That supre existence—

unobservable, unasurable, impossible to look at directly—

arrived within the newly created void world.

What was "void"?

It ant there was no ti, and no space…

There was only the shell of a world, and nothing inside it at all.

It was being stabilized solely by that being's own power.

The mont that power was withdrawn, it would collapse.

This world was like a bubble—

like the moon reflected in water, like a flower in a dream.

It had no frawork whatsoever.

If not for that supre being—

[The world had just been created. It was an empty void, with no frawork to support it.]

[Based on its previous experience in creating worlds, it had融入 its own power into this void world, weaving one law after another together to prop the world up.]

[But…]

[The previous hundred attempts at world creation had all failed.]

[After a hundred failures, it ca to realize that it could not perfectly construct a world by itself. The world needed to evolve and develop on its own.]

[It could not interfere with the world's developnt through its own will.]

[Instead, it had to let the laws of the world adapt, develop, and regulate themselves, adjusting the proportions between different laws until every law reached perfect balance.]

[In the past, "it" had fallen into a misunderstanding. It believed that to create a world, it had to control everything personally and manage every detail itself.]

[If it continued using that thod of world creation, it would have to keep maintaining the world itself without pause, never leaving for even a mont. The slightest error would cause enormous problems.]

The words of the narration left everyone bewildered.

Fraworks…

Void…

Letting the world evolve and develop by itself…

What the hell was all this?

It sounded like a heavenly scripture.

The topic was simply too advanced.

No one could understand it.

But that was normal.

This was world creation, after all.

If they could understand it that easily, that would be the strange part.

The only ones who truly understood were the Supre Kais of the Dragon Ball world.

Dragon Ball World

Universe 7 — Supre Kai Planet

The East Supre Kai nodded slowly.

That was indeed the case.

Creating a world was not like shaping a ball of clay.

And it was not like building a house.

A world could not be bent to human will.

It had to continue developing and evolving on its own.

The Supre Kais possessed the Law of Creation and could create planets within the universe.

But why were living planets so rare among the countless stars filling the cosmos?

Because a planet had to evolve by itself.

So planets eventually beca worlds that could sustain life.

That TOP 1 being had made the sa mistake in its first hundred creations—

interfering with the world according to its own will,

creating it according to its own preferences.

That was a mistake.

And even more importantly—

the entire frawork of those worlds had been propped up by TOP 1's own power.

That ant the worlds were fundantally unstable.

It also ant that TOP 1 had to act like a perpetual motion machine,

constantly pouring power into the world to keep its frawork intact.

But…

as the East Supre Kai looked at the TOP 1 being, even he felt deeply shaken.

It controlled too many laws.

And this—

this was true world creation.

When the Supre Kais created planets, they rely created planets.

It was like pressing a button and generating one instantly.

They did not understand why a planet could be created, nor the principle behind its creation.

It was like how everyone knew that 1 1 = 2,

but not why 1 1 = 2,

nor how that conclusion had been derived.

The East Supre Kai was the sa.

He could create planetary worlds—

but he only knew how to create them, not the underlying principle.

All he needed to do was create.

Then the will of the universe would automatically build the planetary frawork and fill it with the necessary laws.

Compared to TOP 1's world creation—

the Supre Kais' thod was incomparably simpler.

They only needed to construct the shell of a world.

The frawork and laws would be filled in automatically by the will of the universe.

That was not sothing they had to worry about.

And so, after watching TOP 1 create a world—

the East Supre Kai gained enormous insight.

On the screen—

mysterious energy spread from that being's body.

It condensed into two dazzling masses of light suspended before it.

The energy churned and surged within them.

Then—

two chain-like things appeared on the supre being's body.

Those were Laws.

Each of the two Laws fused into one of the light masses.

In an instant—

endless white radiance erupted.

The energy masses rapidly condensed.

Then ca a roar.

Two familiar figures were born from within those two light masses.

Dialga.

And Palkia.

The mont they were born—

the empty world gained the concepts of space and ti.

It was no longer like a flat two-dinsional plane with nothing in it.

[It created Palkia and Dialga.]

[One governed the Law of Space.]

[The other governed the Law of Ti.]

[With space as the core and ti as the foundation,]

[the two beca the frawork supporting the world.]

Palkia and Dialga understood their mission.

They left the newly opened world and created subspaces at the two ends of the world, pressing tightly against the world wall.

[And so, the void world gained space and ti.]

[But…]

[A new problem arose. It discovered that the world's frawork was still unstable.]

Even with Dialga and Palkia, and even with ti and space serving as the foundation of the frawork—

the world still felt shaky.

As though it might collapse at any mont.

[And so…]

[It separated a portion of its own shadow, combined it with part of its power, and created another creature.]

The video flowed onward.

The supre existence let out a low growl.

A part of its shadow was stripped away and fused with a portion of that profound power.

In a burst of white light—

it transford into a brand-new being.

The people of the myriad ani worlds were stunned all over again.

It was yet another familiar figure.

TOP 5 of the Ten Strongest Divine Beasts—

Giratina had also been created by this TOP 1 existence!?

