Big Explosion matched with Solid could sotis be used, Waving Finger is practically unused daily, unless in desperate situations when other moves don’t work and one bets on the last wave.
Sweet Fragrance at best is used in Gorgeous Competitions, in battles, Mawile’s approach is aggressive, so using Sweet Fragrance isn’t necessary at all.
Fortunately, the Psychic Attribute box results are fairly acceptable.
Instant Movent is quite useful outside battle, Milotic’s Hypnosis Techniques are decent, Magic Space could be left for new Pokémon in the future, and Sleep...
Feels less than Absorption Power, but occasionally facing a Special Attacker, it might prove handy.

Tomorrow, he sets off for Mauville City. Once he gets the Fifth Badge, he can proceed east of Hoenn, where cities are fewer and travel speed can be increased slightly.
