Falkner paused.
"You have a point..."
"The remnants of Team Rocket that have been active recently have been arrested."
The assistant brewed a cup of coffee and placed it on Falkner's desk, smiling:
"Once this busy period is over, Mr. Falkner, you can take a vacation in Touran."
"Nagaki Mamoru? I heard it's to defend against legendary Pokémon."
Falkner sipped his coffee, pondered for a mont, then frowned,
"I heard from the injured investigators... many were hurt?"
"Yes."
The assistant nodded, sighing: "Poison, tear gas, Self-Destruct... and the unpredictable Minimize Grir..."
"I don't know where they learned all this, I even think they're more troubleso than the original Team Rocket!"
The assistant angrily slapped the table.
Falkner frowned, sipped his coffee, and remained silent.
"Anyway," Falkner said, "continue the thorough investigation for Giovanni's traces in Johto, execute imdiately upon discovery."
The assistant snapped to attention, saluting: "Yes!"

Dim overhead lights.
A cool-faced woman with short purple hair handled docunts, her round glasses reflecting cold data.
The communication line was in 'connected' condition, the woman reported in a ticulous voice:
"Drill Instructor Viper has submitted the promotion list for small captains, the base is in normal condition."
In the silent war room, the communication line suddenly crackled.
"Good work, Matori."
Just hearing that hoarse, magnetic voice, Matori felt her fatigue vanish.
Matori replied in an almost fanatical tone:
"It's my honor to serve you, Lord Giovanni!"
"Have you heard the recent rumors within the base?"
The man on the phone paused, "About the formation of a special unit."
"Yes," Matori adjusted her glasses, "Poison Gas Unit, and Assassination Unit."
"Assassination?" the man chuckled.
"I'm not that foolish."
Suddenly, the man coughed violently, gasping for air, his lungs sounding like a broken bellows.
"Lord Giovanni!"
"It's nothing... I've seen the promotion list..."
The man caught his breath, paused for a mont.
"One more thing."
"Please, go on."
"I need you to invite soone."
Matori cautiously asked: "Is it related to... the Three Executives?"
"No, a young man."
The man's voice was low and playful.
"A young man who can go a few rounds with Lance."
...
Natsu stared blankly at the compensation bill before him.
"This, this is what I have to pay?"
Natsu pointed at the bill, his finger trembling.
The receptionist who ca back with Haunter awkwardly smiled:
"Coach Haunter and the others used a beginner-level field... but they used moves with excessive power."
"According to the client agreent, you only need to compensate for the field repair costs."
"Squirtle~!"
Hearing about the powerful moves, Squirtle shyly scratched its head.
It's not that big of a deal, no need to praise so much, it's a bit embarrassing.
"Haunter!" Haunter also nodded with a smile.
Although it took half an hour to master Water Pulse, it was still acceptable.
