In summary, the current Sneasel already has sufficient power and has t Cain’s standards. If it manages to evolve at this point, it would be perfect.
As for the Black Sludge, it was an idea Cain ca up with on the spot.
This item is extrely powerful as it allows Poison-type Pokémon to continuously recover health while holding it, essentially giving them a special ability akin to Breloom’s.
Though Breloom heals more when severely poisoned, the Black Sludge’s effect is constant. Even so, the value of this item is incredibly high.
Additionally, this item not only provides health recovery but also enhances the Poison-type moves of the Pokémon. Cain specifically chose it for his Skorupi and Haunter, the only two Poison-types currently on his team.
With the Black Sludge, their combat abilities could significantly improve.
These two items, the Razor Claw and Black Sludge, are the best Cain could find now to strengthen his Pokémon.

Cain was puzzled. Why did he warn him to be careful but not specify what about? It was frustrating.

Seeing the data on the leader Scolipede, Cain realized the situation was getting complicated. A level 49 Scolipede was nothing like a level 40 one; the forr was barely advanced level, while the latter was already on the verge of the quasi-elite level.
The difference between the two was enormous.
Moreover, this Scolipede had a light blue quality, aning its capabilities far exceeded those of ordinary Scolipedes.
"It’s male? Then the Scolipede I captured earlier was its mate? One of many?" Cain looked at the large number of Scolipedes behind him and quickly added, "One of many."

Cain’s other Pokémon also climbed onto Tropius’s back. Honchkrow could fly on its own, Skorupi was returned to its Poké Ball, and Slowking simply found a spot on Tropius’s back, using its telekinesis to minimize its own weight.
A slightly nervous Tropius began flapping its wings, lifting into the air.
In theory, the Scolipedes should have given up upon seeing them take to the skies, but for so reason, the leader Scolipede appeared particularly enraged about the capture of the female Scolipede, perhaps its favorite. Thus, they continued pursuing Tropius on the ground.
To make matters worse, Tropius’s massive size made it difficult to maneuver between the forest trees, while the agile Scolipedes easily kept pace, right behind them.
Cain patted Tropius’s neck, signaling it not to rush, to stay calm, and just maintain a steady speed.
Although Tropius was still sowhat scared, its trust in Cain’s strength cald it a bit, and it slowed its flight.
The Scolipedes got even closer.
"If they’re going to chase us this persistently, they won’t walk away empty-handed," Cain said coldly, his dark eyes gleaming with a frosty light.
"Slowking, use Psychic repeatedly."
"Honchkrow, attack with Dark Pulse."
"Sneasel, use Icicle Crash and Icy Wind. Rember to take advantage of the large number of enemies below to practice your moves."
"Haunter, launch Shadow Ball repeatedly."
Following Cain’s orders, his Pokémon, without needing to worry about being attacked, unleashed their most powerful attacks indiscriminately on the swarm of Scolipedes.
After all, any attack would hit an enemy.
However, the Scolipedes didn’t remain idle, countering with moves like Pin Missile, Poison Sting, Venoshock, and other ranged attacks aid at Cain and his team in the air.
