The Johto Elite Four had a different way of entering compared to the Kanto Elite Four. After all, they weren't as well-known as Lance and Lorelei, so they didn't enter all at once like Kanto. Instead, their nas were called, and then they were presented to the audience.
A figure dressed in a dark purple ninja outfit, with a mask covering half his face, appeared out of thin air on the stage in a ninja-like fashion. Only a few people could see his movents; most had no idea how he appeared.
However, this move sowhat eased the nervous and anxious Johto people.
After all, Koga was not an unknown figure. He was the Gym Leader of Fuchsia City and had once been one step away from becoming an Elite Four mber. Now, after so much ti, he must have certainly attained the strength of an Elite Four mber.
For ordinary people and regular trainers, their perception of strength was simply based on performance in battles conducted according to League rules, where achieving good results ant being strong. They had no concept of life-and-death battles in the wild.
Koga's apparent strength might not seem high, but in a life-and-death battle, perhaps only Elite Four Agatha in Kanto could guarantee a win against him.
Based on Koga's physical prowess, only Elite Four Bruno, the Fighting-type specialist, could compare to him on stage. However, Bruno was known for his strength, while Koga excelled in agile movent and mysterious ninja techniques.
"The second one! The Psychic-type Elite Four mber, Will!" After Koga appeared and stood still, the host announced the second Elite Four mber.
A person wearing strange purple and pink flamboyant clothes and a mask covering their eyes appeared, looking sowhat like a magician at first glance.
Will also appeared out of thin air, but in a different way than Koga. While so people could still discern Koga's movents, Will relied purely on psychic teleportation. The spatial energy fluctuations of the teleportation emanated from a Natu perched on his shoulder.
"The third one! The Dark-type Elite Four mber! Karen!" Following closely was Karen.
She had waist-length silver-blue hair, wore very relaxed and casual, sowhat unconventional clothing, and had her signature mischievous smile on her face.
She descended from the sky with the help of a Murkrow, which also had a mischievous look.
As a Dark-type Elite Four mber, Murkrow was one of her signature Pokémon.
The audience was quite familiar with Will and Karen. Unlike Lance, who was always in the spotlight, Lorelei, Will, and Karen truly appeared before the public in Kanto during the Sinnoh League. Before that, while they were talented and had so renown, they weren't widely known.
It wasn't until after the Sinnoh League that the three of them truly entered everyone's view.
However, due to the star-studded nature of the Sinnoh League, Will and Karen were slightly lacking in strength and luck, and did not make it into the highly anticipated final four.
Nevertheless, while there was so skepticism about their appointnt to the Elite Four, it was generally acceptable.

Will, for his part, showed no reaction, simply dedicating himself to training his Pokémon and improving his strength.
It could be said that the announcent of these three Elite Four mbers brought so relief to the people of Johto. At least, they hadn't simply chosen random people whom they didn't know or had no impression of.
"Next, please welco the fourth mber! The Steel-type Elite Four mber! Bai Ling!" Imdiately following, the host introduced the fourth Elite Four mber.

Not only had the audience never heard of this person, but even Aoki, who was watching the ceremony from the VIP room, had never heard of such a person.
Neither his mories from his previous life nor the information he had known on Earth contained any information about this Bai Ling. Aoki's understanding of this person was completely blank.

The host, however, did not elaborate on this. Even if he were to speak, he did not have the qualifications to evaluate such important figures as the Elite Four.
As planned by the Kanto League from the beginning, it was now ti to thank the high-ranking individuals who had traveled from various regions to attend the ceremony.
Among them, the leader from the Hoenn region was the Sandstorm Elite Four mber, Aoki, and also introduced was the future head of the Devon Corporation, currently the Hoenn League's Chief Investigator.
As for Phoebe and Wallace, although they were also powerful, they didn't have a distinguished enough identity. Even Wallace had returned the Sootopolis Gym to his teacher and was focused on improving his strength.
Those who ca from the Sinnoh region included Cynthia, who had just beco one of the Sinnoh Elite Four, as well as Flint, the Fire-type specialist, and Lucian, the Psychic-type specialist.
The leader from the Unova region was Shauntal, the Ghost-type Elite Four mber, as well as Caitlin, whose psychic powers had slightly improved, and Grimsley, who specialized in Dark-type Pokémon.
The representative from the Kalos region was also an acquaintance of Aoki's, Diantha.
Accompanying her were Drasna, who specialized in Dragon-types, and Malva, who sowhat surprised Aoki.
It wasn't Wikstrom, the noble knight, nor Siebold, who specialized in Water-type Pokémon, but rather Malva, who specialized in Fire-type Pokémon.
