Ash walked up to Scyther and gave him a fistbump, "Great work, I have a special prize for you later, for now, get so rest."

"Scy-Scyther," Scyther said as he gave a nod and went back to his ball, anwhile Ash pulled out Fearow's ball and released his unconscious body.

He bent down to check the severity of the poison, it wasn't bad, or more accurately he wasn't going to die, which makes sense since if a gym leader couldn't train their Pokemon to use poisons that wouldn't end up killing Pokemon they probably wouldn't be allowed to use them.

As he was inspecting Fearow's condition a jar touched his face, when he looked up he saw Erika holding a jar of so kind of green liquid, Ash took it and looked at it as Erika also knelt down.

"It's an herbal dicine that will help Fearow heal," Erika said as she grabbed Fearow's head and positioned it for Ash to give him the dicine, which he did.

Imdiately Fearow's condition beca better, and he woke up, but he was still sore, he looked over at Ash and said, "Fear...ow?"

Ash patted him in the stomach, "Yeah we won, thanks to you idiots."

Fearow nodded and went to sleep, so Ash returned him to his ball. And got up, Erika did the sa.

Looking over he could see Brock, Misty, and Yellow walking over along with a few of the girls but most of them walked out of the bleachers and presumably went to their classes.

Erika turned to Ash, "Well Congratulations you have won, therefor I shall present you...with the...Rainbow... Baaa-zzz(¯﹃¯),"

'Did she seriously fall asleep again, she was fine 10 seconds ago,' everyone thought collectively.

Ash brought his hands up and clapped in front of Erika causing her to Jolt awake, "The Rainbow Badge right here you go!"

Erika held out a small multi-colored badge that looked like a flower, Ash took it and admired it before putting it in his badge case with the others.

"Good work, you really surprised *yawn*, I never would have thought you could battle that well since, well you know," Erika said, smiling and gesturing to the group behind them with her eyes.

Ash picked up on the joke, "Yeah I can't believe 'that' is how we t that day, out of every possible person I thought you were not one of them."

"Yes, and I'm surprised you didn't use Charizard, though I guess he did do a lot of work over there."

Eventually, Brock walked up, "Ok I know everyone is thinking this, so I'm just going to ask it, How do you two know each other?" with everyone behind him nodding.

"Really, I don't see why that matters, I never got asked how I t Yellow but Ok," Ash said sarcastically, "Well I went for a walk..."

"And..?" Brock said.

"Oh you wanted the full story, "Ash said, playing dumb, "Ok, so rember when I left to go do so stuff, well I hopped on Charizard and flew to Lavender Town."

The group stayed silent for a good few seconds until MIsty yelled, "That doesn't seem like just a walk! Why did you even go there in the first place!?"

"I'm, getting there, so impatient," Ash said, shaking his head, "Well after that I went to et with a nice old man nad Fuji and I helped him out with so stuff."

Erika then cut in, "And here's where I co into the story, you see I also traveled to Lavender to restock on so flowers*yawn*, and I have personally known Fuji for a long ti so I joined Ash and that's how we t,"

"Yeah we nearly spent the entire night together," Ash said completely knowing how this sounded, "I even got so stuff after it."

But everyone only heard the first part, except Yellow, and stayed silent until Yellow spoke up, "What did you get?"

Ash smiled as he could see his shadow sneak behind everyone, "I got this cool rock and a friend," Ash said as he held out the stone and everyone stared at it, then everyone noticed the Gastly floating next to their heads causing everyone to fall down.

"JieJieJieJie(*ˊᗜˋ*)" Gastly laughed at them as Ash got behind the ghost and grabbed her by the scruff.

"Ok you had your fun back to where you belong," Ash said, pushing her into his shadow.

"Anyway, that's what happened," Ash said, turning to everyone and giving a dumb expression as Erika nodded as well. They turned to Pikachu too, but he just shrugged.

"Ok, well all that is all well and good, but I have to ask, you do realize how that sounded right?" one of the girls asked

Ash and Erika both tilted their heads in confusion, "What do you an?"

"B-but, y-you know, hey you guys heard it too right?" The girl turned red and turned to everyone else, but they were making contact and a few of them were slightly blushing too.

"You know what I think we have a class we need to go to!"

"Yeah, I think I have the sa class,"

"Right right that's true."

"Mind if we join in," Misty said as she pulled Yellow along and Brock followed, mainly for the girls.

Erika stood next to Ash and slightly giggled, "You're right it's funnier if we act like we don't know."

"Anyway, you wanna hang out for a bit, get the chance to not have to act like sheltered princess," Ash said, grabbing Pikachu and putting him in his bag.

Erika smiled and put on her accent, "Why I never, how could I a lady do such a thing, and for you a man to say such things, how barbaric,"

Then Erika started talking casually again, "Anyway sure I'll get so tea ready, seems like your friends will be busy with....that."

"Wow, is this a date(*≧▽≦)," Ash said jokingly.

"Don't count your stars, I'm out of your league," Erika joked as she walked off.

anwhile with Ash's other side.

"You! Don't think I don't know what you are! Your kind... you're so damn full of yourself. I bet I know exactly what you think is going to happen here. I bet you think you're going to just waltz on in here and steal yourself one of our expertly, painstakingly crafted, high-grade bicycles." said a man who was tied up.

The place they were at was the bike shop in Cerulean City, and there were a good few grunts inside the shop, even though the cash register was there it was redundant since the real prizes were the bicycles.

