Eevee bared its teeth fiercely.
How dare soone other than beat Torkoal like this?
How dare this Scyther do such a thing?!
Eevee tapped the bruised and battered Torkoal twice, signaling that it would avenge it.
The battered Torkoal gave a simple,Silly smile.
Individual Event, third match: Natsu vs. Shohei!"
After losing two matches in a row and being on the road, Tokyo tropolitan University's montum was clearly waning.
Takashi simply patted Tomoya on the shoulder and said with a smile:
"Don't let it weigh on you. Go get Torkoal treated first."
"Oh, and here's the Pokéblock Natsu-sensei left for you."
Reina added with a grin, "It's said to be Natsu-sensei's secret recipe!"
Tomoya awkwardly took the Oran Berry Block, stunned for a long mont before nodding firmly.
As Natsu stepped onto the field, murmurs spread through the audience stands.
"What's with this Eevee? It hasn't even evolved yet?"
"Shohei's too strong. He might sweep three in a row!"
"Hahaha, maybe he'll even sweep all five!"
Director Koki of Kobe University frowned.
"This Natsu... why have I never heard of him before?"
"He's apparently a student from the Finance Departnt," Eita said with a smile. "But his strength is extraordinary."
"A non-specialized Trainer?!" Yuma exclaid in surprise. "I always thought Natsu-sensei was at least at an advanced level!"
Masato glanced at Yuma. "You seem to know a lot about him?"
A drop of cold sweat rolled down Yuma's forehead as he thought to himself:
After all, my fan badge for Natsu-sensei's live stream is over level ten...
"A Finance Departnt student making it into the school team is indeed impressive," Director Koki nodded.
"But Shohei is the Rookie Champion of Sakuragawa Prefecture. His strength..."
Before he could finish, Director Koki's eyes widened.
Gasps erupted from the audience stands.
"Whoa, it started Stockpiling as soon as it ca out of the Poké Ball!"
"Is that even allowed? A Quick Attack right off the bat?!"
Natsu simply nodded calmly at Shohei.
The mont the referee's whistle blew, he threw the Poké Ball.
A streak of white light shot out from the ball and slamd into Scyther's abdon, causing its eyes to bulge!
"Scyther!" Scyther spat out bile, its scythes slashing down at Eevee, only to cut through a Substitute.
Shohei's eyelids twitched as he shouted, "Behind you!"
But the command was a beat too slow. Eevee flipped into the air, its Iron Tail glowing with a cold light as it ca crashing down!
"Scyther—"
The pain of a direct hit to the head was unimaginable.
Scyther let out a piercing cry before collapsing unconscious!
"Eevee!"
Eevee dug so sand onto Scyther's head and shook its head disdainfully.
The field fell into complete silence.
The Kobe University team mbers were all wide-eyed, looking as if they'd seen a ghost.
They had expected Natsu to be strong.
But to take out Shohei's Scyther in one move?!
At least give us so ti to ntally prepare!
It hadn't even been three seconds. How could the battle end so quickly?!
Shohei opened his mouth, staring blankly at Natsu as if trying to recall what had just happened.
From the mont the Poké Ball was thrown, he had predicted Scyther's movent...
The prediction was spot on, and his coordination with Eevee was flawless...
This guy... is really just a non-specialized student?!
Sothing doesn't add up!
"I know what you're thinking," Natsu said with a faint smile, his gaze sharpening.
"Next."
Shohei was montarily stunned, his words stuck in his throat, his face turning red with embarrassnt.
The audience stands also fell silent.
What did he an by that?
Could he really be planning to sweep the entire team with just Eevee?
That's way too far-fetched!
On the Kobe University contestant bench, Ryunosuke said coldly:
"Coach, I'm going up!"
Eita frowned and nodded. "Be careful..."
Years of coaching experience had given him a keen intuition.
Natsu's strength might far exceed his expectations...
But this was Kobe University's ho ground. Eita shook his head with a wry smile:
"Using Eevee to sweep the entire team? Impossible."
Yuma muttered under his breath:
"With Natsu-sensei's strength... it's not entirely impossible..."

Ryunosuke stepped onto the battlefield, sneering:
"Thinking about sweeping the team... that's way too arrogant!"
"That's why I say, no one believes the truth these days," Natsu sighed.
Natsu had always been this straightforward.
But if people refused to believe him, he'd just have to prove it with facts.
Ryunosuke smirked coldly and threw his Poké Ball. A muscular Priape appeared on the field.
The referee's whistle blew.
Ryunosuke shouted, "Priape, Karate Chop!"
The furious Priape charged at Eevee, screeching loudly, while Eevee grew even more annoyed.
"Eevee! (▼皿▼#)"
I didn't even yell at you, and you're yelling at ?!
Eevee's ears twitched, its fur standing on end.
The Ability Anticipation pushed Eevee's condition to its peak.
Natsu raised an eyebrow, scanning Priape's move list with interest.
Counter... that could indeed pose a serious threat to Eevee...
"Eevee, Quick Attack into the air!"
Eevee darted around the field, suddenly leaping into the air.
Ryunosuke smirked coldly.
Still relying on mindless rushing tactics.
Did he really think my Priape would mindlessly charge like this Eevee?
"Priape, Counter!"
"Eevee, Swift!"
As Eevee descended, Priape swung its fist, only to be hit by a barrage of star-shaped beams.
The Swift attacks relentlessly struck Priape, while Eevee landed gracefully and swung its Iron Tail with a thunderous force!
Thud!!
Ryunosuke was montarily stunned, staring at the fallen Priape, unable to process what had just happened.
This guy... wasn't he supposed to use Quick Attack?
Did he predict my command?
Priape was sent flying out of the arena, and Ryunosuke's face turned pale.
The entire arena fell silent, the empty field echoing only Natsu's calm voice.
"Next."
Reina felt a shiver run down her spine, almost standing up to cheer for Natsu.
But Eevee had only defeated two contestants.
If the tables were turned, it would only embarrass Tokyo tropolitan University!
Takashi also frowned, his expression serious.
The tension from Shohei and Tomoya's battle had already made this friendly match intense.
But Takashi was also seething.
Did Kobe University think Tokyo tropolitan University was an easy target for Shohei to make a na for himself?
"Keigo, if Natsu loses, you're up next," Takashi said coldly.
"We have to win this friendly match, no matter what!"
Keigo nodded blankly, then chuckled wryly. "Coach, I don't think I'll get the chance to step in!"
Takashi was montarily stunned.
Before his eyes, a black shadow flashed past. Rhyhorn was sent flying by Eevee's Iron Tail, crashing into an advertisent board outside the arena.
In less than ten seconds of conversation, Natsu had already taken down another team mber?!
Whispers spread through the audience stands.
"Eevee... sent Rhyhorn flying?!"
"With such a size difference, and it was still a one-hit KO..."
"This Eevee is way too brutal!"
"Eevee!"
The small, adorable Eevee stood beside the handso young man, baring its teeth fiercely.
Natsu glanced at the contestant bench, his eyes briefly resting on the uneasy Shohei, before smiling calmly.
"Next."
