Now reading: Chapter 73 - 66: Team Rocket’s Assist, Bulbasaur’s Decision! from Pokemon: This Ash Is Too Versatile, a Fantasy novel by The writing fairy is about to starve to death..

After listening to Brock’s suggestion, lanie was taken aback for a mont. She hadn’t thought that, for the sake of Bulbasaur, these people would go so far as to talk about applying to the League for a fixed rescue station.

This isn’t sothing that can be applied for casually, but since these people ntioned it, they must be confident.

And it also showed their determination for Bulbasaur, especially that rather young-looking boy in the middle. When he expressed his desire for Bulbasaur, his expression was very firm.

If Bulbasaur were to follow such a Trainer, it would likely be very beneficial for his future.

Thinking of this, lanie shook her head and said, "No need, this is just a nursing ho I started on a whim. Bulbasaur has always been helping out, and I’m very grateful to him, but I know that this is actually quite detrintal to his future developnt. If Bulbasaur stays here forever, he’ll only beco a frog in a well."

"So... Bulbasaur, if you like this boy nad Ash, then go with him."

"Don’t worry about . The purpose of starting this nursing ho was just to help injured Pokemon as much as I can."

"But if my nursing ho hinders the natural developnt of the Pokemon, then I might as well not be here."

Besides lanie, the other Pokemon around her also started to speak up, including the Oddish beside Bulbasaur.

They had received a lot of benefits from lanie and Bulbasaur, so they also wished for Bulbasaur to have a good future.

If following that person can give Bulbasaur a better future, then of course they should let Bulbasaur leave this place. As for themselves... at worst, they’ll just continue living in the wild.

Moreover, lanie isn’t leaving, even if Bulbasaur does. Among this group of Pokemon, there will eventually be soone who can take on Bulbasaur’s role as the big brother.

Upon hearing this, Bulbasaur fell silent. He felt that lanie’s words made sense, and he already had so desire to follow Ash. His friends around him kept persuading him, so now Bulbasaur was leaning overwhelmingly towards leaving with Ash.

But he still lacked the final straw that would break the cal’s back.

Just then, an arrogant laugh was heard, accompanied by a rising hot air balloon.

"Who is it?" lanie instinctively asked.

"Since you’re sincere... blabla."

The people making the arrogant sounds were, of course, Team Rocket’s trio. After half a month, they once again caught up with Ash and his friends.

This was Ash’s fourth encounter with Team Rocket. It could only be said that these two n and their cat are like shadows that won’t go away.

This ti they were prepared with a new machine, a gigantic vacuum cleaner!

Under the vacuum cleaner’s force, one by one, the Pokemon in the nursing ho were sucked inside. With the strength of the nursing ho’s Pokemon, once sucked in, they couldn’t escape from the inner bag. Bulbasaur was anxious at this sight and quickly used Razor Leaf and Vine Whip to stop them.

But Team Rocket had clearly put so effort in this ti. Razor Leaf and Vine Whip couldn’t stop the vacuum cleaner at all, and even Bulbasaur was nearly sucked in.

At that mont, a bright blue energy ball directly struck the connection point of the vacuum cleaner, and the machine, which hadn’t budged under the assault of Razor Leaf and Vine Whip, instantly broke in two.

Jessie and Jas, who had been laughing out loud, instantly lost their smiles. The machine they had spent so much on was just broken like that?!

How could that be? It was made from reinforced steel; even elite-level attacks shouldn’t be able to break it with one hit!

All eyes, except for Team Rocket’s, were fixed on Ash at that mont. Team Rocket was laughing and didn’t see, but everyone else saw clearly that the blue energy ball just now was sent out by Ash!

Brock and Misty were already used to it, but lanie widened her eyes and opened her mouth in disbelief.

Was that really an attack made by a human? Even the strongest Bulbasaur here couldn’t damage that machine, yet Ash broke it in one hit.

Just who is he?

"Aura Sphere!" While everyone was in shock, Ash had already conjured up another Aura Sphere and shot it towards the machine containing the nursing ho’s Pokemon.

"Boom!"

The Aura Sphere exploded, and the machine made of an unknown tal that seed impervious was blasted to pieces!

The Pokemon inside were scattered in all directions by the explosion. Seeing this, Ash quickly shouted to Bulbasaur: "Now’s the ti, Bulbasaur, use Vine Whip to grab everyone back!"

"Huh? Got it, Dana!" Bulbasaur, who had montarily frozen while watching Ash, imdiately reacted and used Vine Whip to catch his friends one by one from the air.

"You brat, ruining our plan again!"

"Are you even human?! What were those blue light orbs you fired?!"

Jessie and Jas said angrily.

Originally, in order to prevent Ash’s Pikachu, they had put in a lot of effort, but in the end, even without Pikachu making a move, their machine was destroyed by Ash! How is this even fair?!
