In the end, it turned out that the most taxing battle of all happened between Vexthra’s team Vs Gorath.

But given the setup of the battle, it was perfectly understandable why they suffered so much. Kaizo lost one hand, while Indie had a deep cut on her shoulder.
Sylara was rather squeaky clean despite sustaining the most damage. The reason for that was due to the overpowered effect of the second blood tattoo she had drawn a few weeks ago.
The first tattoo was the [Blood Perception Tattoo]. It allows her to enhance her perception and reaction speed by 500 times. This boon helped them easily locate their target. It was something she had been looking forward to for a while.

All injuries were returned to Gorath, allowing her to indirectly deal far more damage to the brute than she thought she could have.

He said nothing, but Kaizo knew he was pledging his allegiance to him. This made him laugh, and after a few seconds, he told Titan to stand.
"Titan is now yours to mand as you please. He is linked to your blood essence, so as you grow, so will he. There are many other uses for him. If you want to know more, you can have a chat with him. I am sure you will be blown away by how useful he is."
"Thank you, my lady. I will be sure to value my new pal with all my heart."
Vexthra laughed, "I know you will; that is why I refined him for you."
