This alone speaks volus about Lorelei’s level of training with Slowbro. To achieve native-move effect with non-native moves is sothing only a few trainers are capable of, and requires the Pokemon’s innate affinity with the additional move.

For instance, Slowbro is a Water Type, so using Ice Type moves is easier, leading to this prowess.

Chilling blue auroras rushed toward Lugia, whereas Lugia, with zero delay, summoned a rotating storm to its side instantly.