The ruler of the Reverse World.

The controller of dark matter—

Giratina!

The entire multiverse erupted into a storm of shock.

This was simply too terrifying.

TOP 7 Palkia.

TOP 6 Dialga.

TOP 5 Giratina.

Among the Ten Strongest Divine Beasts—

three had been created.

The most shaken of all—

was still the Pokémon world.

Countless trainers.

Countless archaeology professors.

Countless Pokémon researchers.

All of them had fallen completely silent.

Their minds had gone numb from shock.

They could not even speak anymore.

It was not just that their worldview had shattered.

For scholars like Cynthia, who had spent their lives researching divine beasts and the essence of the world—

the entire existence of the world itself had been torn to pieces.

It was as if reality itself had slapped them in the face.

[Giratina opened up another world, located on the reverse side of the world, supporting it from behind.]

[Finally…]

[With ti, space, and the Reverse World…]

[the frawork of the world was completely stabilized.]

[It no longer needed to personally maintain the stability of the world's frawork.]

[Instead, the creatures governing space, ti, and antimatter would maintain that stability.]

[Looking at the world in its initial form,]

[it injected all the laws it governed into the world.]

[These were all laws needed to create a world.]

[Since it had decided to let the world evolve and develop on its own, it placed everything required to construct the world into the newborn world.]

[It let the world itself decide the proportions of the different law-energies.]

Countless streams of energy spread from TOP 1's body,

turning into innurable rays of light that poured into the world.

In an instant—

the world, which had previously been nothing more than an empty shell,

was filled with chaotic storms.

Countless laws collided violently.

They twisted together, crashed into each other, and unleashed one terrifying shockwave after another, along with storms of destruction that ravaged the newborn world.

The just-created world trembled violently under the collision of all those laws.

Its frawork shook so badly it seed as though it would collapse in the very next second.

[It watched nervously. Several tis, it wanted to intervene and suppress the storms of destruction.]

[But it held back, because it knew that if it intervened, it would violate its original intention—letting the world develop on its own.]

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Deafening sounds exploded beside everyone's ears, making their eardrums ache.

The freshly assembled world was like a crumbling high-rise in the middle of a magnitude-ten earthquake, holding on by sheer force.

And yet—

sothing astonishing happened.

Over and over again, it looked as though it would collapse in the next instant—

and yet it endured.

"It's because of Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina!" soone shouted.

And it was true.

The temporal subspace.

The spatial subspace.

The Reverse World.

Those three spaces were supporting the world.

The three Law-governing divine beasts roared continuously, using their power to neutralize the violent fluctuations created by those colliding laws.

Just like that—

they held on.

The world did not collapse.

[The collisions of the laws created countless chaotic energy storms.]

[Giratina of the Reverse World discovered that it could absorb those storms. So it began little by little to draw that energy into the Reverse World, using its own authority to dissolve it.]

[And so, through endless years, Giratina constantly absorbed the chaotic aura born from the collisions of the laws in the main world.]

[The world had only just been born. In those early ages, ti was beyond counting.]

On the screen—

ti once again compressed hundreds of thousands of years into a single second.

TOP 1 remained quietly above the world, observing its developnt.

Giratina continuously dissolved the chaotic energy produced by the collisions between the laws in the main world.

The laws were still colliding.

The chaotic energy, full of destruction, continued to be generated.

But because Giratina continuously drew that energy into the Reverse World,

the chaotic power never grew beyond control.

And so—

a strange balance was maintained.

The chaotic energy remained forever below the threshold that would destroy the world.

Just like that…

the situation remained deadlocked.

The frawork of the world continued to tremble—

but the world did not collapse.

[Ti flowed onward at incredible speed.]

[No one knew whether ten thousand years had passed… or a hundred thousand… or several thousand… or nearly a hundred million years.]

[The violent laws that had once clashed so ferociously no longer raged like they did at the beginning. Though they were still twisted together, they no longer collided so violently, instead gradually calming and coexisting.]

[Under those repeated impacts, the world's frawork beca even more solid.]

[No new chaotic energy was born.]

Within the world—

destructive energy still filled everything.

But—

no new chaotic energy was being generated.

Giratina of the Reverse World continued to absorb the old chaotic energy.

As one side diminished and the other increased—

[Finally…]

[The terrible energy produced by the collisions of the laws completely disappeared from the world.]

[It was all drawn into the Reverse World and dissolved by Giratina.]

[And…]

[After enduring who knew how many years of impacts and collisions without being destroyed, the world's frawork had beco incomparably stable.]

[It was a hundred tis more stable than any of the worlds created in the previous hundred attempts.]

[The laws of the world twisted together and intertwined with one another.]

[After an unknown amount of ti, those twisted laws began to coexist in peace.]

[But the empty world still seed to be missing sothing.]

[Then one day, two creatures were born from the laws themselves.]

Movent ca from the screen.

Everyone focused their eyes.

Once again—

two familiar figures were born from the countless twisted laws.

One was crimson.

One was deep blue.

Groudon and Kyogre!!!

