-------

Three months of ti.

For Cain, this was the longest developnt stage since his rebirth.

It could be said that it was an extrely valuable span.

It allowed him to calm down and clearly organize the state of his Pokémon at that mont, as well as define the direction and goals for the next period.

That’s why this stage had a profound influence on Cain.

Not only on the growth of his strength, but also on the confirmation of his future objectives.

In these three months, the most noticeable changes ca from Gengar, Slowking, Honchkrow, and Florges.

All four surpassed the level 70 barrier.

It was practically one level per month: Honchkrow, Slowking, and Florges reached level 70, while Gengar was a little faster and reached 71.

However, Cain confird that when ga evolving, a level 71 Gengar could not reach level 75.

It only reached the pinnacle of 74, that is, the start of the Interdiate Elite Four level, without being able to make the jump to level 75.

That was a huge obstacle, not easy to overco.

But the appearance of four Pokémon at Elite Four level ant one thing: Cain had already reached that level, and if he wanted, he could compete for a spot in the Elite Four of any region.

Although in theory, an Elite Four of a region should have quasi-Champion-level Pokémon, the situation in Hoenn was different, and Cain’s identity also gave him that opportunity.

Three levels in three months, at this range, was excellent progress.

If it hadn’t been for Cain abruptly improving the level of the Pokéblocks his Pokémon consud during that ti, he wouldn’t have achieved it.

In addition, the subtle and constant influence of Magearna played an important role.

Aside from that, Drapion reached level 68 and Weavile reached 69.

Both Pokémon continued strengthening their power steadily.

Cain’s growth rate would surprise anyone who knew about it.

Too fast!

Mainly because the materials he used had changed drastically.

It could be said that Cain was sustaining the progress with all the inco from the Heaven team, plus the resources of his private island and the wealth created by Diancie.

The accumulation of all that barely allowed him to maintain the current consumption.

That showed just how incredibly expensive and rare the materials he used were.

Such progress, in essence, was "stacked with money."

Perfectly understandable.

Of course, if he had used slightly less sophisticated materials, nothing serious would have happened either: progress would have just been slower.

But after the incident in which he was suspected, Cain no longer held back.

In the limited ti he had, if he could increase the strength of his Pokémon without side effects, he was willing to do it, no matter the amount of resources invested.

And besides, the reward was clear: with more power, the speed to obtain more resources also grew. It was a positive cycle.

In this world, there had to be very few who, like Cain, could use such outrageous amounts of resources for training.

Additionally, Tyranitar, Blaziken, and Aggron reached level 65.

Swampert rose to 64, and Politoed a bit slower, to 63.

Overall, his second Pokémon team showed so level differences due to the gaps in talent between them.

But that wasn’t too concerning: there would always be differences between the first and second teams, and as long as the overall level rose, those differences would shrink.

In the end, he wouldn’t have to divide them into "first" and "second" lines, but instead organize them by weather teams: sandstorm, rain, etc.

It’s worth ntioning that, after a long ti of adaptation, Mismagius finally beca completely accustod to Cain’s rhythm and battle style.

With the large amount of resources invested, her natural talent unfolded and quickly caught up with the rest.

Perhaps because she had been accumulating for a long ti, in these few months of training she rose five levels!, from level 64 to 69.

A huge improvent.

Surely it also influenced the fact that Cain started valuing her abilities much more.

After all, he discovered how impactful the power of dreams could be on humans and Pokémon.

A real dream combined with authentic interactions could deeply influence soone’s ideas.

That power could no longer be seen as a simple dream: it was a form of hypnosis, long-term and subtle.

After testing it several tis, Cain saw how effective it was.

That’s why, rather than demanding Mismagius in battle, he focused her training on enhancing her hypnosis and dream-creation abilities.

It was a capacity that, in the future, could beco one of his most valuable cards.

As a reborn, Cain already had an advantage in information; taking full advantage of it was logical.

On the other hand, Shelgon and Seadra reached level 45.

This wasn’t thanks to battles, but to the energy accumulation of the most advanced materials.

Shelgon by nature only accumulates energy, and Seadra was not yet ready to evolve into Kingdra.

His rain team did not yet have an active role, and Cain preferred to give it more ti before evolving.

As for Kirlia, she had been insisting on evolving for a long ti, but Cain prevented it.

She was on the edge of level 29, but he deliberately suppressed the evolution.

He did it for her own good.

At that mont, her quality was Dark Purple. If she evolved with the help of the quality-boosting potion, she would beco Quasi Black.

But Cain aspired to more: he hoped that upon evolving into Gardevoir, she would reach Light Black.

Among all his Pokémon, she was the one showing the greatest potential.

He couldn’t sacrifice that long-term goal for an imdiate benefit.

That’s why, even though Kirlia pestered him day after day, he didn’t give in.

To help her, almost every day Cain and Slowking assisted her with psychic powers to guide her energy, and he kept her alongside Magearna and Diancie, hoping the influence of both would benefit her.

And yes, three girls together... were quite a handful.

Finally, Riolu.

The little Riolu began official training. Every day Cain sent him to his island to battle wild Pokémon of his level.

He had already reached level 15.

Lastly, Diancie and Magearna.

Although he didn’t demand much from them in battle, he wanted them to have so strength.

Also, the higher their level, the greater the benefits they provided.

Both had reached level 55.

According to the system, after their improvents, the changes were noticeable:

Diancie produced diamonds more frequently, and Magearna’s influence had grown stronger.

So, even if they didn’t participate in battles, their levels still had to keep rising.
