So before the Chapter starts ti to address the results. at the ti of writing this currently, more people have voted yes to Pokemon dying, so for those of you who don't like it I am sorry but this is your stop, I can only promise that it won't be a common thing, at most 2 incidents per region and that is a big if, but a vote is a vote. Also, No main Pokemon or People will die I can promise that much. And I will never go full murder hobo.

The trio was currently catching their breath after running as fast as they could from the war happening in route 3. They decided to walk through Route 4 cautiously in case sothing similar happened. At this point, the sun was starting to go down but it wasn't night yet.
Walking through the biggest thing that was notable was that there were almost no Pokemon; no Sandshrew, no Psyduck, no Mankey, and no Ekans.
But what there was, was Zubats, there were everywhere in the trees, in the grass, in a small random shack that was by the side of the road.
They moved quickly and quietly since there was no way they could take down that many, even with Pikachu using Thundershock at least a few dozen would get to them before Pikachu could take them down.
After they got out of the forest they breathed a sigh of relief, since as they got closer to the mountain there were considerably fewer bats.
"Why are so many Zubats out at this ti, don't they usually hate any kind of light?" Brock said as they decided to rest for a bit.
"I don't know, the light must be better than whatever is forcing them out of Mt. Moon," Ash said, "Anyway they seem to not want to approach the mountain so how about we get closer then eat?"
Both Brock and Yellow seed to agree so getting closer they set up camp and started preparing food, like normally Brock and Ash were cooking while Yellow released her Geodude to talk and Heal him, obviously out of Brock's sight for the ti being since Ash and Yellow decided to keep their abilities secret for now.
After so ti they finished the food and served everyone and gave the Pokemon their food as well along with so Pokeblokes. After they sat down Ash realized sothing, "Wait if sothing is happening in the mountain, what happened to Seymour, what is happening to the Clefairy, we haven't seen them on the path so they must still be around the mountain."
Almost on cue, the three heard a scream and Pokemon fighting. Coming from a cave on the side of the mountain.
"Was that a person?" Yellow was the first to talk as they all looked over to where it ca from.
"We should go and see if that person is ok," Brock said as he got up and started moving followed by Yellow.
Pikachu seed mad he couldn't eat so Ash handed Pikachu Ketchup before picking him up and following.
And when they got to the clearing they saw Seymour hiding, but they also saw a frightening scene.
In front of them, they saw a group of Machop fighting a larger group of Zubats and 3 Golbat. However, it was less of a fight and more of a bloodbath, originally the Machop group started with 10 mbers and one larger Machop wearing a Black Belt who was the leader.
However, now there were 3 left standing and the rest of the Machop were on the ground and dead from large bite marks that seed to have drained most of their blood. And the Bat Pokemon seed to want to finish the Job.
All three of them were shocked, but Yellow seed to be the most horrified seeing this.
"Wha- how did this happen, these poor pokemon we have to help them," Yellow said as another Machop died leaving two.
Brock grabbed her shoulder, "Yellow I want to as well but we can't do anything for them now, look at their injuries even if we save them there is no way we could get them to a Pokemon center in ti." Another Machop fell, leaving the leader as the last one alive and on one knee.
"But I ca-" Yellow wanted to tell him but she looked at Ash giving him a pleading look, before looking at the last Machop and she closed her eyes before she heard a shout.
"Pikachu use thundershock!" As the Zubats were about to finish off the Machop. Pikachu jumped forward and sent a large amount of Yellow electricity toward the bats. The electricity managed to jump from bat to bat, taking down most of the Zubats and leaving the three Golbats weakened but still standing.
"Are you guys going to keep standing there or are we going to fight the last three?" Ash said, causing Brock to sigh before pulling out a Pokeball.
Brock released his Rhyhorn, Yellow saw this and hurriedly pulled out her Geodude, "Go, GeGe"
(Yes that is the na I chose since she gets a Graveler originally, so until he evolves that's what I'm going with.)
"Rhyhorn use smack down on the Golbat" Brock called out as he commanded his Rhyhorn to fight one of the three big guys.
"GeGe helps Rhyhorn with Rollout," Yellow commanded her Geodude to roll into the large flying bats.
"Pikachu try to take care of the rest of them," Ash told Pikachu as he shocked the Zubats again, taking down the rest of the bats, leaving only the three big bats left.
At this ti Brock's Rhyhorn was currently stomping out one of the Golbats and another was being chased by GeGe.
"Pikachu, let's end this now, use Iron Tail and send that overgrown bat into the one Yellow is going after" Ash commanded.
Pikachu jumped up into the air and his tail started glowing silver before hitting the bat like a bat, and sending it into the other bat making them fall out of the air and allowing Geodude to hit both of them sending them flying away.
Yellow seeing this ran over to the Machop who had also fallen over, Ash and Brock ran over and Brock checked his heartbeat.
"It's faint but he's still alive," he then looked at Ash and Yellow, "So what was your plan? We are too far away from a Pokemon center and I only have basic dical knowledge."
Yellow looked at Ash, who gave her a nod before she put her hands over the Machop and released a faint light, and in front of them, his wounds started healing, leaving the Pokemon to look like it wasn't just in a big fight.
Brock felt his pulse again, "It's normal, he will still be unconscious for a while but he'll be fine" he looked over to Ash and Yellow, "So what was that, did you just heal this Pokemon?"
Yellow was about to talk before Ash stopped her, "I think we should talk about this later, we currently have a guest over there" as he pointed behind him where a man was hiding behind a Rock.
The man got up and approached the three of them, "You guys are the greatest. I'm talking super fantabulous, 2 thumbs up!"
"They say a Pokemon is man's best friend and with you guys, I believe it"
"U-um, that's ok we were just doing the right thing," Ash said, trying to stop what he knew was coming next.
Nonsense, I am so moved by such friendship I thought I'd never see when those Pokemon began attacking. I thought I would be next, when who should arrive? Heroes thanks to whom I'm alive! I'm alive! Thank you so much! Thank you!" Seymour said as he ran over to a cliff and scread out.
Ash sighed in his hands, almost visibly cringing, he looked over to Brock and Yellow and they seed more dumbfounded than anything.
"Did I ntion how grateful I am?" Seymour said as he approached them again.
"I think you said it once or twice," Ash said sarcastically.
"So Mister, why are you here?" Yellow asked curiously, causing Seymour to Gasp.
"Ah. Never call mister! My na's Seymour! Seymour, the scientist. Knowledge! Research! I'm Seymour, the scientist!" He introduced himself
Yellow seed more confused and Ash turned to his friends signaling this guy probably had a few screws loose.
Brock suggested they should go back to their camp to talk and let the Machop heal. Everyone seed to agree to, but before that Brock wanted to catch one of the Zubats, so Ash scanned all of them and found 2.

