Batgirl watched Emolga, a smile playing on her lips. She had a plan to exhaust its aerial advantage.

"Froakie, Quick Attack, again!" Batgirl commanded.

Froakie shot forward, a blue dart across the rocky terrain. It struck Emolga with a rapid burst of speed.

ZAP

Emolga winced, but retaliated with a quick burst of electricity.

"Thundershock!" Squirrel Girl shouted, her voice filled with urgency.

Froakie leaped, easily dodging the electrical attack. The blue frog landed gracefully on a jagged rock.

"Quick Attack, Froakie!" Batgirl ordered.

Froakie launched itself at Emolga, a precise hit that connected with the flying squirrel.

WHUMP

Emolga stumbled in the air. Its movents grew sluggish.

"Spark, Emolga!" Squirrel Girl called out, her tone worried.

Emolga lunged, cloaked in crackling electricity, but Froakie was faster. It sidestepped the attack with ease.

"Water Gun, Froakie, now!" Batgirl's voice cut through the air, sharp and decisive.

Froakie gathered its strength. A focused jet of water erupted from its mouth, striking Emolga square in the chest.

WHOOSH

Emolga cried out, the force of the water blast sending it spinning through the air. It crashed hard against a rocky outcrop.

CRASH

Emolga lay there, dazed, its small body slumped against the stone. Its yellow cheek pouches, once sparking with energy, were now still. A faint groan escaped its lips as it struggled to get back on its feet, but its legs buckled.

Orion raised his hand, a gentle smile on his face. "Emolga is unable to battle! The winner is Batgirl and Froakie!"

Batgirl pumped a triumphant fist into the air, a proud grin spreading across her face.

"Alright, Froakie, we did it!"

Froakie chirped happily, leaping onto her shoulder. It nuzzled against her cowl, its soft foam tickling her neck.

Squirrel Girl rushed to Emolga's side, her earlier exuberance replaced by concern. She carefully scooped the small Pokémon into her arms, cradling it gently.

"Oh, Emolga, you were so brave," Doreen whispered, her voice soft with consolation. "You fought like a champion, even when the odds were stacked against us."

Emolga stirred, letting out a weak squeak. Doreen continued to pet its soft fur, a small sigh escaping her lips.

"It's okay, little buddy. You get so rest now."

She returned Emolga to its Poké Ball with a soft click, the red light engulfing the Pokémon in a gentle shimr. Tippy-Toe, perched on Doreen's other shoulder, offered a comforting nuzzle against her cheek. Doreen managed a small, sad smile, accepting the tiny squirrel's silent support.

Orion glanced at the holographic display, a satisfied smile spreading across his face. The livestream viewer count now climbed to over 1000. Comnts stread by, a mix of awe, excitent, and new questions about Pokémon. Most were positive, praising the thrilling battle and expressing newfound interest in the creatures. Orion felt a quiet sense of triumph, realizing his mission to introduce Pokémon to this world was gaining traction.

He leaned into the microphone. "Alright, Trainers and viewers, what an incredible display of skill and teamwork from Batgirl and Froakie."

"A round of applause for Squirrel Girl and Emolga, too," Orion added, his voice warm. "They fought with spirit."

The arena filled with enthusiastic cheers. The applause was almost as loud as the battle itself. Latias, ever efficient, floated a healing machine onto the field. Batgirl carefully placed Froakie's Poké Ball onto the platform. Squirrel Girl followed suit, placing Emolga's ball beside it.

"Our Pokémon will be back to full health in no ti," Orion assured the audience. "That is the magic of Pokémon Ho."

He gestured to the main screen. "Now, as the excitent continues to build, it is ti for our next matchup."

Orion paused, letting the anticipation hang in the air. The holographic display shimred, showing the silhouettes of the next two Trainers.

"Get ready for a clash of titans, folks," Orion announced. "In this corner, we have the fiery spirit of the Teen Titans, Starfire!"

The crowd cheered. Starfire floated into position on the battlefield, waving enthusiastically.

"And in the opposite corner," Orion continued, his voice steady, "we have the botanical brilliance of Gotham, Poison Ivy!"

A collective gasp swept through the arena. The livestream comnts exploded with surprise. Many viewers recognized Poison Ivy as a notorious villain from Gotham. Murmurs rippled through the audience.

Orion, unfazed by the reactions, maintained his calm deanor. He looked directly at the cara, his gaze firm but kind.

"Here at Pokémon Ho," Orion stated, his voice ringing with conviction, "we believe that anyone can be a Trainer."

"As long as they care for their Pokémon and adhere to the rules," Orion continued, "they are welco."

He smiled gently. "This tournant is about growth, friendship, and the bond between Trainer and Pokémon. It is not about past labels."

Poison Ivy stepped onto the battlefield, a small smile playing on her lips. She gave a slight nod to Orion, a silent acknowledgnt of his words. Starfire, anwhile, clapped her hands together, her green eyes shining with anticipation.

