Gu Xiaozhan’s hand froze in mid-air as he looked at her profile; this woman was still angry!

She seed obedient sitting in his lap, but deep down she was still in a rage.

He turned her head to face him directly.

"What are you doing?" Mu Anhan squinted her eyes.

Gu Xiaozhan knew she was unhappy, but he showed no expression on his face. She was also starting to hide her feelings.

She was behaving more and more maturely, but for so reason, he felt an uncontrollable feeling.

"Still hurt?" he asked softly.

Mu Anhan smirked: "Let bite you and see!"

"Go ahead!" Gu Xiaozhan leaned in with his lips.

Mu Anhan was taken aback; she didn’t expect him to respond this way?

"If a dog bit , would I bite back?" Mu Anhan laughed.

Angrily, Gu Xiaozhan grabbed her head, "Mu Anhan, your mouth is just asking for trouble!"

"Can’t win in an argunt, so you resort to violence?" Mu Anhan laughed, wrapping her arms around his neck, "Mr. Gu’s patience is really deteriorating!"

Gu Xiaozhan saw that her smile didn’t reach her eyes. He leaned down and kissed her again...

But this ti, it was a tender and lingering kiss.

His kiss was like spring rain falling silently on the earth, nurturing everything.

His kiss was also like dandelions scattered in the air, gently brushing against her face.

Mu Anhan obediently responded.

Just as Gu Xiaozhan was getting lost in the mont, she sharply bit his lip.

The taste of blood spread in both of their mouths.

But Gu Xiaozhan didn’t stop or kiss her more passionately, he remained gentle like a spring breeze, as if she were his most treasured possession, afraid she might dissolve if he held her too long.

His kiss was long and full of patience, only stopping after Mu Anhan truly responded to him.

In his eyes was the reflection of a charming girl, both coy and playful, on the verge of speaking yet holding back.

He looked down at her, eyes full of adoration.

His long, martial-arts-roughened fingers lightly traced her lips, "Still hurt?"

"Yes!" she said on purpose.

In fact, after such a gentle kiss from him, how could it still hurt?

She said it deliberately, not wanting to let him off easy!

"Look, you hurt too!" Gu Xiaozhan pointed at his lip, "We’re even now!"

Mu Anhan: "..."

He looked at her puffed-up cheeks, making her look adorable like a little hamster, "Let kiss you again..."

"No way!" Mu Anhan pushed his handso face away with her hand.

Gu Xiaozhan stared at her: "The doctor said saliva has healing properties."

"Which quack said that?" Whoever it was, Mu Anhan wanted to personally beat him!

"Tang Haolang." He uttered three words.

Doctor Tang was betrayed by his master again!

He sneezed several tis, thinking soone was missing him!

Mu Anhan was coaxed by Gu Xiaozhan for a while and her mood improved significantly.

Chief assistant He Gang called to report the oil matter needed to be discussed in person with Gu Xiaozhan.

Mu Anhan thought about her brother’s issues and realized she might need to rely on Gu Xiaozhan, so she decided to give him a way out and stopped sulking.

After all, she was aware of his obsessive-compulsive disorder issues.

Returning downstairs to the company.

Gu Xiaozhan took a call, while Lie Huo looked at Mu Anhan, wanting to say sothing but not knowing how.

"You want to ask how I could easily break through Su Qing’s defenses with just a few words?" Mu Anhan saw through his thoughts.

Lie Huo felt he had underestimated Mu Anhan; previously not having much contact, she always made mischief, driving Mr. Gu mad.