Ash and Jay set the operation up and Enid also tagged along, the bicycles themselves had a neat feature where they could be folded into a more convenient size so they could be carried around. So every grunt was taking one for themselves and a few more to sell.

Ash took about 5 and kept one for his personal use. anwhile, Jay was trying to do a wheelie, "Yo bro this is aweso I'm so glad you thought of this, why hasn't anyone done this before it's free."

Speaking of Jay and Enid for that manor, Jay received his uniform which consisted of an open jacket in full black, and Enid had a more closed sweater kinda design with more red sprinkled in. anwhile, Ash got his which consisted of a Hoodie and a trenchcoat to be worn over that reached to his knees, anwhile, he still had his scarf covering his face.

As so of the grunts started leaving the shopkeeper kept yelling, "YOU! You are the embodint of everything that is wrong with the world. You immoral youngsters, walking around like you own everything you see. You believe everything is owed to you, just because you were born! I fought in the war for your lot, you know!"

But his cries fell on deaf ears as everyone started leaving and he was left watching them all ride off with his bikes, "Damn you Rockets... daaaaamn yoooooou!"

Before Ash started riding off Jay called out to him, "Yo Guys, you got any plans right now, cuz I wanted to catch so Pokemon for my team."

Enid didn't even look at Jay mumbling, "Typical side character" And riding away.

anwhile, Ash looked at Jay, "I have so stuff I want to do, so I can't."

Jay shrugged, "Well that's too bad, well I guess I'll see you back at base," Jay said before hopping on one of the bikes and riding away.

Ash also got on his bike and started riding, he wanted to get to Gringey City, or more specifically to get to the Kanto Power Plant, and with a bike, it would be much faster.

{And back with OG Ash}

It's been a few days since they left Celadon, Misty was a lot more desperate to stay in Celadon for a few more days, but everyone else wanted to get back on the road.

Currently, they were walking and Brock polished his dal that he got, and that made Ash ask a few questions that led to an hour-long discussion.

"Ok, tell what I don't get here, are you a Breeder because of the competition?"

"No, the competition is sothing separate."

"What, so then do you beco a breeder by just saying you're one, then what's the point of the competition?"

"Well if I win the championship then I get funding and a deal with the league to work for them directly."

"But that doesn't answer my first question: what does it take to be a breeder, is there so exam or can you just be one by yelling that you are one."

"I don't know, ok, I really don't know, I'm not entirely sure if I am classified as a Breeder yet." Brock finally said.

"Why are we talking about this," Misty cut in.

Ash literally pushed her back, "Shut up this is an important conversation."

"So then what is even the qualification to do this whole thing?"

"Well I signed up online and it said for any aspiring breeder to join in and they can get an official license."

"That doesn't make sense, you just said it was sothing separate, and now you're telling you can only beco a breeder by winning, then what's the point of any of it?"

Brock was looking down, "I don't know, I already said it, I know it doesn't make sense but I can't do anything about it OK."

The conversation went on for a good amount of ti and was only resolved when they saw a town on the horizon.

When they got to the town the giant sign that welcod them said HopHopHop Town.

"What kinda of na is HopHopHop town, who ca up with these nas?" Misty asked as they walked into town.

"The towns we are all from are based on paint supplies, I don't think we have room to talk about the naming convention of other towns."

"Wait, they are, what's Viridian then?" Yellow asked.

"It's like a greenish color, but did you seriously never notice that our big towns are based on colors," Ash said looking at Yellow who slightly looked away.

"I always thought they were just cool-sounding nas, I never thought about it."

Misty put her hand on Yellow's head, "I've said this before but I'll say it again. Yellow, never change."

They continued walking and eventually ca across the center of town and the fountain. Next to it was a wall with Posters with the faces of young kids on them.

"I wonder what these are for, are they actors or sothing," Brock said looking at the pictures.

Then a voice from behind them spoke up, "No they're missing children."

When the group looked behind them they saw a Jenny holding 2 more posters and walking to the wall to start putting them up as well.

"Really what happened?" Yellow asked, looking at all the posters.

"We don't know, children have been disappearing, it's strange, there is no struggle, no pattern, and no ransom. It's almost like the children left instead of being kidnapped."

Before anyone could ask about the case more they heard the scream of a woman, "Oh Arnold you ca back, I just knew you would."

A woman was ringing towards Ash with her arms open, Ash grabbed Brock and put him in front of him making Brock get hugged.

"Um, Ms. I am sorry to hear that but I'm not your son," Ash explained behind Brock.

When she heard that she realized what she was doing and let go, "Oh, I'm terribly sorry, it's just I've been so worried, so many kids have gone missing including my dear son Arnold, and you look so much like him."

"Yeah, I've heard that one before a few tis," Ash said thinking back to all the Ash clones in the series.

Jenny walked up to the grieving woman, "Ms, I've told you we are doing what we can, but without any leads, we can't find them, the most we have are these strange radio waves."

Brock who was standing close to Jenny the entire ti perked up, "We can help find the kids, just tell us anything and I give you my word we'll find them!"

Jenny looked at Brock and sighed, "Fine, I suppose so more help wouldn't hurt, the only thing we know is that at the sa ti children disappeared these weird waves started spreading through town and caused the Pokemon to get headaches and so even get paralyzed."

Brock and Misty imdiately when they heard that looked over to Yellow and Ash.

Ash's eye twitched seeing this, "What you think just because it's a strange energy that is affecting Pokemon we know and can do sothing about it....Well your right I have an Idea, but it's still kinda offensive, be better"
