An 89-level Salance!
This was the second strongest Dragon-type Pokémon Aoki had seen so far; the strongest was Professor Oak's Dragonite.
This Salance was considered the strongest among the Dragon-type Pokémon that had just appeared.
However, that didn't an the other Pokémon were weak; none of the leading ones were weaker than a Veteran Elite Four mber.
As for those Pseudo-legendary Dragon-type Pokémon, although their levels weren't as high as this Salance, not a single one of them was below Champion-level in strength.
