Three months of ti.
For Cain, this was the longest developnt stage since his rebirth.
It could be said that it was an extrely valuable span.
It allowed him to calm down and clearly organize the state of his Pokémon at that mont, as well as define the direction and goals for the next period.

In these three months, the most noticeable changes ca from Gengar, Slowking, Honchkrow, and Florges.
All four surpassed the level 70 barrier.
It was practically one level per month: Honchkrow, Slowking, and Florges reached level 70, while Gengar was a little faster and reached 71.
However, Cain confird that when ga evolving, a level 71 Gengar could not reach level 75.
It only reached the pinnacle of 74, that is, the start of the Interdiate Elite Four level, without being able to make the jump to level 75.
That was a huge obstacle, not easy to overco.
But the appearance of four Pokémon at Elite Four level ant one thing: Cain had already reached that level, and if he wanted, he could compete for a spot in the Elite Four of any region.
Although in theory, an Elite Four of a region should have quasi-Champion-level Pokémon, the situation in Hoenn was different, and Cain’s identity also gave him that opportunity.

This wasn’t thanks to battles, but to the energy accumulation of the most advanced materials.
Shelgon by nature only accumulates energy, and Seadra was not yet ready to evolve into Kingdra.
His rain team did not yet have an active role, and Cain preferred to give it more ti before evolving.
As for Kirlia, she had been insisting on evolving for a long ti, but Cain prevented it.

Finally, Riolu.
The little Riolu began official training. Every day Cain sent him to his island to battle wild Pokémon of his level.
He had already reached level 15.
Lastly, Diancie and Magearna.
Although he didn’t demand much from them in battle, he wanted them to have so strength.
Also, the higher their level, the greater the benefits they provided.
Both had reached level 55.
