I'm in a good mood again, so another long Chapter

Will and Karen were on the outskirts of Pallet, they were waiting until nightfall so they could try to raise as little suspicion as possible, so they waited and watched

Ash was about 7, it was close to the end of the year so as a tradition for everyone (Mostly) they were all going to have a celebration, this year they agreed on karaoke.
Everyone was already at the place except ft Paul who just left to sleep and study, Ash would have been there but he was currently with Green and Silver.
Since Silver has started opening up since his newfound friendship with Green she was pushing him to join them, even though like Paul he never went to any of the previous parties.
But after a lot of nagging, Silver eventually gave in and agreed to go to the party.
So then they finally started walking over, classes ended nearly an hour ago and they were alone. It was also late so the streets were more or less empty with people going back ho and the sun was just starting to go down.
Green was poking at both Ash and Silver's side, "Finally we get to see who is the worse singer, edge lord #1 or Mr. Perfect."
Silver looked at Green then over at Ash, "Is this normal, I'm still not used to this."
"More than you think, be grateful it's just edge lord #1, you should have heard my first nickna," Ash said, putting his arm behind his head.
"Oh you an-" Green said before Ash covered her mouth.
"Say it again and I swear I will bring back the spray bottle."
Green puffed her cheeks, "(○｀3′○)Booo, you're no fun, well at least I'm still a better singer."
"Did you all think I was actually good at everything, no I just put in more effort, you'd probably get A's too if you studied instead of copying all my howork."
"But that's boooooring, and I would need to put in effort, o(╥﹏╥)o"
Silver was about to say sothing but Ash put his hand on his shoulder, "Don't," So Silver stayed quiet with his thoughts.
They continued walking and talking as they made their way to the eting place, anwhile Green was still poking fun at the two.
"Green I swear I will learn to play an instrunt and take vocal classes if you keep this up," Ash said getting tired of Green's antics
"Ohh, no are you saying you need to practice if you want to beat , how sad, don't you agree Silver," Green said, roping Silver back into the conversation.
"Leave out of this, I can barely sing myself, I don't need to get caught in this." Silver said raising his arms.
As they continued walking Ash felt like he was being watched, he looked behind only to see no one, he tried to pour so Aura in his eyes, even though he was much less experienced using it he was able to do it, only resulting in a stunning feeling in his eyes.
Looking around he noticed two figures hiding and tailing them, from seeing their emotions he could tell they had none but he could tell their intention.
Green looked back at Ash who completely stopped, "Hey Ash what's up, while you stop?"
Ash imdiately slapped his face, "I forgot my notebook in class, sorry guys I need to go back, I'll et you guys there, tell everyone the first rounds on as an apology."
"I can go with you if you want," Silver said, trying to sound friendly but just sounding more awkward than anything.
"Na, it's fine I will be faster if I run alone," Ash said, and before Silver or Green said anything he started running off.
Silver looked like he wanted to say sothing but Ash was already gone, making Silver look down.
"Hey cheer up, it's fine, he's usually like this," Green said, patting Silver on the back.
"But I did act pretty stupid when I first t everyone, most people still don't want to talk to ."
Silver looked down but was snapped out of it from a slap on the back from Green, "Co on at least you're doing better, not like Mr Edglord who still refuses to talk to everyone."
"And besides that, " Green got close and looked seriously at Silver, " We are willing to forgive you even after how you acted, so don't think this is a waste,"
Silver gulped and nodded, making Green go back to her usual self, as they started walking again, talking about Pokemon evolution since it was the thing they knew the most about.
But little did either of them know two figures were hiding in the shadows, they both had very distinct white masks, but behind those masks were Will and Karen.
"One of the targets has left, he seems to be heading to Oak's school, should we pursue it?" Will asked.
"No need we can get him after, for now, we have 2 targets, let's mobilize," Karen said taking a black ball with a red R on it and Will did the sa.
Little did either know behind them Ash was listening into their conversation by increasing his hearing with Aura, causing him a headache but he understood the situation.
'So I guess it's ti, well then I hope they're ready because I may not be able to do anything but I know an overprotective nanny who can.' Ash thought as he started running as fast as he could.
