Alex didn't really think Marco was a dangerous person, or at least not much more dangerous than other Team rocket mbers.

Marco always cos across as a very smart and planning person to Alex.

Alex would even say that he is very similar to Marco. even if he didn't have many interactions with Marco.

He wouldn't say he's a particularly dangerous person. Especially if he includes the dangerousness of an average Team Rocket mber in this statent.

Alex would even say he's a relatively friendly individual on Team rocket.

Marco, who looked very similar to himself, was never perceived by Alex as a really crazy or dangerous person.

Though that was all just speculation on Alex's part and he doesn't actually know that.

Janine saw the distrust and doubt in Alex's eyes. She explained, "I've known Marco for 2 years and I can tell you that he has no stable state of mind. To put it simply, he cos across as a person that is looking for his own death."

Alex showed a surprised expression when he asked, "what... that doesn't make sense. How can that be true?"

If Marco actually has been looking for his death for two years and he's so suicidal, he wouldn't be alive now. He couldn't be that suicidal.

Janine responded with an indifferent tone as she said, "He's getting worse by the day. Or at least he seems that way to from the little contact I have had with him. I would be careful if I were you . that kind of person is capable of anything"

Alex said with a suspicious expression, "Hmm, that's pretty imprecise."

Janine continued to say with an indifferent expression, "Believe what you want. In my opinion, we are good now. So don't co to later for revenge or any such nonsense, just because I've hurt your partner a bit."

Alex showed a speechless expression upon hearing this.

That was probably the worst attempt at making ands that Alex had ever experienced in his life.

Alex said with a stunned expression, "How do you think that this is really a fair trade? Even if your information is correct and Marco is completely insane. What am I supposed to do with this info?"

Janine said unemotionally, "You can give up"

Alex who heard this showed a suspicious expression.

According to Alex, Marco and Janine were allies so that he doesn't frankly want to believe Janine's statents.

Even if Alex would believe her, Alex would be extrely reluctant to give up now.

He's so close to getting the Hoenn position. The power he can gain in this position is not sothing Alex is willing to give up.

Janine stops talking to Alex and walks towards her Pokemon. She started healing them and waiting for them to wake up.

Alex stopped thinking about it after hearing Janine leave without saying goodbye.

At that mont his choice was also decided. He will stay in this test.

Even if Marco was extrely dangerous, Alex didn't want to just give up now.

It's also not like he ets a dangerous person for the first ti.

Alex looked at his team as he said, "follow to Area 4."

He still needs the help of the Scyther/Scizor(s) to find Marco so he wants to get back to this Area imdiately so that they can find him if they locate Marco.

After a few minutes, Alex's team was back in Area 4.

While they were waiting, Alex started talking to Maria.

Alex showed a slightly worried expression as he said, "Maria, are you ok?"

Maria smiled softly when she heard that. "Yes, I'm fine."

Alex didn't often see such a gentle and soft expression, but every ti Maria showed that expression when she looked at him, his heart beat a little faster.

He didn't know what to say so he said the words that ca to mind imdiately. "Maria, I'm a bit confused. I told you before that I won't have any problems with Ditto. Why are you running in like a crazy woman?"

Maria laughed softly as she replied, "heh heh, how do you always manage to destroy a romantic mont? what am I supposed to do with you and your nonsense?"

Alex realized that Maria is really happy now and that she said every word with so much emotion.

It didn't seem to matter what he said now. Maria just looked at him with an affectionate look.

Although this situation made him very delighted, he didn't quite understand why Maria was suddenly so happy.

Alex couldn't help but ask with a curious expression, "Maria, can you tell why you're suddenly so happy now?"

Maria gave a small smile as she said "Sry honey. I don't want to."

Alex showed a stunned expression upon hearing that.

Maria started to laugh a little when she saw Alex's expression.
