"There is one more thing. I would like to conduct new research and developnt based on existing computer technology. I hope the leaders can grant my request."
This was a huge leap. The leaders exchanged glances, montarily at a loss for how to respond.
But seeing her serious expression, they couldn’t help but voice their question. "Are you planning to pursue a path in scientific research?"
"Yes. I want to develop our own computers. It would be a great way to drive sales for printers and other electronic devices..."
Xie Changning explained her ideas to the leaders and, in the end, received their approval.
The leaders’ ssage was clear: Xie Changning was to assemble her own team. If she could find the right people, finding a facility wouldn’t be an issue.

After reporting everything to the leaders, Xie Changyi and Xie Changning left together. The mont they stepped out of the state-run restaurant, they saw a Jeep parked a short distance away.
Xie Changning had excellent eyesight and recognized the person sitting inside at a single glance: it was her husband.
The sight of Yue Yihan made Xie Changyi stop. "Looks like soone’s here to pick you up. I won’t walk you ho, then."

Xie Changning hadn’t seen Yue Yihan in a long ti, and her spirits lifted at the sight of him. But no matter how happy she was, she didn’t forget that her older sister was right there beside her.

So she took Xie Changyi by the hand and pulled her into the Jeep with her.
"Director Xie," Yue Yihan said politely, apparently unaware that she was his sister-in-law.

Only then did it occur to Xie Changning that she had, in fact, never told Yue Yihan.
"Ahem," Xie Changning began tentatively, "did I forget to ntion that she’s my biological older sister?"
Yue Yihan turned, looked at Xie Changning’s face, and then slowly shook his head.
Xie Changning said, "...It must be because you have too many missions and are back so rarely that I forgot to tell you."
Xie Changning was quick to find an excuse.
Yue Yihan didn’t call her out on it, simply nodding. "Yes, it’s my fault. My missions have been too demanding this year. Otherwise, I’m sure I would have known sooner."
When it ca to Xie Changning, Yue Yihan had no limits.
In his eyes, Xie Changning could do no wrong. And even if she did, it was probably his fault.
Watching from the back seat, Xie Changyi cringed at the saccharine display. She glanced at the completely smitten Yue Yihan, but ultimately decided to say nothing.
