As it was the peak tourist season, crowds of visitors coming to admire the flowers filled the entire town.
In one area, a street performance by thirty-six Ribombee attracted a large number of tourists, causing people to gather and form a lively crowd.
Performances by Beautifly, Dustox, and Ribombee around the flower fields were the main attraction for visitors. Of course, the most important reason was that these Pokémon performances brought a very soothing and pleasant feeling, which was why people were willing to spend so much ti watching.

The sound echoed through the heavens and the earth. Not only Fallarbor Town at the foot of Mt. Chimney, but even towns farther away than Fallarbor could hear the massive explosion.
“A terrorist attack?” At the Fallarbor police station, Officer Jenny quickly recalled an unsolved major case in Fallarbor Town.
Five years ago, the villainous organization Team Magma in Hoenn had carried out an explosion on Mt. Chimney. The incident had caused a huge uproar at the ti, yet the culprits had never been caught.
Now that another explosion had occurred at Mt. Chimney, Officer Jenny, who was in charge of maintaining local security, imdiately led all officers into action, not daring to miss a single mont.
“But it doesn’t feel that simple…”
Without even opening the car door, Officer Jenny flipped herself into the driver’s seat in one swift motion, her gaze fixed on the distance.
One of her partners, Granbull, had been uneasy ever since the explosion sounded.

Another Gym Leader, Kotoko, stepped out of the Gym and ca into town to assist the officers in calming the tourists. At the sa ti, she was filled with concern, subconsciously glancing in the direction of Ever Grande City.
Although Mt. Chimney was not under Fallarbor Town’s jurisdiction, its proximity to Fallarbor Woods ant it had a significant impact on the town. Nothing could be allowed to go wrong.
Moreover, because Terrance often went to Mt. Chimney, Kotoko vaguely felt that this explosion was sohow related to him.

However, they could clearly sense the rich vitality emanating from within the beam.
“Life signals detected, Roto.”
The Rotom Pokédex kept fluttering about, its previously rigid expression quickly relaxing. Gardevoir, Ninetales, Beautifly, Froakie, Togepi, and Altaria cautiously approached the beam of light. As the beam gradually dimd, they finally saw a figure.
This was a Pokémon with a pink, round diamond on its head. Surrounding the diamond was a crown composed of four octahedral diamonds and two elongated diamonds, giving it an extrely noble appearance, like that of a princess.
Around its neck was a golden curved ring set with an octahedral diamond. Its upper body was a white dress, while its lower body, similar to Carbink, exposed raw diamond ores. Without a doubt, this was Carbink after successfully undergoing mutation.
Upon seeing Diancie, the Rotom Pokédex beca extrely excited and quickly began recording the mont of Diancie’s birth. However, before Rotom Pokédex and the others could observe more closely, the diamond princess-like Diancie suddenly opened its eyes. Its ruby-like pupils were incredibly deep, its gaze sharp and imposing.
Diamond… Storm!
The instant Diancie opened its eyes, it clasped its hands together and aid at Rotom Pokédex and the others, launching an attack without hesitation.
Imdiately, an imnse amount of Fairy energy responded to Diancie’s command. Countless elents in the air were compressed by its power, and in an instant, a tornado-like storm composed of pink diamonds ford, sweeping toward Ninetales and the other Pokémon!!
The Diamond Storm ford extrely quickly and possessed astonishing power. For the unprepared Ninetales and the others, it was a devastating attack capable of threatening their very lives.
Faced with Diancie’s incomprehensible actions, Ninetales flicked its tails as a Blizzard surged forward. Gardevoir crushed forward with powerful Confusion, and Beautifly generated a massive Silver Wind to counter it. In an instant, Diamond Storm collided with these moves. What left the Rotom Pokédex in disbelief was that Diamond Storm instantly swallowed all three attacks, overwhelming Ninetales and the others with an unstoppable force and plunging them into a dire crisis, forcing the three Pokémon to resist with their full strength!
“What’s wrong with you, Roto?!!” Rotom Pokédex shouted in confusion.
Ninetales, Gardevoir, and the others were equally puzzled as they looked at Carbink’s transformation.
Carbink, after mutating, seed to have entered a strange state, as if it had lost its mory.
At the sa ti, Trainers, police officers, and wild Pokémon began arriving at the mountain one after another.
Because Terrance had never fully explained his arrangents on Mt. Chimney to anyone, no one knew about the countdown to Carbink’s mutation.
Fallarbor Town had rapidly developed and beco a densely populated town, no longer the small settlent of only dozens of households it had been years ago.
It had gathered many Trainers, Coordinators, and adventurers. This disturbance naturally drew their attention, and they all rushed toward Mt. Chimney.
Although the police tried to stop them, Trainers were not the type to obediently follow orders. Flying-type Pokémon and rideable Pokémon alike beca their ans to quickly reach the mountain.
