized weapons for players. They can help turn the tide of battle, but they co with a hefty price and side effects (including but not limited to brain death and self-destruction), so please choose wisely.]
[Moreover, we've noticed many players complaining about Night City's food safety issues on the forums, so in the new version, we're also launching "Delicious Dining Hall." Players can enjoy a safe al for just 50 Orokin. If you have good ideas, you can also apply to be a chef in the dining hall, providing nutritious and delicious als for the massive player base.]
[At the sa ti, the ERO service will expand to Taiping Continent, so players no longer need to worry about missing ergency aid due to delayed dics and having to wait three days for revival.]
[PS: As players' influence on the year 2076 continues to grow, their decisions in this version will further influence the content direction of future updates, so please choose wisely.]
[Finally, there is the issue of distributing the most sought-after ga accounts.]
[As the number of players is gradually increasing, there won't be massive account distributions like before. Instead, 50 ga slots will be released every 24 hours, and this number will increase after future updates. Currently, the ga starting point is still at Stone Ridge Mountain.]
[W: Enjoy the ga]