Silver and Green were still walking and going to the eting place, they were going through the comrcial district which was empty since everyone generally goes ho around this ti.
Green kept talking, While Silver seed to still sohow be nervous and on edge, so he was only half listening to what Green was saying when suddenly Silver's eyes widened and he pushed Green.
Green fell on the floor, she was about to yell at Silver until she saw a rainbow bird fly past the spot she was in, Silver pushed her out of the way and he was about to try and grab Green until a second white creature swept in front of him and blew him back.
Green stumbled to her feet and wanted to run over to Silver when suddenly the rainbow bird stomped in front of her, and from behind one of the buildings two figures walked out.
Will and Karen slowly walked forward and looked at the two children, "Stop resisting, this can be simple all you need to do is comply." Karen said
Silver managed to stumble up again, "Who are you and what do you want?!"
Neither Will nor Karen made any reaction to Silver, "Our identities are unimportant, but we are here for you and your friends, those that show outstanding talent are to co with us, willingly or not."
The big rainbow bird was still staring down green, she didn't dare to move, but she was looking around for anything she could use, she knew that people were ho so screaming for help was a no-go, but this area was close enough to Oak's laboratory and if they could get between buildings they could get away from the big Pokemon staring them down.
Silver was hurt as he held his left arm to support it, "And why would we go with you!"
"Yeah, you're nothing more than cowards picking on kids, picking on soone your own size," Green added, trying to provoke them and hope that they would call back the Pokemon.
It didn't work, "Your resistance is futile, you will be given one last chance to co with us or be taken by force."
Green looked over at Silver who seed to also be trying to analyze the situation, she gestured to the alleyways with her eyes trying to make it seem inconspicuous.
She then looked at the people and put her hands in her pocket, "Fine then we chose - pocket sand!" Green said as she threw so sand in the eyes of the bird,
Ho-Ohtwo did reel back since it was temporarily blinded and Green and Silver rushed into the nearest ally they could.
"Fine I suppose we will have to use more forceful ans," Will said as he snapped his fingers making Lugiatwo and Ho-Ohtwo fly into the air.
Green and Silver were running just trying to find any way they could escape or get help.
"Silver we should split up, if one of us gets caught at least the other should be able to get help from the professor," Green said.
"...Fine but we need to make sure where we're going, I'm just following you," Silver said, trying to keep up with his injury.
"Don't worry, no one in Kanto knows these alleyways better than , you go on the left and follow the road, and I'll go up ahead," Green said, making SIlver nod, then they split up each going a different way.
On Silver's side, he ca to a clearing and he didn't know where he was going but he just continued going straight hoping he could find sothing, but suddenly a large white creature fell in front of him cutting him off.
On the Lugiatwo was Will who stepped off, "We warned you, you just had to resist." He started walking forward slowly.
Silver looked around before rushing at Will with his fist raised, but Will just grabbed his fist and punched him in the stomach knocking the air out of him. Then Will put Silver over his shoulder and hopped back onto Lugiatwo.
With Green she was still running, she wasn't sure what would happen to Silver but she didn't have the luxury to stop when she finally got outside she looked around, she could see Oak's lab in the distance so she started running.
But suddenly the familiar rainbow bird stomped in front of her with Karen standing on it.
Green freaked out and tried to run back into the alleyway, but was stopped when the second bird-like creature blocked her path, and Will was on it with Silver on his shoulder.
Green's breathing started to beco heavy as she was looking at her situation, Will and Karen jumped off of the birds and Will just threw Silver's unconscious body aside.
She started backing away until she tripped and she could only struggle as the Birds ca closer to her, tears started swelling in her eyes as everything seed hopeless, she closed her eyes and waited, but nothing ca.
When she opened her eyes she saw a familiar orange dragon standing between her and the birds, it was Dragonite, and to say that she was mad would be an understatent.
{a few seconds ago}
Ash got back to the classroom, the teachers and the professor were gone but there was one person, or rather Pokemon who was still there, it was Dragonite.
Along the way Ash grabbed so dirt and put it on his clothes then he punched himself in the cheek leaving a bruise.
