Ash was panting and his arm was probably dislocated after hours of grueling training, he was currently on his knees after his legs gave up on him.
Surge was watching him, "Hey Kid you sure you don't want a break"
Ash was panting as Surge was squatting and poking his body, Ash still raised his arm and slapped Surge away.
"Save your pity for the weak!" Ash said as he forced his arm back in place and took off his shirt.

In MT. Moon after Jessie, Jas, and owth blasted off the last ti they were launched in the middle and had to get out.
But currently, they were lost, "Jessie are you sure we are going the right way I'm pretty sure we passed that boulder 3 Tis already." Jas said.
"Quiet Jas, I don't see you doing any better besides I know exactly where we are," Jessie said confidently.
"Yeah sure you said that the last 3 tis," owth mumbled.
"What was that, I'll have you know the exit is just around the Corner-" Jessie was cut off when suddenly they were all thrown down a hole leading to a deeper part of the cave and they were trapped.
"Well just our luck, now we are definitely going to be late, we are going to get in so much trouble with the bosses," Jas said as he struggled to stand comfortably.
"Can't you let Koffing out to help us?"
"Of course not, it is far too narrow for Koffing to even move if I let him out he will only get stuck with us."
"Well then I guess we are stuck, just our luck," Jessie said dejectedly until she heard sothing.
Looking up she saw a small Cubone looking down at them, "Bone-bone"
Jessie looked hopeful, "Hey can you help us I can give you sothing, maybe a treat or sothing!"
Cubone stared down and disappeared and despite Jessie's pleading, he was gone, for about 10 minutes when a rope ca down and fell on her head showing that the little one had co back for them.
After so struggle, they managed to get out and Jessie was snuggling the little one, which turned out to be a girl.
Jessie put the Cubone down and looked around, "Hey are you alone?"
Cubone looked down at her bone and teared up,
They looked at owth and he looked uncomfortable, "Let's just say she is 'new' and leave it at that."
Jessie looked at the little Cubone and asked, "Do you want to co with , you know my mother also had a Marowak and I lost her too, so we are like 2 peas in a pod." Jessie said with a smile holding out a Pokeball.
Cubone looked up at Jessie and cried as she hugged her then pressed the button going into it and clicking shut, when she was released they asked about the exit and she led them on the way out.

In Cerulean City Pidgeotto was sitting on top of the gym yawning.
Inside the gym all 4 of the sisters were sitting on their knees as their parents were sitting across from them, after they were told off because of the broken wall and their half-baked excuse, needless to say, their father was more than a bit upset.
Speaking of which, their father was called Kai, he was the gym leader before the sisters, and their mother was called Marigold the first waterflower rmaid, they t when they were younger and then rged their 2 professions creating the gym and show.
But they went into a pseudo-retirent if you could call it that. They weren't old by any ans, but they had to tend to other duties that went beyond the gym stuff, after all, they had an entire private island with a mansion and servants, so they handed the gym early hoping that they could handle it.
They were wrong, what gave it away, the gym's lowered reputation, the hole in the wall, the fact that Misty was basically the only one putting in any effort, all of the above. The answer is Yes.
Kai was shaking his head, "What am I going to do with you all, do you have any idea how many tis the PIA contacted trying to condemn the gym."
"Dear you shouldn't scold them too hard with tough words, it's not going to do anything," Marigold said with a kind smile before suddenly also turning to them nacingly, "Besides I think you should 'teach' them to be better don't you agree."
Kai looked at his wife with a kind look, "What a wonderful idea my love, it really was my fault for not doing this earlier." He said this with a calm look on his face despite what he was about to do.
The 4 sisters felt a shiver down their spines and when Misty looked towards them in hope for advice he saw Daisy, Violet, and Lily making a break for the door, but Marigold's Golduck was waiting and closed the door and blocked it, Daisy, Violet, and Lily tried to make their way to different exits when Kai's Tentacruel ca out and grabbed them all including Misty.
