"The Walnut Room?" Ron asked.

Sailor turned its head.

Although Sailor said nothing, Ron easily knew everything that had happened to it on the island that day, thanks to his skill.

"..."

Alright.

Ron reached out and patted Sailor's head. "What's eaten is eaten. It's not a bad thing. The seasoning was a gift from him, so you have the right to decide where to use it."

Just as Ron said this, he turned his head and saw the Rattata, who had been drawn by the aroma, lining up and staring eagerly.

Willy had just finished sprinkling the seasoning when he looked up and t their burning gazes.

The two exchanged a silent look, and Willy imdiately broke character. He first let out a chuckle, then waved at the Rattata.

"Co on, there's plenty of fish," Willy said, laughing as he pointed to the nearly ter-long tuna.

In an instant, the Rattata sward around them.

What was once a worryingly large amount of fish at disappeared into the bellies of the entire Rattata horde in no ti.

Ron, who had only tasted a little, was now pulling the taro from the fire, peeling off the skin bit by bit.

"It's been a long ti since it's been this lively," Willy said, finally handing a skewer of fish to one of the Rattata's paws. He sat down next to Ron and accepted the half of taro Ron offered.

"How does it feel?"

"Not bad," Willy said. "It's nice to have so excitent once in a while."

Still, if he had to choose, he'd pick fishing quietly with Krabby.

So things are special when experienced occasionally, but that doesn't an they have to beco the norm.

"Then should I have them co over to play with you when they're free?"

Before he could finish, Willy quickly waved his hand. "No, thanks. I can't afford to feed them, really can't afford it."

Ron laughed and took a bite of his taro.

The roasted taro had a unique flavor, but because it was roasted, it was much drier than boiled. It was so dry that he had to swallow several tis after one bite.

Sailor thoughtfully handed him a coconut and cracked it open with its teeth for Ron.

"Thanks." Ron took a sip, then turned his head to see Willy, who was also choking badly.

Willy was an old hand at this, though. He took out the flask he carried, tilted his head back, and took a swig.

"The fish shop probably won't have much business these few days— by the way, after you're done here, are you planning to go back to Pelican Town for a few days?" Willy asked.

"Just for a day. I need to make a trip to the Calico Desert to buy seeds and prepare so materials."

Willy nodded thoughtfully, then pointed at Sailor excitedly. "What about it? Is it going to be busy that day?"

"Sailor—?" Ron turned to look at Sailor, who had a pleading expression on its face. "If you're planning on taking it sea fishing, we can go anyti— its work here is pretty much done."

You could even say it had exceeded expectations.

As soon as the land was cleared, Ron could start preparing to go back.

In fact, because he had enough Golden Walnuts, Ron had already repaired the teleportation totem on the farm.

This item was similar to the previous Farm Totem, except it wasn't a consumable. It was more like a teleportation circle, allowing Ron to return to the farm at any ti through it.

Thinking of this, Ron added, "Oh, right. If you guys plan on setting off tomorrow, you can just pick up at the beach in Pelican Town on the morning of the day after tomorrow."

Hearing this, Sailor imdiately cheered.

"Rattata!"

Willy also grew excited upon hearing this. He rubbed his hands together and happily started discussing future sea fishing plans with Sailor.

Listening to the two converse in different languages.

Ron chuckled and lay down on the beach.

The next day, at the farm.

After a long break from managing the household, and now with three extra workers, Indeedee got to experience the novelty of being a butler once more.

Early that morning, Indeedee got up to make breakfast for everyone. Then, following Ron's instructions, it assigned tasks to the Pokémon still on the farm, as well as to Jessie, Jas, and owth.

"The three of us are cleaning the chicken coop and the barn, ow?" owth repeated. "Didn't we clean the chicken coop and the barn before?"

Indeedee shook its head.

"How is this different, ow?" owth paused, unable to figure out what was different.

But since Indeedee had said so, after exchanging a few glances, owth and the others entered the chicken coop and began their day's work as usual.

Speaking of which, there was one new task recently.

It was to command Rotom to charge Ron's lightning rod and also to collect battery packs.

Indeedee went to the Sli Hutch and called Rotom out.

After its last escape, this Rotom had been much more well-behaved.

However, it still wasn't very obedient to Indeedee's commands. After all, in Rotom's eyes, they were both Pokémon, so there was no reason for it to listen to Indeedee's orders.

"Indeedee, indeedee!"

Rotom, use Thunder!

What it got in return was a blurry afterimage darting through the air.

Seeing this, Indeedee couldn't help but use Psychic.

The next mont, Rotom retaliated by using Thunderbolt.

Unfortunately, the lightning failed to hit Indeedee and was instead absorbed by the nearby lightning rod.

"Indeedee, indeedee!"

Easy as pie!

Indeedee thought smugly.

On the other side, in the barn.

After learning that the calendar on the bulletin board by the door marked everyone's birthdays, Jessie was worrying about Evelyn's birthday gift.

Although she was new here, Evelyn wouldn't say anything even if she didn't get a gift.

However, the feeling of ho she experienced from Evelyn touched Jessie's heart, and she still wanted to give Evelyn a present.

To be honest, Jessie quite liked that feeling. Just sitting quietly beside Evelyn, drinking a cup of tea, and listening to her chatter on about this and that could give Jessie's heart a long-lost sense of peace.

Thinking this, she looked at Shane, who was quiet and taciturn as usual.

"Hey—"

Shane turned his head and glanced at Jessie.

"Um— I want to give Evelyn a gift— do you know what she likes?" Jessie asked.

"Evelyn?"

Shane spoke up, which was a rare occurrence.

He recalled quietly for a mont, then hesitantly listed a few things for Jessie.

"—" Jessie fell silent after hearing Shane ntion tulips and a diamond.

"Tulips and a diamond?" Jas paused, feeling that this was asking a bit much.

"Oh, right— I think she also likes Stuffing?" Shane said, not entirely sure.

He had learned this from Marnie, so he wasn't too clear on it himself.

"Stuffing?"

"As for the recipe, Leah should know," Shane added.
