Oba Genjo wore a helt.
The protruding antennae on it successfully linked his ntal will with w's.

w's cry was filled with intense anger.
As Oba Genjo's command fell,
she began to manipulate the energy inside her body without restraint.

like a tidal wave, surged outward with w at the center.
Seeing this,
the Military personnel hiding in secret to monitor the Obsidian Team's movents imdiately realized sothing was wrong.
Before they could report the situation,
a violent, needle-like pain suddenly stabbed into their minds.
That abrupt and overwhelming ntal shock
sent them straight into deep unconsciousness.

One figure after another in Military uniforms
dropped from hidden corners all across the forest.
w's attack
covered this entire vast stretch of forest in a single instant.
Every single Military intelligence operative hidden here
was caught in one sweep and dealt with completely.
"So... so strong...!"
"As expected of a second-tier Legendary!"
"Hahaha! Our Obsidian Team is finally going to rise!"
"Long live the boss! Long live the boss!"

instantly threw all the Obsidian Team mbers into excitent and frenzy.
With power this terrifying,
so far beyond the limits of ordinary understanding,
how could the Military possibly withstand it?
With a second-tier Legendary like this on their side,
the Obsidian Team would soon be able to achieve the first step of its ambition:
to overturn the existing order of the Great Axia Alliance
and turn this place
into a paradise under their rule!

and that all the Military intelligence personnel hidden inside the forest had been completely wiped out,
Professor Shen could not help stepping up beside Oba Genjo and making the suggestion.
"Not enough!"
Oba Genjo snorted coldly and shook his head, his face dark.
"w! Show where your limit is!"
he roared at w.
His expression turned sowhat savage at that mont.
His ntal power concentrated to an extre, forming a single thread
that locked firmly onto the bond between himself and w.
"Kyuo!!"
Under w's all-out effort, that tide-like terrifying Psychic-type energy erupted once more.
Like wave after wave of raging surf, it continued spreading and extending outward.
Then it reached Wintergreen City, right beside Wintergreen Forest.
Only when that pink Psychic-type energy covered the entire white sky
did the important figures in the conference room, who had been discussing battle plans,
realize that Oba Genjo had finally bared his fangs at them.
Almost at the exact instant that those energies engulfed Wintergreen City,
w's powerful second-tier Legendary pressure and suffocating presence descended.
With just a single mont of collision,
the Gym-level Trainers who made up two-thirds of the elite troops stationed in the city
lost consciousness under the ntal impact of that vast Psychic-type energy.
Only Quasi-Elite Four-level Trainers and those above them
were able to withstand that assault.
Walking out of the conference room,
looking at the temporary camp, where Military elite soldiers were sprawled all over the ground,
the four Military Ministers
and the eight peak Elite Four Trainers all wore dark, worried expressions.
Their faces were grave.
"That beast Oba Genjo is mocking our city to its face!"
Minister Kenjiro roared, his face flushed red with anger.
His gaze swept across the surroundings.
Of all the Trainers still standing and capable of battle,
only one-third remained.
An army of several thousand had been slashed down in an instant to only a few hundred.
With Minister Kenjiro's fiery temper,
there was no way he could tolerate sitting here and doing nothing.
Since the enemy had so arrogantly struck first and given them a show of force,
if they did not answer in kind,
then that would not be the Military's usual decisive style at all.
"All personnel!"
"Move out for Wintergreen Forest!"
"The operation to exterminate the Obsidian Team begins now!"
"First echelon, Elite Four-level Trainers, move with us! Target w and Oba Genjo!"
"Second echelon, Quasi-Elite Four-level Trainers! Your job is to wipe out the other Obsidian Team mbers!"
Minister Kenjiro completed the battle deploynt in a single instant.
Naturally, the hardest target at the very top was reserved for top combat power like them.
As for the remaining Obsidian Team mbers,
they would be left to the Military's elite Trainers to handle.
And regarding whether these Quasi-Elite Four-level elites
could defeat those Obsidian Team mbers,
Minister Kenjiro did not have the slightest doubt.
His only concern
was whether those of them in the first echelon
could withstand the pressure from Oba Genjo and w.
"Yes!!"
The mont his words fell,
a crisp and resolute response rose from below.
Everyone moved quickly according to orders.
All of the Elite Four-level Trainers from the four Military Divisions
also assembled at the sides of the four Ministers.
Four Champion-level Trainers,
eight peak Elite Four Trainers,
and twenty Elite Four Trainers—
the combat power ford by all of them together
could almost be said to represent the strength of an entire Alliance.
"Let's go! Ti to et him head-on!"
Minister Kenjiro raised his arm and shouted.
One Poké Ball after another was thrown into the air.
One powerful Pokémon after another roared thunderously.
Different auras linked together and overlapped,
forming an extraordinary montum
throughout the whole of Wintergreen City,
forcefully blocking the terrifying aura spreading over from w.
