The evil Dragonite opened its mouth and attacked again, but was once again blocked by Sabrina.
And this ti, Vicious finally took the woman before him seriously.
"Long black hair, a cold and beautiful face… you must be the woman nad Sabrina, right?" He looked her up and down and snorted. "I heard you and that guy nad Natsui have caused a lot of trouble for our Team Rocket. To be able to block the evil Dragonite's Hyper Beam, it seems you really have so skill. But even with extraordinary psychic powers, you may be able to block the first and second attacks, but can you block the tenth? In the face of Pokémon, humans are ultimately as fragile as children."
He was about to command Dragonite to attack again when he suddenly heard footsteps beside him. He turned his head and saw that Natsui and Clair had also arrived.

He had a large tuft of beard on his chin, his hair was tied up in a small ponytail, and he wore a yellow mask that covered most of his face, revealing only his nose and mouth, making it impossible to see his features clearly.
Because of the mask, Vicious's age was unknown, but judging from his voice, he should be at least in his thirties or forties.
As for his clothes, he wore a black, semi-transparent bodysuit, like pantyhose, that covered his entire body. Over it, he wore a spiky black vest, similar to what a biker would wear, and on his back, he had a red cape with the letter 'R' on it.
Overall, this outfit was indescribably strange and, at the very least, quite unbecoming for his age.
After a few glances, Natsui, like a domineering CEO, curled his lip into a sneer.
Hmph, what a strange sense of style.
It's miles worse than my transformation outfit and Gengar mask.
Your level of disguise is worlds apart from mine!
After a small mont of self-praise, Natsui returned to reality and began to think about how to deal with Vicious.
Dragonite's condition was clearly not right. It was being controlled by the Dark Ball, its mind affected, and would only obey Vicious's commands.
In such a situation, Lance couldn't possibly bring himself to attack his own Pokémon. Not to ntion, if he were to send out more Pokémon, they would surely be captured by the Dark Balls.
For him, it was truly a dilemma.
The only good news was that Dragonite had been raised exceptionally well by Lance, and its abilities were already near their peak. As a result, the Dark Ball hadn't increased its power by much, and it was still within a controllable range.
This was evident from the fact that its attacks could be blocked by Sabrina.
Clair glared at Vicious and demanded, "Vicious, what is your purpose in coming to the Dragon's Holy Land!?"
"Isn't it obvious? To capture the Pokémon here, of course!" Vicious extended his hand and pointed at Lance, Natsui, and Sabrina one by one. "Thanks to them and the International Police, most of our Team Rocket bases in Kanto have been destroyed. We're severely lacking in both manpower and Pokémon and are in urgent need of new blood."
Hearing such a reason, Clair was furious. "So you ca here!? What an evil organization!"
"This is just one of our targets," Vicious said, taking out a few more Dark Balls and twirling them in his hand. "If you know what's good for you, don't waste ti. Hand over your Pokémon willingly."
"Pah! In your dreams!"
Shrugging, Vicious let out a very theatrical, helpless sigh. "Since you insist, then let see how you will face your own forr Pokémon. Co on, before , the great Vicious, show your ant-like struggle!!"
To speak so arrogantly in front of an Elite Four mber, a champion, and two Gym Leaders was the height of insolence. But with the Dark Balls in his hand, he did indeed have the capital to be so arrogant.
With a wave of Vicious's hand, two Dark Balls were thrown simultaneously, their targets being Natsui's Gardevoir and Clair's Charizard.
Black light shot out from the Dark Balls, rapidly enveloping Gardevoir and Charizard.
Clair commanded her Charizard to dodge, while Natsui employed the opposite strategy.
With a thought, the next second, Gardevoir raised its hands and unleashed its psychic power to resist the black light.
A wave of blue light crashed against the black light.
But it was completely useless. The psychic power passed right through the black light without any interference, not even causing a ripple.
This is tough…
Natsui sighed. It seed his thod wouldn't work.
As the black light closed in, Gardevoir used Teleport to move to a safe location. Fortunately, the black light didn't have a tracking function, which allowed Gardevoir to escape.
Speaking of Dark Balls, the first thing that ca to Natsui's mind was the strange black Poké Balls he had seen in wtwo's hands during their battle on New Island.
Although the two types of Poké Balls had similar functions and colors, there were still so differences.
Vicious's Dark Ball could forcibly capture Pokémon and make them evil, while wtwo's black Poké Balls, although they didn't make the captured Pokémon stronger, had a tracking effect and could even snatch Pokémon directly from other people's Poké Balls.
