At that mont, Cloyster was like a stubborn can of at, and without the right tool, figuring out how to open it was the biggest problem.
As Natsui was thinking, he inadvertently noticed that among the bikers, one of the young n had a golden chain tied around his waist, swinging gently with his movents.
Instantly, an idea flashed in Natsui's mind.
Well... I'm at a dead end anyway, might as well give this a try...
"Kirlia, lift it up with Psychic!"
Hearing Natsui's command, Misa scoffed, "You want to try that again? Don't forget, even slamming Cloyster into the ground with Psychic won't do any damage to it!"
Ignoring her, Natsui saw Cloyster fly high into the air and continued to shout, "Good, now swing it around just like that!"
"What!?"
As Kirlia twirled its finger, Cloyster's body, under the effect of Psychic, began to spin in the air like a giant pinwheel, faster and faster!
Ten spins, twenty spins, fifty, a hundred...
Only when the bikers below started to feel dizzy did it finally slam back down onto the ground!
Bang!
When it landed again, although its exterior looked no different than before, Misa still called out cautiously, "Cloyster... are you okay!?"
The next second, Cloyster's shell suddenly flew open. It looked extrely sick and nauseous, and began to vomit profusely.
Yellow and green liquids mixed together, spilling all over the ground. When the wind blew, the sll was atrocious.

Natsui shrugged. "Looks like I'm the one who won in the end."
However, as he finished speaking, a bright white light suddenly enveloped Kirlia.
"Is this... evolution?"
This Pokémon, the one Natsui had been with the longest and his very first, after traveling for so long and enduring so many intense battles, had finally evolved from Ralts to Kirlia, and was now, at last, evolving into Gardevoir!!
As the light gradually faded, in its place stood a slender, humanoid Pokémon with green skin and curly hair flowing downward, appearing as if it were wearing an elegant white evening gown!
Its form seed to have transford from that of a beautiful young girl into a charming adult woman.
The most noticeable change was that the two fin-like red horns on its head had moved to its chest and back.
Pokédex: "Beep. Gardevoir, the Embrace Pokémon. A Psychic and Fairy type. The evolved form of Kirlia. Compared to its pre-evolved form, Gardevoir can more clearly sense the feelings of humans and other Pokémon. So can even briefly see the future. Their psychokinetic abilities can distort dinsions or create a small black hole, and they will even risk their own lives to protect their Trainer."
"Wow!" Watching Gardevoir, Misa's eyes seed to sparkle from afar. "It's even more beautiful than before!"
Gardevoir walked quietly to Natsui's side. Out of habit, Natsui reached out to pat its head, but its height had increased dramatically. From its original 80 centiters, it had doubled in size, now reaching Natsui's shoulder!
Looking at it now, having Gardevoir by his side didn't feel like having a Pokémon at all; it was more like having a well-behaved girlfriend.
"Congratulations, Gardevoir," Natsui said, looking at it with a gentle smile. "You've finally reached your third form. But don't get complacent because of it. The challenges we face are only just beginning."
Just then, Misa and Masa walked over.
Masa said with admiration, "You really are an amazing guy. We lost this match."
As Misa waved, a young biker from the distance pushed his bicycle over to them.
Misa said, "As promised, we'll lend you the bicycle. But to make sure you return it safely and don't break it, we're going to have to follow you the whole way."
"Of course, no problem."
Recalling Gardevoir to its Poké Ball, Natsui got on the bicycle and rode toward the bridge entrance. A dozen ters behind him, the bikers followed suit.
He greeted the security guard from before and, under the guard's sowhat admiring gaze, Natsui finally got his wish and entered the still-unfinished super-bridge.
What he didn't know, however, was that on the rooftop of a distant building, a man was watching him intently through a pair of binoculars.
After confirming it was Natsui, the man took out a cell phone and made a call.
"This is Observer. Target #7 spotted outside Fuchsia City. Currently crossing the sea bridge, heading for Sunny Town."
From the other end of the line, a raspy voice replied, "I understand. Continue to track him. I'll relay the ssage to the Enforcers now..."
...
On the clean, flat surface of the bridge, Natsui had been riding for over half an hour and was just approaching a rest area. The mont he thought about stopping for a break, his body was suddenly yanked up, violently pulled off the bicycle, and sent flying a dozen ters away!
And just as he was clear, a powerful attack slamd into the bicycle!
BOOM!!!
The violent explosion not only blew the bicycle to bits, but it also blasted a large hole in the bridge!
This sudden turn of events left not only Natsui stunned, but also the bikers behind him, who were utterly horrified. They all slamd on their brakes, stopping their bikes in their tracks!
