No matter how furious she felt inside, she still had to maintain her gentle, composed deanor.

"If they fail, then stop bothering with that boy for now."

"In the end," Giovanni concluded,
"we must depend on ourselves."
"Yes, Boss."

"Over the past week we've tried everything—land routes, air routes, underwater infiltration, even underground tunnels—and not one thod worked."
"And now, according to you, the League has further strengthened Pallet Town's defenses."
"I want to hear exactly how you plan to infiltrate Pallet Town."
"And don't bring up Psychic- or Ghost-type Pokémon—we've already tried that!"

Jessie's temper was explosive, making her look reckless and hot-headed—but in reality, soone capable of becoming a Team Rocket elite unit directly under Boss Giovanni could never be truly brainless.
The reason she agreed to let Cassidy and Butch's team join midway was simple:
they had genuinely reached a dead end.
Especially now that Ash had caused such a massive stir—capturing him had beco even more hopeless.
If not for this, Jessie would never have allowed Cassidy's team to step in and share their credit.
"Oh…" Cassidy drawled slowly.
"Compared to us, Jessie, your team is still far too crude."
"If you can't infiltrate Pallet Town…"
"Why not make the brat co out on his own?"
A sly, knowing smile spread across Cassidy's face.
"What nonsense are you spouting?" Jessie shot back instantly.
"Ever since our last failed operation, that kid hasn't left Pallet Town at all!"
"If he were willing to step outside, do you really think we'd still be desperately trying to sneak in?"
"Oh my~ Jessie, how can you be this stupid?" Cassidy said with exaggerated surprise.
"If I say sothing like that, of course we already have our own thod."
"You're right about one thing—our plan does involve Pokémon infiltrating."
"But our Pokémon won't just bypass all defensive forces inside and outside Pallet Town…"
"They'll be delivered directly to the kid's side."
Cassidy raised a finger and giggled softly.
"Impossible!!" Jessie barked reflexively.

"I'm the most beautiful, the smartest, and the most brilliant woman in Team Rocket."

"You've been thinking since I started talking. Do you think we can directly send Pokémon to the brat?"
"Bypassing the town's defenses… delivering Pokémon directly to the kid's side… directly deliver…"
"Wait!!"
owth's pupils suddenly shrank.
"I get it!" he shouted.
"That kid opened a skill-learning online shop, didn't he?!"
"We can disguise ourselves as custors, place an order in his shop—"

"No," Cassidy shook her head.
"He modified the Poké Ball transfer system."