The God of Land, who governed the authority of the earth.

And the God of the Sea, who governed the authority of the ocean.

After that—

everyone saw a familiar scene once more.

The empty world gained land and ocean.

And then—

the two divine beasts began fighting.

[If the world wished to continue developing, then it could not allow them to continue fighting.]

[And so, through the world's own evolution, it concluded that it needed sothing to stop them.]

The audience then saw another creature born from those twisted laws.

The world gained a sky.

[Rayquaza was born.]

[It governs the authority of the sky, and its mission is to suppress the earth and the sea.]

[It suppressed Groudon and Kyogre.]

[However, because its power was too great, when it suppressed them, it sank a great deal of land beneath the sea.]

[As a result, the oceans of the world ca to be far broader than its continents.]

As everyone watched the screen—

and saw Groudon and Kyogre being violently beaten up by Rayquaza—

the audience across the multiverse silently mourned for them.

Too miserable.

They had lost count of how many tis they had seen those two get beaten up.

In the Pokémon world—

Groudon and Kyogre both looked extrely dark-faced as they watched themselves being pounded.

Damn it.

Why were they always the ones getting hurt?

On the screen—

[The supre TOP 1 existence looked at this world, where the oceans were wider than the land, and revealed a hint of surprise.]

[Because in the previous hundred creations,]

[the world had always been built according to its will.]

[Sotis the world had consisted only of ocean.]

[Sotis only of land.]

[Sotis land and sea had been equal in size.]

[But this…]

[This was the first ti the oceans had been wider than the land.]

[And this ti, it was the world's own choice. The world chose for the seas to be broader than the continents.]

[The world gained land, ocean, and sky.]

[As endless years passed, forests, mountains, lakes, snowy peaks, and swamps were born as well…]

[Then ca light, day, night… order… fire…]

[As the world evolved on its own, divine beasts bearing different divine offices were born.]

The screen shifted once more.

Necrozma was born, governing light.

Solgaleo, governing daylight.

Lunala, governing night.

Zygarde, governing order, bringing order to the chaotic world.

Ho-Oh, governing fire and resurrection, capable of rebirth through nirvana.

And one familiar divine beast after another ca into existence.

[And so, the world was finally complete. A brand-new world had co into being.]

[This ti, the world did not collapse.]

[Everything that evolved was the world's own choice.]

[The proportions between all laws were perfectly balanced.]

In everyone's eyes—

the previously empty, silent planet had now beco a beautiful blue world.

[The world was newly born.]

[After successfully creating a world, a profound power fed back into its creator.]

[Although the various laws it had poured into the world had beco part of the world itself,]

[the world returned the origins of those laws back to it.]

Everyone's eyes widened.

They saw those countless law-origins return to TOP 1's body—

but they did not enter it.

Instead, they transford into dreamlike streams of colored light that revolved endlessly around it.

Each color represented a different origin of power.

There were seventeen colors in total.

In the end, those seventeen different law-origin light masses condensed into plates around its body.

Seventeen stone-tablet-like plates rotated ceaselessly around it.

And then—

TOP 1's figure was finally fully revealed.

It erged from its state of being unobservable and impossible to look at directly—

becoming a form that all the viewers of the multiverse could perceive.

It was a creature bathed in golden radiance, with a golden ring around its torso.

Its appearance resembled an alpaca.

Golden light poured from its body, illuminating the entire cosmos.

Seventeen plates rotated around it endlessly.

It was holy beyond description.

The mont they saw it—

people across the ani multiverse felt the urge to kneel in worship.

"Hissssss!!!!"

Countless people's eyes widened to their limits.

Those seventeen plate-like tokens—

if enlarged a hundredfold—

weren't they the very sa stone tablets that had blocked the miniature planets in the TOP 2 ranking video?!

And those hooves…

And that golden light…

Wasn't that exactly what had appeared at the very end of the second bonus special, in the Hoopa arc—

when that radiant figure and those hooves had cald the chaos of multiple distorted space-tis?!

Numb.

Everyone had gone completely numb.

At that mont—

many of the mysteries in their hearts were finally answered.

[Its na is—]

[Arceus.]

[The Creator God.]

[The supre existence that created the world.]

At last—

the people of the myriad ani dinsions learned the na of the TOP 1 existence.

Arceus!

The creator of the Pokémon world!

Pokémon World

Professor Oak and the others stared at that majestic figure.

So this—

was the origin of their world.

This—

was the being that had created the world.

A being that governed countless laws.

At that mont, they finally let out a deep breath of relief.

That ant the future Pokémon world was not in danger.

It would not be destroyed.

A Creator God!

After painstakingly creating the world—

how could it possibly destroy it?

In the previous ranking videos, it had blocked small celestial bodies from crashing into the world.

It had even cald the chaos of multiple twisted space-tis.

Because of that—

Professor Oak was certain.

The Creator God would never destroy the world.

[However…]

[To be more precise—]

[What it will destroy… is the humans of the Pokémon world.]

[In the distant future…]

[Arceus… will seek to destroy the Pokémon world.]