"I am full of the delight to battle with you, friend Ivy!" Starfire exclaid, her voice earnest.

Ivy chuckled softly. "Oh, Starfire, this is going to be… educational."

The Battle Arena transford into a simple, verdant grassland, a vast expanse of green. Starfire sent out Togepi, who landed with a soft thump, its small body radiating innocence. Ivy, with a slight grimace, sent out Budew. The tiny Grass/Poison-type looked delicate and observant. Ivy glanced at Togepi, who was just smiling without a care in the world. She knew even a rose, though beautiful, had its thorns.

Orion lifted a hand, signaling the start of the match.

"Togepi, attack your opponent!" Starfire cheered, her voice full of encouragent.

Togepi waddled across the grassy field, a joyful little egg-shaped Pokémon. It moved toward Budew with the innocent enthusiasm of a toddler.

Budew, sensing no aggression, tilted its head, unsure how to respond to the adorable charge.

"Budew, dodge!" Ivy commanded, a touch of bewildernt in her tone.

Budew stepped sideways, a small shift in its position. Togepi, unable to stop its forward montum, tripped over its own stubby feet. It tumbled onto the soft grass.

THUD

Tears imdiately welled up in Togepi's large, innocent eyes. A soft, heartbroken whimper escaped its tiny mouth. Budew flinched, a pang of unexpected guilt passing through its small form. Ivy's expression softened, a rare mont of maternal concern crossing her face.

Starfire's heart gave a little squeeze.

"Togepi, my small friend, do not be sad!" Starfire exclaid, her voice filled with gentle encouragent. "You are strong, and you are brave! You can do this thing!"

Togepi, still sniffling, wiped its eyes with a tiny hand. It looked up at Starfire, then back at Budew, a renewed determination in its gaze. With a tiny nod, it bravely waddled back toward Budew, its stubby legs moving with surprising resolve.

Ivy watched Togepi's earnest return, a soft sigh escaping her lips. She really did not enjoy battling such a sweet, innocent Pokémon. Still, this was a tournant, and she was not about to lose, not with Harley watching.

"Budew, use Stun Spore!" Ivy commanded, her voice firm.

Budew, with a slight nod, released a cloud of bright yellow pollen. It drifted across the grassy field. The spores enveloped Togepi, causing its movents to slow. Togepi swayed, then froze in place, temporarily paralyzed and unable to move.

ZZZT

Starfire gasped. "Oh, no!"

"Now, Budew, Absorb!" Ivy called out, her voice sharp and clear.

A thin, green vine extended from Budew. It attached itself to Togepi, glowing faintly as it drained energy from the helpless Pokémon. Togepi gave a weak cry, its little body sagging. The light in its eyes dimd. It slowly collapsed onto the grass.

THWUMP

Orion raised his hand, his voice echoing across the arena. "Togepi is unable to battle! The winner is Poison Ivy and Budew!"

The crowd roared, a mix of cheers for Ivy and sympathetic murmurs for Starfire. Starfire rushed to Togepi's side, scooping the little Pokémon into her arms. She cradled it gently, her orange skin glowing with concern.

"Oh, my dear Togepi," Starfire whispered, her voice filled with sadness. "You were so brave. You tried your best."

Togepi gave a faint cheep, nuzzling into Starfire's chest. It was weak but still managed a small, comforting gesture.

Ivy approached, a hint of apology in her green eyes.

"It was a good fight, Starfire," Ivy said, her tone softer than usual. "Togepi showed great spirit."

Starfire looked up, a small smile touching her lips despite her sadness. "Indeed, friend Ivy. Togepi has the greatest of spirits."

She gently returned Togepi to its Poké Ball. The red light shimred, and Togepi vanished inside. Starfire straightened, a determined glint returning to her eyes. She would ensure Togepi received the best care and training.

Orion gestured toward the healing machine. "Please, Trainers, bring your Pokémon for a quick restoration."

Ivy nodded, placing Budew's Poké Ball on the platform. Starfire followed suit, ensuring Togepi's ball rested securely beside it.

The machine whirred to life, enveloping the Poké Balls in a gentle, healing glow. Orion turned back to the audience, a thoughtful expression on his face.

"What an intense display of strategy and resilience," Orion said, his voice carrying clearly. "Poison Ivy and Budew demonstrated the power of type advantage and calculated moves."

He paused, allowing the audience to digest his words.

"But Starfire and Togepi showed us sothing equally important," Orion continued. "The strength of courage, even when facing a disadvantage. That spirit, dear Trainers, is what truly defines a Pokémon partnership."

The crowd applauded, acknowledging the truth in his statent. Many of the heroes and villains in the stands nodded, understanding the deeper aning behind the battle. Even Robin, typically stoic, offered a subtle nod of approval.

"Our next match promises even more excitent," Orion announced, the screen behind him already shifting to display new silhouettes. "Get ready for Beast Boy versus Valeria Richards!"