He ran into the room he knew Dragonite would be in and started acting like a kid again, "Dragonite!!!(ಥ﹏ಥ) "
Dragonite imdiately turned to see Ash there, when she looked at him she was shocked to see the state he was in, so she ca closer and asked, "Dra-dragonite?!"
Ash acted like a scared child, "T-there were bad people, they want to do bad things to us, I g-got away but they are trying to take G-green and S-s-silver."
Dragonite's face imdiately contorted as the Veins in her head started pulsating in anger, she grabbed Ash and flew at high speeds following where Ash led her, when they got in the area Dragonite flew up and looked around and there she saw it.
Dragonite flew down and dropped Ash off on the ground before getting between Green and the birds, her eyes glowing red in pure anger.
{Back to the exact second}
Ho-Ohtwo attempted to Grab Green but Dragonite intercepted it and was holding Ho-Ohtwo's head looking down on it. Before it could do anything Dragonite grabbed it by the body and whipped it.
Lugiatwo tried to open its mouth the attack but Dragonite grabbed it by the throat and slamd them both into the ground.
In the Background Will and Karen were shocked they didn't know what to do, anwhile Ash sneaky grabbed Silver and dragged him into the darkness.
Dragonite held both of the birds by the throat as her claws extended and her hands were covered in purple energy, she threw Lugiatwo in the air and used Ho-Ohtwo as a lance and threw it at Lugiatwo making them crash into each other.
As the birds were gathering themselves again, Dragonite extended so white and black blades from her back, pulled them out, and started throwing them using [Scale Shot] at both the birds causing them to shriek in pain.
Then Dragonite extended her wings and flapped them as her feet left the ground, leaving cracks where she was standing from the strength she propelled himself, grabbing the two birds in the air again.
Green was still stunned by this and was still too scared to move, but then Ash rushed over to her and grabbed her by the shoulders, "We need to move, co on."
Green was confused seeing Ash here but that thought was imdiately pushed out when Ash grabbed her hand making her get flustered and blush as he led her back into the darkness before either Will or Karen could notice them.
Speaking of which, they were both looking up without making much of a move, seemingly like robots who failed in their programming, neither of them made any movents at all.
The two birds were flying in different directions to try to confuse Dragonite, but she wasn't amused, instead, she disappeared from their line of sight only leaving behind an afterimage for a second.
Lugiatwo was looking around but was stopped when Dragonite's fist collided with its face, Ho-Ohtwo saw Dragonite and opened its mouth to start charging a [Fire Blast], but was stopped when Dragonite appeared in front of it and forced its mouth closed making the fire explode in its mouth.
Dragonite looked unimpressed and threw Ho-Ohtwo aside for a mont to look at Lugiatwo, whose wings were glowing blue as if it was Charging a [Hurricane], so she countered with a [Hurricane] of her own.
The two gusts of air t in the middle causing a small tornado to form, both attacks were relatively evenly matched but that wasn't Dragonite's goal, instead, she appeared behind Lugiatwo and spun her entire body delivering a [Ice Punch] right on the head.
Lugiatwo and Ho-Ohtwo landed in the sa area and both significantly weakened, so when they both flew back into the air they both launched their strongest attack, [Aeroblast] and [Sacred Fire]
Dragonite looked at the two Beams combine into one as they approached her, she exhaled in anger and launched out her attack, a powerful [Hyper Beam]
The Beams clashed in the air, lighting up the sky and getting a lot of People's attention, including Professor Oak who was currently sitting at his desk at his lab drinking a coffee, but he quickly put it down and started running.
The Beams seed to clash for a bit until the beam from Dragonite overpowered the others and shot down, connecting with the two fake birds and enveloping them in an explosion.
When the light cleared Ho-Ohtwo was badly injured but still holding on, the sa couldn't be said for Lugiatwo, half of its body seed to be lting into a purple/black substance with the other half looking like it was in extre pain.
Ho-Ohtwo started trying to crawl with its wing but was stopped when an Orange foot stepped on its wing, looking up it saw Dragonite standing there still looking furious, Dragonite then raised both her fists as they started glowing different colors.
