[Johto Region, Days Later, Azalea Town – Outskirts]
Days later, I've had my Pokémon Johto Team spar with my Kanto Team. Both sides are learning a lot and can perform well under intense situations, along with my Pokémon from my Boxes, teaching them what they know.
Add to the fact that I have my Gravity Training team, Alakazam, Porygon, and Chansey, my Johto Team has been through the ringer. But their seeing my main Kanto Team only drove them to get stronger, in an attempt to surpass them.
Not only that, but thanks to my team sparing them, Larvitar finally evolved into Pupitar. I was so happy when my little boy finally evolved as Dragonite pulled him through the ringer, and his best friend, Rockruff, congratulated him.
With my Kanto Team training my Johto Team, they increased a lot in levels. Not a massive lot, but just enough where we won't be pushed around, as I checked my Arc Phone.

Smiling at their progress, the only one left to evolve is Flaffy. She hasn't been with us long, but she's showing great progress learning under Pikachu, picking up on his moves. Not only that, but my partner seems to have an admirer.
Laughing lightly at this, I turned my attention, grabbed a golden color Poke Ball in my hand, I pocketed out my Sub-Space. The Poke Ball I had Kurt commission using up the Rainbow and Silver Feather.

This will co in handy in dealing with Celebi. Just a preparation in advance, seeing if I could capture it early before Pryce has a chance, or would I call him the Masked Man instead…
But for now, it's ti to test out Houndoom's ga Evolution. I called out to my team as they halted their training, getting their attention, "Everyone, co here for a sec! Gengar and Misdreavus stay alert and keep watch, casting their illusions so no one sees. No one gets close to this, okay?"
Gengar and my old team imdiately understood what I wanted to do. Misdreavus looked confused, but nodded, casting their illusions as no one could see us.
Turning my attention to Houndoom, I called out to her first as I showed the ga Stone, "Houndoom, we're going to try sothing new."
The mont Houndoom saw the ga Stone Houndoominite, she had already sensed sothing. It nodded seriously, eyes locking onto as I continued, "This right here is a ga Stone. Only certain species of Pokémon can evolve temporarily during battle. This one is yours, the Houndoominite. You have the potential to evolve even further. And that potential lies in this ga Stone and the Key Stone."
I explained to Houndoom as I revealed the Key Stone embedded in my glove, continuing, "It's said that when a Trainer and their Pokémon achieve perfect synchronization, the Pokémon, while holding its matching ga Stone. And the Trainer, while wielding the Key Stone, can rge their strength, allowing the Pokémon to evolve once more!"
Houndoom's eyes glead darkly, "Awoo!"
She now understood that another evolution was within her reach. I smiled, rubbing her head as no Pokémon would turn away from the chance to grow stronger, as I said, "Ok, let's give it a try!"
Placing the ga Stone of Houndominite around Houndoom's neck securely. I grasped my Key Stone, putting so distance between myself and Houndoom.
We both locked eyes, sensing an unseen force of connection forming between us. The surroundings fell eerily silent, as if every other sound had vanished, leaving only the beating of our hearts.
Having gone into practice with Scizor and Gengar with their ga Evolutions. I've done this song and dance before and…
*Shiii*
Using my Viridian Force, I can feel the connection of my Houndoom through my Key Stone. I felt her desire for power rise as she stared into my eyes, the window of the soul. We both want to beco the strongest to be the greatest that ever was, for that's our goal.
*Wooosh*
A breeze swept by as we both felt it. Our connection intertwined as I raised my glove as my Key Stone sparked to life, making my mantra promise, "The sparkle of our stone! Shall be our bond! Go beyond! GA EVOLUTION!"
*Zzzzz*
In the next instant, blinding multicolored light burst forth from both the ga Stone and the Key Stone, forming radiant beams of energy. The light streams from the ga Stone and Key Stone converged, and a second dazzling explosion of color engulfed Houndoom, forming a massive sphere of energy.
In this mont, I felt a surge of power flowing from the Key Stone, slowly transferring into Houndoom. And in turn, a fraction of Houndoom's energy traveled through the ga Stone, reaching .
The glowing sphere expanded, from within, two sharp, white, bone-like horns erged first. Next, a heavy, bone-plated armor encased Houndoom's vulnerable neck as the sphere burst open.
*CRACK*
As the sphere and radiance gradually faded, a tall, fearso, and highly aggressive-looking Houndoom stood before , letting out a mighty howl, "AWOOO!!!"
*Shiver*
I felt a shiver run down my spine hearing her proud, defiant roar. The newly ga Houndoom lowered its gaze toward , now towering over , feeling the intense heat it radiates off its body.
*Sssss*
Its dark red claws are a side effect of its new form, its ability to generate more heat. It's a good thing that Houndoom had Flash Fire as her ability, being used to Arcanine's fla, helping her maintain her current control of Fire.
ga Houndoom looked at as our eyes locked, mirroring the mont before their transformation. When it cos to dealing with ga Evolution, certain Pokémon will have their habits change because of evolving again.
One second… five seconds…
Ten seconds… a full minute passed.
Then Houndoom lowered her head, obediently allowing to place my hand over her neck, congratulating her properly, "Congratulations, Houndoom."
Houndoom happily barked, "Awoo~"
Instances of Pokémon disobeying their trainers due to sudden power boosts after evolution were not uncommon. If I had not hesitated or flinched, Houndoom might have no longer obeyed .
Seeing that she controls her heat, allowing to safely pat her, I smiled as I had Arcanine co over, "Good. With that, it's ti to test your new power out. Arcanine, you'll be her sparing partner as she'll get used to her new form."
Arcanine stepped to the field a safe distance away, barking happily, "Arf! Bark!"
With both at the ready, my Pokémon looked in awe, seeing Houndoom's new ga Form nodding in complent of her power. I read that a ga Houndoom's fire is supposed to burn their foes to ash.
*Sssss*
ga Houndoom used Flathrower on Arcanine as he took it. Thankfully, it's Flash Fire manages to absorb her fire, but the surroundings behind Arcanine are another story altogether.
A black, red blaze roared forth, striking the boulder. In just 2 seconds or less, the flas burned through the solid rock, leaving behind a smoldering, red-hot hole. I smirked seeing this.
As of now, Houndoom is my current Pokémon to perform ga Evolution from the Johto Team. Pupitar and Flaaffy should be the next ones once they unlock their final stages, showing off their new ga Forms.
My eyes darted towards Pupitar and Flaaffy. They shook as they were being stimulated by the side effects of ga Evolution of a ga Pokémon. Strangely enough, I saw this happen with Dragonite when I trained with Scizor and Gengar.
At first, I dismissed this as my Dragonite might be oversensitive to threats. But throughout my understanding of using ga Evolution is when an unevolved or final stage evolution Pokémon that can ga Evolve shake like this ans they have the potential to ga Evolve themselves.
Although I could be wrong, as I'm basing this off my own experience, it might an they're might be a ga Stone just waiting for to collect. But for now, I should shift my focus to my other two team mbers.
Pupitar, I have no issues bonding as I watched him from an Egg, raising him proudly. Flaaffy, though I hope we can achieve a true bond, show her new moves, as well as get along with each other.
Hmm… Bugsy must still be busy. I'll see what Kurt's up to after my Houndoom and Arcanine finish up with their sparring match.