"Wait why I didn't do anything wrong!" Misty tried to escape from what was coming
"Because you are too weak to even consider becoming the next Gym leader, we are either making you stronger or getting over that small fear of yours, probably both."
With that, the 4 sisters were dragged off for training directly under their father and mother.

Over at Pewter Brock was training his Pokemon in the morning, learning from his father by evening, then teaching him housework by night, and repeat.
Although Zubat was taking a break since this training was useless for him. anwhile, Flint used his original team to battle/train with his Rhydon, he had others but Rhydon was his strongest.
Brock needed to use 4 of his Pokemon at once to have a hope of standing a chance against Rhydon.
The days were normal until one day when it was Rhydon vs Graveler, Rhyhorn, Kabuto, and Onix.
"Ready Brock," Flint said, preparing Rhydon.
"Let's go," Brock said, taking off his shirt and crossing his arms as all 4 of his Pokemon went out at the sa ti.
Rhydon took the first move and started dashing forward with a Horn Attack at Graveler.
"Onix grab him, Graveler Hamr Arm his back!" Onix slithered forward and wrapped Rhydon and started tightening himself anwhile Graveler took the opportunity to slam into his stomach.
But it didn't slow Rhydon at all, instead, he sent a stomp and picked up Onix reversing the wrap to him then used him as a whip to send him into Graveler making both slam into the rocks.
"Rhyhorn try your own Horn Attack, Kabuto get ready!" Rhyhorn started running forward to try and hit the bigger Rhydon.
But Rhydon was not planning on just letting himself get hit so he braced himself until from behind him 2 arms grabbed each of his arms restraining him as Rhyhorn slamd into Rhydon's stomach.
"Now!" Kabuto who was hiding behind so rocks was finally close enough to launch a purple sludge at Rhydon, hitting a toxic.
Rhydon was mad after he got poisoned so he grabbed Graveler from behind and threw him at Kabuto then sent a Bulldoze at the two of them, Graveler was the one who received most of the damage anwhile Kabuto ca out from underneath still up.
anwhile, Rhydon didn't want to give him breathing room so he dashed forward and raised his fist aiming to slam into Kabuto, until he started glowing and growing, when the light stopped shining Rhydon's arm was being held back by 2 scythes, looking at where the scythes ca from revealed Kabutops.
Kabutops imdiately without being ordered dashed under his arm and sent an Aqua Cutter at Rhydon's back which actually did so good damage.
Rhydon was about to counterattack when suddenly a voice ca out, "Onix now!" Onix ca from behind with his head shining silver as he sent a savage headbutt into him, sending him back.
Then from his side, Rhyhorn dashed sending a Drill Run into his side and putting the pressure, before Rhydon could see what was going on Graveler got up and used a move he borrowed from his gym bro, Ice punch.
Rhydon was getting a lot of damage done to him, and with the stack of poison he was getting really close to going down, and he was surrounded on all sides so he decided to stop holding back and finished it with an Earthquake, and almost 1 second later he went down from the poison.
Brock sighed, "So close, we almost finally won."
"But you are improving, and you got Kabutops," Flint said using an antidote before returning Rhyhorn.
"Yeah we are improving and just on ti I only have a few more days before I need to get back."
Flint smiled, "Yeah but it is ti for lunch, and hey I think I am also getting better."
Brock chuckled, "Sure, at least now it is edible"

Yellow was currently battling with Wilton's Butterfree with all her Pokemon, this was not the first ti she battled him but she would lose each ti, throughout her training with Wilton her Pokemon of course got stronger.
Kitty also evolved into a Butterfree but that was offscreen so nobody cares.
Yellow would always try different strategies she saw others use since she didn't have a fighting style herself so oftentis her Pokemon would be confused. Then later she would heal them and talk to them to see how they felt fighting in that way.
The constant battles led up to this battle which would probably be the last battle she could do before she needed to go back to pick up Brock, speaking of Fearow returned with his chest puffed out after showing this dominance to the Pokemon in the forest.