Dragonite then started beating Ho-Ohtwo down multiple tis so hard the imprints of her fist were left on the road, this continued for a good 5 seconds of nonstop punching when Dragonite stopped her fists were covered in the purple substance and Ho-Ohtwo lted away.
Dragonite didn't care so when she saw Lugiatwo she frowned and launched a [Flathrower] making what little was left of it lt.
Dragonite didn't waste any ti, she spread her wings and flew back to the kids, when she got back she imdiately landed in front of Will and Karen as she stared them down with anger in her eyes.
She would have done sothing until she heard a voice call out, "Dragonite I do think you have done enough, you're scaring the children." it was Oak's voice, who ca running in followed by the best thing Pallet had to a police force.
Dragonite looked back at the scared Green and unconscious Silver and ran over to them to pull them into a hug with Ash stuck in the middle as always.
Without warning Dragonite flew off to go to the hospital to get them taken care of leaving behind Oak, the security, with Will and Karen.
Will and Karen weren't resisting, they weren't even moving, and their faces were being obscured behind the masks, so Oak had them remove them only to see two young strangers who looked rather blankly into nothing.
Oak frowned and after searching them the only thing on them were pictures of so of the children, "It seems that you were after the children, what was your purpose, and who is behind this."
But both of them remained silent, Oak frowned further and gently pulled back one of their eyelid investigating, "Is this a ntal block or are you just stubborn," he let go and pulled out a phone, "Well no matter, whatever the case we have Pokemon to help with this kinda thing."
Oak contacted the League to tell them about the situation, and he took a sample of the clones, or at least what was left of them for investigation.
Hours passed, and over that ti the League ca by and collected Will and Karen and the sample of the clones.
Ash, Green, and Silver were in the hospital only needing so basic treatnt but after Dragonite's insistence they got checked in, Silver remained unconscious, and Green was still scared and refused to let go of Ash.
Ash just let it happen as he started thinking, 'I guess I managed to change sothing after all, though I guess Green's probably going to have trauma, I can probably help her get it down to just being scared of Ho-Oh and Lugia and being uncomfortable around everything else but who knows.'
Ash looked out of a nearby window, 'I wonder what's going to happen with 'him' now, after all he failed, and not a chance this won't get to Giovanni, welp not my problem.'
After the news spread, everyone went to visit the three, they even ended up having Karaoke right there in the hospital after Silver woke up, and sohow Dragonite was convinced to join, making it a night to rember.

{Over in the Johto Branch}
A man in a mask was looking into a screen with the big boss Giovanni looking extrely mad.
"So you an to tell , you have been wasting resources in lousy mind control, took our prototype clones and got them destroyed, executed missions in my na without my order, and went into Pallet town and tried to kidnap my son!!"
The masked man reminded stoic, "But sir, you never ntioned your son, much le-"
"Stop talking!" Giovanni yelled, "You forget yourself, you speak when I allow you to, are we clear."
The masked man nodded.
Giovanni composed himself again, "Now your punishnt, you will be held back and not be allowed to execute missions on your own until I say otherwise, you will be allowed to keep your rank but you are walking on thin Ice, one wrong step and you will be stripped of everything, do I make myself clear."
The masked man nodded again, making Giovanni exhale and hang up the call leaving him in the dark.

{Back to the present}
After Will and Karen were captured they went through multiple weeks of recovery to their ntal state, eventually, they were well enough to explain the full story including their mind control and the children.
Thanks to them the League was able to find Team Rocket bases holding the captured children, but not all the children were recovered, the two main ones missing were about the sa age as them and called Carl and Sham.
Because of their situation, they got a cover as survivors who helped take down this Team Rocket sche, and they received a lot of good fa from it, enough to eventually climb up to the spot of Elite 4.
Karen drank her tea silently as Will took off his mask and looked at Karen, his eyes were filled with fear, "I don't want to go back, not after what he did, not after what we did."
Karen could barely keep it together, she was the older of the two and Will treated her like an older sister, she didn't want to see him like this, yet it was justified.
Will's hands were shaking so Karen put her hands on his, "It won't happen again, we are different this ti, if we stick together everything will be fine."
