Back at Yihai Garden.
Shao Chen parked the car, and Zhang Shishi didn’t rush to get out.
She seed to still be processing the fact of his car accident, but she wasn’t crying anymore.
Shao Chen looked at her red eyes, "How about we go for a walk? Grandma might think I bullied you when she sees you like this!"
"You did bully , and now you want to act nice in front of Grandma?" Zhang Shishi retorted imdiately.

However, she really didn’t want to go back so soon.
The two walked out of the community and into a nearby park.
They sat together on a bench. When Shao Chen tried to hold her small hand, she avoided him.
"Shao Chen, I’m serious, I haven’t agreed to be with you." Zhang Shishi looked at him and said very seriously.
"Can you give a chance to pursue you?" Shao Chen sighed.
Zhang Shishi raised her chin, "That depends on your performance."
"I will definitely perform well." Shao Chen imdiately smiled, "Are you thirsty? I’ll buy so water!"
Zhang Shishi bit her lip, "I’m not thirsty."

Shao Chen ca back with water, seeing her crying again.
He knelt in front of her, wiped away her tears, "It really doesn’t hurt anymore!"
"Who’s crying for you?" Zhang Shishi haughtily turned her head away.
Shao Chen unscrewed the bottle and handed it to her, "So much water has flowed, here, replenish a bit."
Zhang Shishi took it, after drinking the water, felt his words sounded a bit... embarrassing.
She had classmates who liked rather risqué comics and books, and they liked recomnding them to her.
They said it was to relieve stress.
Occasionally, she would skim through them, naturally finding this statent had a double entendre.
"Shao Chen, you’re really shaless!"
He was montarily stunned, then realized what he had said.
The mature man, under the winter sun, exuded a charming glow.
He didn’t deny it, even though he truly hadn’t ant to tease her with that statent.

Zhang Shishi lowered her eyes, said nothing but took a big sip of water.
He saw her blushing and didn’t ntion it again.
After all, they had just reconciled, and there was plenty of ti ahead.
"How are your legs?" Zhang Shishi kept staring at his legs.
"Really fine." Shao Chen assured her.
She still looked teary-eyed, making him feel as if a cat was scratching his heart. He couldn’t help saying, "If you don’t trust , co to my room tonight and check for yourself, how about that?"
"Shao Chen, you shaless!" Zhang Shishi scolded.
He had such an innocent look, he really just ant for her to see how his legs were recovering, but she misunderstood.
He didn’t say he was shaless, just looked at her, smiling warr than the winter sun.
