Gu Xiaozhan was holding the clothes bag, pushed open the door to the lounge, and saw the woman had already changed into his black shirt, crossing her legs and playing on her phone!
He always had a few spare clothes in the lounge. Sotis, when work got too busy, he’d just spend the night there.
She never wore his clothes!
But at this mont, he looked at her...
"You’re going to compensate for the shirt," Mu Anhan glared at him from the door.
Gu Xiaozhan walked in and handed her sothing: "After dinner, we’ll go to the mall. You can buy whatever you want."
"Really?" Mu Anhan smiled happily, thinking how they had never gone shopping together in all these years since getting married!
Gu Xiaozhan nodded, then turned and walked out.
"Wait for !" Mu Anhan stopped him, hearing several people co in. It seed there was an update on the case! She wanted to listen in!
Gu Xiaozhan paused, looking at her: "You want to watch you change!"
"You could turn around and be a gentleman for once." Mu Anhan pulled a change of clothes from her pocket.
"I’ve never been a gentleman," Gu Xiaozhan assud himself to be more of a beast type.
"Then don’t bla for teasing you!" Mu Anhan’s long and slender fingers undid the delicate buttons.
Gu Xiaozhan thought to himself, haven’t you teased enough?
Mu Anhan directly tossed the shirt she took off onto his head, swiftly covering him with it.
Gu Xiaozhan: "..." She was practically being outrageous!
But the next mont, Mu Anhan was already beside him, hugging his arm and laughing: "Hubby, I’m just worried about you getting a nosebleed and then not being able to face your subordinates! That’s why I covered you! See, I’m so considerate of you!"
Gu Xiaozhan reached to pull off the shirt from his head, only to see she had already quickly changed into a dress, standing elegantly before him.
He was a bit surprised: "That fast?"
"How about next ti we race to see who can change fastest?" Mu Anhan shook his arm.
Gu Xiaozhan nodded, a task that was originally quite boring had beco exciting because it involved her.
The two of them stepped out of the lounge, and everyone couldn’t help but look over.
Just monts ago, they were at each other’s throats at the company entrance, one wishing they could grab her and give her a good lesson.
The other wished they could jab him with needles until he was searching the ground for his teeth!
But in the blink of an eye, the two were sweet as could be again!
Mu Shaochen saw there was no fake sweetness on her face and relaxed.
Tang Haolang patted Mu Shaochen’s shoulder, aning to say, Look, I told you so! They’re just fine!
Zhu Chen and Lie Huo had no idea what was going on, as they always focused on work, never gossiping.
"Mr. Gu, I’ve found out so things," Lie Huo said imdiately.
Gu Xiaozhan raised his hand slightly, "Book a private room first, let’s eat together. We can discuss the details over dinner."
"Great, Mr. Gu’s treating!" Tang Haolang rubbed his hands together, thinking how wonderful it was to have dinner treats every day!
The group headed to a nearby restaurant.
As the dishes were set on the table, Mu Anhan eagerly picked up her chopsticks: "I’m so hungry..."
At the dinner table, centered around Gu Xiaozhan, to his left sat siblings Mu Anhan and Mu Shaochen, on his right were Lie Huo, Tang Haolang, and Zhu Chen.
Tang Haolang sat across from her, winking as if to say, the madam must be hungry! Exercise certainly is a strenuous activity!
