At 7 a.m. the next morning, Sato woke up on ti with the help of his alarm clock. After a quick wash-up, he imdiately started preparing breakfast for his Pokemon.

Once breakfast was over, he dedicated the next two hours to physical training.

As usual, Golbat, the Shiny Pelipper, and the Shiny Beautifly underwent weighted flight endurance training, flying back and forth along the nearby river dozens of tis.

Swampert, on the other hand, conducted weighted swimming endurance training in the river.

However, as soon as the Level 43 Pokemon entered the water, a series of violent encounters ensued—local Water-type Pokemon began attacking this outsider.

Among the attackers, Sato recognized a powerful Gyarados he had seen the last to around through his laptop during a stormy night.

This male Gyarados was at Level 45, with a total individual value of 156 and a rare purple qualification. Without a doubt, it was the undisputed ruler of this section of the river.

Unfortunately for it, today it picked the wrong opponent. It was no match for Swampert, whose stats were maxed out. After an intense battle in the river, Swampert gave Gyarados a thorough beating, forcing it to flee in disgrace.

After Swampert successfully repelled Gyarados, the Water-type Pokemon in this part of the river beca much more docile. The river was now Swampert's exclusive training ground.

Although Arbok was not a Water-type, as a serpent-like Pokemon, it was naturally adept in aquatic environnts.

Witnessing Swampert's impressive display, Arbok seed to have found a role model and began following Swampert into the river for swimming training.

anwhile, Bellossom continued diligently practicing Quiver Dance, a new routine. The more ti she spent with Shiny Beautifly and the more she practiced, the deeper her understanding of the technique beca.

By now, her movents were starting to take shape.

With each performance, Bellossom seed to transform into a real butterfly, dancing gracefully among the flowers.

Of course, she was not truly a butterfly yet—she had rely grasped the basic form of the dance. She was still far from fully mastering the essence of Quiver Dance.

As for Nidorino, Growlithe, owth, Miltank, and Venipede, they followed a more traditional route, engaging in weighted endurance training on treadmills.

Training Pokemon wasn't just about leveling up; daily exercise was the key to true strength. Sato took this very seriously, supervising each Pokemon with utmost dedication.

Once the morning's physical training ended, Sato set out with Growlithe, Golbat, and Bellossom toward the Viridian Forest's safe zone.

Now that his Bug-catching mission was complete, he had no reason to stay any longer.

Although he hadn't yet dealt with the Pinsir colony or the reigning Ursaring that ruled this part of the forest, he decided to put it on hold.

Sato knew that as long as the forest remained unchanged, those enemies would still be there, living comfortably. He could always settle the score later.

Interestingly, unlike his perilous journey into Ursaring's territory, his return was surprisingly peaceful. Even when passing through the Fearow-infested area, the usually aggressive birds left him alone.

In just over an hour, Sato made it back to the Viridian Forest's safe zone. On the way to Viridian City, he encountered multiple eager trainers challenging him to battles.

At first, he accepted, but after realizing that most of these trainers were rookies who had just started their journey, he quickly lost interest.

Instead of playing the role of a ntor, he hopped onto his Acro bike and sped down the dirt road.

Notably, Sato ran into the Bug Catcher dressed like a samurai—the sa one Ash encountered in Viridian Forest. The kid was around ten years old.

This little brat had already learned how to ambush others with the back of his wooden sword before issuing a challenge.

Unfortunately, his technique was still lacking. Before he could even get close, Golbat swatted him to the ground with a single Steel Wing.

The rest of the journey was uneventful. After riding his Acro bike for about half an hour, Sato finally reached Viridian City.

Upon arriving, he didn't head straight to the Viridian Gym. Instead, he made his way to the Pokemon Center. His main priority was resolving the issue of carrying too many Pokemon.

For regular trainers, transferring Pokemon required visiting a Pokemon Center—only there could they access Professor Bill's Ti Capsule Transporter.

(Note: The Pokemon Ti Capsule Transporter is a machine invented by Professor Bill that enables long-distance Pokemon transfers.)

Before using the transporter, Sato decided to check with Elsa first. He dialed her number from the Pokemon Center's video phone.

Monts later, Elsa's elegant face appeared on the screen.

"Long ti no see, Mr. Sato. How have you been?"

Elsa was currently at the Lilycove Gym, which was equipped with both a video phone and a Ti Capsule Transporter. Seeing that it was Sato calling, she greeted him with a bright smile.

"You look as stunning as ever, Elsa. I've been doing great. I actually have a favor to ask…"

Sato wasn't much of a flirt, so after a quick complint, he got straight to the point.

"You're my savior, Mr. Sato. Of course, I don't mind taking care of your Pokemon. But please, don't talk about providing funds. The Lilycove Gym is back on track financially—we can afford to care for a few extra Pokemon."

Elesa agreed imdiately, without hesitation. No matter what, she refused to accept Sato's financial support.

"Well, if you insist, I won't force it. But if you ever need help with anything, just say the word. No matter when, I'll be there for you."

Realizing he couldn't convince her, Sato sighed in resignation.

"Don't worry, if I ever run into trouble, you'll be the first person I call."

Seeing Sato's sincerity, Elsa, who had been putting on a stern face, suddenly broke into a dazzling smile.

A few minutes later, Sato reluctantly began transferring his excess Pokemon—Nidorino, Growlithe, Shiny Pelipper, owth, and Venipede—to Elsa using the Ti Capsule Transporter.

"All Pokemon have arrived safely. Rest assured, Mr. Sato, I'll take good care of them."

After receiving the Pokemon, Elsa solemnly promised Sato.

"They're in your hands, Elsa. Oh, by the way, keep an eye on owth. He hasn't been with for long and still has a habit of stealing things."

Once he confird the transfers were successful, Sato began explaining each Pokemon's habits and care requirents—except for Venipede.

Eventually, after over ten minutes, Elsa's sharp gaze finally made Sato put down the receiver and end the call.