Ash told Brock to get the guy and he caught the girl. Then Brock picked up the Machop.
'Well I need to make sure Oak still thinks I have the limit so I'll send over this Zubat and probably use it for Johto.' Ash thinks as he sends the Zubat to his PC.
As they got to their camp Brock set down the Machop as they started talking with Seymour.
"So Seymour, Why are you here, this place isn't exactly safe, and you don't seem to have a Pokemon to protect yourself," Ash asked
"I ca here to find out what is causing the Pokemon to leave Mt.Moon, like what you saw with the group of Zubats, they normally reside deep in the caves but sothing pushed them out and they have taken over Route 4," Seymour answered.
"We also ran into the Geodude evolution line battling the Nido line in route 3. I am sure more than a few of both sides have died because of it." Brock added in, causing Seymour to beco surprised.
"I see, normally the Geodude line is secluded but if they left all the way to route 3 then this is much bigger than I originally thought," Seymour said as he started thinking.
"Why do you think they left the Mountain?" Yellow asked
"Well I have so theories as to what may have caused them to leave, but the one that seems to be the most likely is that people are doing sothing in the cave, as for what they are after, my best guess is they are after the Moonstone."
Brock nodded his head, "Makes sense anyone would want its Power"
'What power, the moonstones are only good for evolving like 6 Pokemon, they don't give a power boost for anything else.'
As Ash was thinking Seymour explained how he believes Pokemon co from space.
Soon after Machop started waking up and looking around, then seeming surprised to see People he had never seen.
Ash ca forward and started trying so Aura to calm him down.
"Hey how are you feeling, you were beaten up pretty badly over there," Ash said trying to comfort Machop.
"Ma-chop," he said, looking around for his friends.
"Sorry, the rest of your Group didn't make it, by the ti we got to you you were the last one alive," Ash said sadly, and the Machop looked down.
"Well, would you like to co with ?" Ash asked, making Machop look up, "I can help you get stronger and you can make so more friends, what do you think?"
Machop looked down for a second before nodding, "Chop" Ash Pulled out a Pokeball and Machop fist-bumped it allowing himself to be caught. Then he released him again and looked over the Pokedex.

Ash looked surprised, 'Wait, first off why does it have both its normal abilities, second off what does??? an shouldn't its hidden ability be Steadfast that also completely sucks?'
Before he could think more about it he heard a rumbling coming from Machop, it was his stomach, Machop was hungry seemingly not haven eaten in a while.
"I guess we didn't eat either," Ash said as he looked over to his friends, "How about we eat before the Zubats wake up."
