Now reading: Chapter 784 - 1039 - Tyranitar from Pokemon: Rising From The Dark, a Action novel by Cicutae.

With the influx of a massive amount of energy, Pupitar's body began to change.

Aoki imdiately retrieved the talent potion he had prepared long ago.

Pupitar did not hesitate. Having consud it once before, he understood the imnse benefits it provided.

After drinking the blend, Pupitar beca enveloped in a dense, swirling energy.

At first, it resembled a cocoon, but soon it took on the appearance of a smooth, khaki-colored egg.

Once fully ford, a faint white glow radiated from the surface, encasing it in a protective shell.

The evolution had begun.

Aoki exhaled in relief.

The potent mixture was designed to help Pupitar unlock his latent potential, allowing him to reach the threshold of evolution.

However, there had been risks—emotional instability, self-doubt, or even despair over past tragedies.

Yet with Aoki and his other Pokémon by his side, those risks had been minimized.

Now, the outco was favorable. Pupitar had finally begun his transformation.

The fact that he had ford an energy-dense cocoon suggested the process might take longer than usual.

As for the two rare stones embedded nearby, their energy reserves were staggering. If Pupitar could absorb even half of their power, his evolution would yield extraordinary results.

anwhile—

On the other side of the valley, the Tyranitar sensed the shift in Pupitar's energy.

Their external injuries had fully healed thanks to the ministrations of Florges.

The Alpha Tyranitar led the others—Pupitar and Larvitar included—toward Aoki's group.

With a deep, rumbling growl, the Alpha issued a silent command.

Every Tyranitar, Pupitar, and even the smaller Larvitar closed their eyes in unison.

Gradually, faint wisps of energy seeped from their bodies, drifting toward Pupitar's cocoon and rging with it.

Witnessing this, Aoki finally understood why the Tyranitar in this valley possessed such exceptional potential.

Each Pupitar's evolution was aided not only by the rare stones but also by the collective energy of the entire colony.

Now, Aoki's anticipation for Pupitar's evolution grew even stronger.

Then, a thought struck him.

From his storage, he retrieved a small, glass-like orb—deep red, with the symbol Ω etched inside.

This was the Scarlet Orb fragnt recovered from the ruins of Mount Chimney, capable of controlling the ancient Clay Giant modeled after Groudon.

Its full purpose had remained a mystery—until now.

As soon as the orb was exposed, it reacted to Pupitar's energy fluctuations.

It slipped from Aoki's grasp, floating toward the evolving Pupitar.

Aoki watched, fascinated, as the Tyranitar colony channeled their energy into the cocoon.

The sheer density of Rock-type energy was overwhelming.

What kind of Tyranitar would erge from this?

For now, all Aoki could do was observe, using his system to ticulously track Pupitar's changing data.

Aggron and Carbink approached, standing beside Aoki as they watched the evolution unfold.

A pang of guilt flickered through him.

He had assud Pupitar would only absorb one of the stones—but now, it seed both might be consud.

Yet Aggron and Carbink showed no resentnt.

The stones were valuable, yes—but their companion's evolution mattered far more.

After a mont, Aoki relaxed.

As long as Pupitar evolved successfully, nothing else was important.

Night fell.

Pupitar's evolution was the longest Aoki had ever witnessed.

The Tyranitar colony remained, patient and unwavering, awaiting the birth of a new mber.

Moonlight bathed the valley in silver, casting an eerie stillness over the landscape.

Only in one corner did movent persist—a group of Tyranitar gathered around a khaki egg, pulsing with energy.

Aoki sat nearby, chewing on dried at to stave off hunger.

He only rose when his system's readings indicated Pupitar's stats had stabilized.

The numbers were staggering.

Even nearing the end of evolution, Pupitar's stats surpassed anything Aoki had seen at this stage.

Blaziken and Aggron, formidable as they were, hadn't reached such heights upon their final evolutions.

Of course, they had evolved earlier in their growth.

Crack—

A fissure split the egg's surface.

The Tyranitar stirred, stepping aside to let Aoki through.

Crack!

More fractures spiderwebbed across the shell.

The outer layer crumbled away, dissolving into fine dust upon hitting the ground.

Beneath it, the glow of evolution still shimred—but only briefly.

Then, the light dispersed, scattering like embers in the wind.

And within—

The Pokémon erged.

A collective roar erupted from the Tyranitar colony.

"ROOOOAR!!!"

As if responding, the newly evolved Tyranitar forced his eyes open—a flash of crimson burning within them.

Fueled by the energy around him, he threw his head back and unleashed a deafening bellow, releasing the pent-up power in one explosive surge.

Aoki's Tyranitar had arrived.

A towering, bipedal behemoth, armored in jagged green plating.

Spikes jutted from his head, neck, and shoulders, while smaller protrusions lined his tail.

His jaws housed rows of razor-sharp fangs, and his three-clawed hands flexed with barely restrained strength.

Triangular gaps in his chest, back, and knee armor revealed the black underlayer, while diamond-shaped openings on his abdon and lower back exposed the sa khaki shell he'd had as a Pupitar.

At a glance, he resembled any other Tyranitar—but his size set him apart.

The average Tyranitar stood around two ters tall. The Alpha of this valley reached two and a half.

But Aoki's Tyranitar?

Three point two ters.

A true titan.

Even Aggron, standing at three ters, was dwarfed.

This was a living fortress—a walking mountain.

His armor, hardened further by years of consuming rare minerals, rivaled Aggron's steel-plated hide.

No wonder it was said that a Tyranitar's body could withstand any blow without flinching.
