Alex's facial expression was a lot better than the face she had seen a week ago and she was relieved that Alex's condition didn't seem to be getting worse.
She knew how much the Pokemon ant to Alex and she couldn't imagine how painful it was for Alex to experience sothing like that.
Even if Alex didn't show a particularly sad expression and his face didn't look particularly tired, she knew Alex was still in a state of sorrow.

Alex replied in a still relaxed tone, "You too. It seems that the vacation did you good."
Elise flashed a playful smile upon hearing Alex's words but didn't explain why she was showing such an expression.
Alex wore a slightly curious expression, although he didn't ask why Elise had that expression when she was thinking about her vacation.
Daniel, who is usually the quietest of the group, also started greeting Alex, " Hello... nice to see you again."
Alex, hearing this greeting, suppressed his compulsion to perform a facepalm and he just showed a slight smile.
"Yes, I'm glad to see you too. Especially in such good condition."
Daniel's face and body showed a light brown tone which showed that he was in the sun a lot.
Alex had a hunch that Daniel was the one who enjoyed his vacation the most out of the three.
Although he was a bit surprised by this discovery, He wouldn't have thought that the serious and untalkative Daniel would use the 7 days to really have a short vacation.
Alex stopped thinking about it and he looked at the three of them as he said, "Co on in. I'm sure you couldn't wait to receive your reward."
Maria and Daniel follow Alex wordlessly and only Elise replies to Alex's words, "Can't say that's not true. I'm really curious about that reward you keep talking about."
Alex led the three together with their Pokemon(s) to his huge living room which is even more than big enough for this large number of Pokemon(s).
He led them to a luxury table that had 3 briefcases on it.
Alex sat down and said with a smile, "Take the briefcase with your na on it and see if this reward is good enough for you."
Maria, who was least interested in this reward, was the first person to pick up her briefcase. She didn't open it right away though and she looked at the other two with a curious expression.
Elise also took her briefcase and she found an Ultra ball together with a huge amount of money in it.
Also, under the Ultra Ball was a piece of paper that had the exact information about the Pokemon in the Ultra Ball written on it.
Inside this Pokeball was a Shallow Gold Tauros that Alex found in a Kanto Black Market.
In the 7 days that he gave those three, Alex had easily ti to check all of Kanto's black markets and in that ti, he found 2 S-rank Pokemon.
