Pokémon Court Chapter 884: Tyranitar’s Quick-Draw Slash

Two hundred million years ago, prominent landforms like Mt. Coronet erged, and Regigigas moved the continental plates to form various regions. Additionally, it created eternal Pokémon from clay, ice, and magma: Regirock, Regice, and Registeel. These Pokémon were likely born during the Stone Age, Ice Age, and Iron Age, respectively.

They are called eternal Pokémon because these three kinds of Pokémon can restore their injuries and stamina by consuming the corresponding substances, and to a certain extent can even extend their lifespans.

This Regirock possessed the ability to devour rocks to recover its wounds. With a swing of its arm, seven sharp stones shot toward Tyranitar, while Regirock itself steadily approached the ruins made of rock.

Stone Edge!

Ignoring Regirock’s little sche, Tyranitar directly swung its thick tail at the attack, smashing the stones into fragnts.

To the adventurers watching from afar, this scene was extrely shocking.

They cautiously moved forward, stopping at a position where they could barely make out the situation. Holding their breath and widening their eyes, they stared at the two Pokémon that had begun to fight.

After dealing with Stone Edge, Tyranitar strode forward and blocked Regirock’s path.

At the sa ti, both Pokémon were surrounded by countless grains of sand. With every movent, it seed as if they could resonate with the desert itself.

Soon, the two colliding Pokémon were pressed against each other. In that instant, Regirock was the first to raise its arm, ford of two massive gray stones, swinging its powerful and heavy fist to smash hard into Tyranitar.

With a thunderous boom, Tyranitar was knocked backward. However, as it retreated, the sandstorm that had just protected it—reducing much of the damage—rapidly condensed. Tyranitar grasped it in its hand, forming a spear of sand, and hurled it fiercely toward the center of Regirock’s body.

The two Pokémon were struck by each other’s attacks almost simultaneously and were blasted onto the ground.

But that still wasn’t enough to make either Pokémon lose the ability to fight. The mont Tyranitar fell, countless grains of sand lifted it up, allowing it to quickly stand again. Regirock’s actions were even more brutal. As it pushed itself up with both arms, the sandstorm around it was blasted away, and an enormous mass of rock ford from Ancient Power descended to suppress Tyranitar.

"Ba!!!"

Just as Tyranitar was about to get up, the massive rock mass slamd down and pinned it to the ground. To expand its advantage, Regirock imdiately drew upon the power of the earth, stomping heavily to trigger an Earthquake. Soon, a constantly sinking vortex ford at Tyranitar’s position. Under the weight of the massive rock, Tyranitar was forced underground, enduring the shockwaves of the earth’s continuous tremors.

"Not good. Tyranitar’s speed has slowed down a lot. It seems it still hasn’t adapted to this new body... So far, Tyranitar has been relying entirely on the power of the sandstorm to fight. Its sluggish physical movent has beco the fundantal reason it’s fallen into a disadvantage," Terrance realized while observing the battle.

The Float Stone breeding thod would have to continue. Fortunately, there were still plenty of Float Stones left, enough for Tyranitar to master its new body.

As for the current situation, Terrance narrowed his eyes against the blinding sunlight and quickly grasped the situation, not overly worried about Tyranitar.

Because he saw the sandstorm that was continuously gathering beneath the ground.

"Looks like soone is coming over there... hm, what bad timing. Let’s see if they can save themselves first. If not, I’ll step in." As Tyranitar sank underground, Terrance noticed four people cautiously running over from afar and showed a helpless expression.

The reason was that in the next mont, the earth began to tremble even more violently. Although the ground was made of sand, enormous cracks exaggeratedly split open across it. Imdiately afterward, the fissures spread like a spider’s web. In just a single breath, the cracks extended all the way to the four adventurers in the distance. As they felt the ground beneath their feet collapsing, the four of them, in great panic, quickly released their Flying-type Pokémon and climbed onto them.

"It’s Earthquake... that Tyranitar hasn’t lost yet! It’s using Earthquake to counter that Regirock’s Earthquake!" the petite female Trainer exclaid in surprise. As her gaze focused ahead, a monster wrapped in a sandstorm suddenly pushed apart the cracks and crawled out. Because of Regirock’s suppression, Tyranitar had beco even more ferocious. All the surrounding sandstorms frantically gathered around it. Seeing this scene, Regirock hesitated and stepped back.

That sa feeling again...

Regirock’s control over the sandstorm was being stripped away by Tyranitar!

Regirock used Lock-On, directly seeing through the changes in the airflow around Tyranitar, the spread of the vibrations, and the flow of the sandstorm. All of it was being driven by the terrifying invisible aura surrounding Tyranitar. What Regirock found even harder to believe was that Tyranitar seed to be attempting a new application of the sandstorm, using it to propel its own movents, overcoming its body’s extre gravity and granting itself greater mobility.

"Ba!!!"

After completely seizing control of the sandstorm, Tyranitar stepped forward again. But now its eyes had turned red. Seeing Tyranitar’s change, Terrance frowned.

Terrance was not unfamiliar with this state. He had already seen it many tis with Arcanine—this was the reaction of Outrage!

Having awakened Outrage, Tyranitar would fall into a state of confusion for a period of ti afterward. However, it would also gain top-tier battle instincts. Its wild nature would be completely unleashed by Outrage, erupting with destructive power far beyond what it had shown before.

From the sandstorm being violently seized, it was clear that Tyranitar had fallen into an extrely berserk state. In this condition, its control over the sandstorm was astonishing, like a sandstorm beast that had fully awakened. As it advanced swiftly, within monts it condensed the power of the sandstorm into a massive sword.

Judging by its shape, the sandstorm sword looked remarkably similar to Gallade’s arm blade. At this mont, Tyranitar gripped the sandstorm sword tightly and perford an unbelievable move.

"Quick-draw slash—"

"Crack!!"

At that instant, Terrance’s pupils shrank, and even Gallade cried out in shock.

The sandstorm sword, continuously reinforced by countless streams of sandstorm power, had its sand constantly shifting due to changes in airflow. This technique gave the blade an incredibly terrifying cutting force. Now, Tyranitar swung the sandstorm sword with all its might. The sword drawing technique was sothing it had learned from watching Gallade train. Back when it was still a Larvitar, it had admired Gallade’s cool quick-draw slash. And now, Tyranitar had finally realized that it was capable of mimicking it.