The night before, Yellow was talking to her Pokemon, "Do you guys think we can win?"
None of her Pokemon gave a clear answer, after being beaten constantly it does wear you down after all.
Yellow looked guilty since she knew they were mainly losing because she kept using different strategies she never tried, Wilton himself told her to stick to one style instead of trying a lot of different ones.
"Everyone it's my fault for trying to copy everyone else, so you know what, forget any strategies let's all just fight like we want to and have fun," Yellow said smiling.
All of her Pokemon looked at her and then in unison cheered, anwhile from downstairs Wilton heard Yellow talking and smiled.
The next morning the final battle started with Butterfree vs Dody, Ratty, Kitty, and Gege.
"Butterfree, Gust everyone!" Butterfree flew forward and gave 1 strong flap of his wings sending air currents in the direction of everyone.
"Everyone scatter, Ratty quick attack!" Ratty the Rattata started dashing and jumped forward, getting onto Butterfree and making him go down a bit.
"Gege, Dody now!" Gege the Geodude and Dody the Doduo both dashed forward, Gege launched himself using rollout anwhile Dody launched a pursuit in case he tried to dodge.
Wilton smiled, "Butterfree let's kick it up a notch Psybeam."
Purple energy ca out of Butterfree that grabbed Doduo and pushed him into Gege's way, then he flipped, throwing Ratty off his back.
"Are you guys ok!" Yellow shelled out as they all weakly got back up anwhile Kitty was preparing sothing.
"Co on Yellow, rember why you're doing this," Wilton said, making Yellow look at him.
She thought about the reason originally she was just following around her friends just passing the ti, then she started training her Pokemon because that was what they wanted, but what did she want, it was a question she never thought about she was always happy supporting everyone else, but since she ca back she has been trying to beat her uncle, why.
Because she wanted to know what happened to her parents, they were always a mystery to her, nobody talked about them and when they would co up everyone would look at Yellow sadly, what she wanted, WAS TO FIND THE TRUTH!
Suddenly Yellow's iris shined for a mont as her Pokemon started getting healed out of nowhere and got stronger, her ability activated when she got serious she could temporarily raise her Pokemon's level.
"Dody run-in with a Drill peck, Ratty cover Dody!" Dody jumped up high and made a dive aiming at Butterfree, Butterfree was going to stop him with another psychic move until Ratty appeared and bit his wings then jumped off as Dody got Butterfree.
"Gege your turn," Gege grabbed dirt and stone from the ground and threw it then Rolled forward.
"Butterfree" Wilton called out as Butterfree flapped his wings grating a Whirlwind getting rid of the debris but it was just a distraction for Gege to get behind and grab Butterfree.
Butterfree tried to fly up but with the extra pressure, it was difficult which beca even harder when Gege started glowing and grew 2 extra arms which latched onto the ground stopping Butterfree from escaping. As Gege evolved and beca Gravvy (Finally I hated that na)
Ratty then ran forward and jumped at the immobilized butterfly with a Hyper Fang, but Butterfree spit out a stun spore hoping it would stop the rat.
However what he didn't expect was that as soon as the spore hit him he started Steaming and glowed red, activating guts, as he launched himself he also started glowing, and from the light ca a large round yellow-orange-tan rat that bit into the butterfly dealing a large amount of damage.
Butterfree was barely up but with what energy it did have it managed to slip out of Gravvy's arms and flew up preparing one final attack
Suddenly his arms and wings were trapped in a web, and from behind Kitty was holding them, ready to get his payback, he used a move from his good friend Weedle the now Beedrill at this point.
The web started lighting up and shocked Butterfree for a good 4 seconds and by the end, Butterfree was down.
Yellow was standing there in disbelief for a second before celebrating and jumping on her Pokemon as they cheered with her.
Wilton smiled, returned Butterfree, and walked over to Yellow, "Congratulations you won, I ant what I said I'll tell you a bit of what I know."
