"Aren't you going to make a move yet!?"
The bodyguard roared at the Pokémon assassin.
The assassin glanced at him coldly.
"And who are you to give orders?"
The bodyguard quickly ca back to his senses.
This man was a Pokémon assassin, and his strength was above his own. More importantly, the bodyguard was not the client.
He really had no right to command him.
He had been too impulsive just now.
Gulp.
The bodyguard swallowed hard. Sweat kept pouring down his forehead as he said apologetically,
"Sorry… but I hope you'll work with to kill him before things get any worse."
"Hmph."
The assassin snorted coldly.
Still, he was not stupid. He could also see how terrifying this strange Pokémon was.
The assassin slowly stepped forward, took out his Poké Balls, and threw them.
"Co out…"
"My phantoms."
While the two of them were talking, Greninja had not been standing idle.
Dozens of identical Greninja suddenly appeared all around them, each firing countless Water Shuriken toward the bodyguard's Pokémon.
Swish! Swish! Swish!
The bodyguard's expression changed, and he imdiately shouted,
"Quick… dodge!"
But he clearly had no composure left for proper commands.
With Water Shuriken filling the air, how were they supposed to dodge?
Unless they knew space-ti ninjutsu, his Pokémon had nowhere to run.
Countless Water Shuriken struck them.
"ROAR!"
"ow!"
"Awooo!"
The bodyguard's Pokémon were covered in shuriken and cried out in pain.
But the damage was limited.
After all, those were only clones.
Before the bodyguard could feel any relief, however, screams rang out one after another.
"ROAAAR!"
"Awooo!"
He hurriedly looked over and saw Greninja instantly appear behind one of his Pokémon.
The Sage blade swept across its body.
That Pokémon was cut down in an instant.
After taking down one, Greninja appeared beside another Pokémon.
The Sage blade flashed.
Another Pokémon was struck down without rcy.
Even Murkrow, still in the air, had no idea what had happened before a bone-chilling sense of danger suddenly ran through it.
Then it saw a headless Murkrow body falling through the air.
Huh?
Whose body is that?
Why do I feel so tired?
Those thoughts flashed through Murkrow's mind.
Even at the mont of death, it never realized that it was looking at its own body.
Greninja had severed its head with a single slash.
In the blink of an eye, only one second had passed.
From the mont the assassin threw out his Poké Balls to the mont all of his Pokémon appeared on the field, the bodyguard's four Pokémon had already been wiped out.
Each of them died before they could even feel pain.
Greninja was too fast.
Its blade was too fast.
They never had ti to react.
In an instant, the bodyguard was left with only two Pokémon.
The ruins fell into an eerie silence.
For a mont, no one moved.
Drip… drip…
Only the sound of blood hitting the ground broke the silence.
"T-This is impossible!"
"I must be dreaming…"
Smack! Smack! Smack!
The bodyguard stared in horror at the four Pokémon lying in pools of blood and slapped his own face, unable to believe what he was seeing.
Harker's legs went weak, and he dropped to his knees. His eyes were filled with overwhelming fear.
This bizarre Pokémon was too terrifying.
It did not feel like an ordinary Pokémon at all.
He knew exactly how strong the bodyguard's Pokémon were.
Yet this Pokémon had cut them down like they were nothing.
One slash.
One kill.
It had completely shattered Harker's understanding of the world.
"Quick… hurry up and kill him!"
"Aaah!"
Harker let out a terrified, heart-wrenching scream, fear practically spilling out of his eyes.
Shock also appeared on the assassin's face.
Was this Pokémon's strength not a little too absurd?
Four early and mid stage Champion-class Pokémon has been wiped out in an instant?
The assassin asked himself honestly and knew he could not do that.
Even his strongest Pokémon were only late-stage Elite.
Gulp.
The more the assassin thought about it, the paler his face beca. He swallowed hard as cold sweat ran down his forehead.
In front of him, six Pokémon had already appeared on the field.
The Gengar from earlier.
Along with Banette, Spiritomb, Cofagrigus, Gourgeist, and Misdreavus.
Gengar, Banette, Cofagrigus, and Gourgeist were all late Champion-class.
The others were mid Champion-class.
As for potential, only Gengar had reached Champion-level potential.
The rest only had Champion-class potential.
In other words, among these Pokémon, only Gengar had any chance of breaking through to the Champion level.
The others could only reach peak Champion-class at most.
"S-Sir, this is bad!"
"Hurry and contact your father!"
The bodyguard was close to falling apart. Completely terrified, he shouted at Harker in panic.
"Right, right… I-I'll call my dad."
Harker finally reacted and quickly sent a ssage to his father, Quentin.
Seeing this, the bodyguard finally felt his heart settle slightly and let out a small breath of relief.
Since Harker's life was on the line, Quentin would definitely rush over at top speed.
Now they no longer expected this assassin to kill Aaron.
As long as he could hold Aaron back for a while, they would be safe once Quentin arrived.
But when he thought of his four dead Pokémon, the bodyguard's heart ached.
Although the Harker family had bought those Pokémon for him, now that they were all gone, he did not know whether they would buy him more.
After all, Champion-class Pokémon could only be purchased from the Pokémon Hunters.
That ca with huge risks.
I hope Quentin compensates with a few more Pokémon, considering I protected his son.
The bodyguard thought silently.
