Now reading: Chapter 1751: Reunion With Lady Wu from Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System, a Harem novel by Pen_Drop.

From the start of the auction to the end, Lady Wu had been anticipating what she would do when she finally came face to face with Kent.

Even before the auction began, she had already figured out that the mysterious man who came with Veth and Flura was Kent.

She knew deep in her heart that the only man Veth or Flura would allow to touch them in the whole universe and beyond was Kent. She had the same mindset as them after all.

So when she learned they had e with a man, she suspected it was him, and it quickly turned out to be true.

However, after planning thousands of ways to approach him, when she finally set her sights on him, all she could do was hug him and bury her face in his chest.

The world around them, which included her sisters, had already vanished, leaving her alone with Kent, who wore a smile as he hugged her.

It had been years since they had last seen each other, so it was only natural for this reunion to be an emotional one.

After a few minutes of heartfelt hugging, Lady Wu finally pulled back and locked eyes with Kent, tears falling down her face.

Kent simply hugged her again to calm her beating heart.

After another few minutes, she relaxed, and this time she managed to utter a single word.

"You..."

Kent smiled and brushed a few strands of hair from her face. "It is okay, Lady Wu. I know it has been thousands of years since we last saw each other, and I apologize for the delay. However, I am here now, so instead of dwelling on the past, we have to focus on the future and what it has in store for us."

Lady Wu nodded.

Well, the kind of feelings she had for Kent would never make her stay mad at him.

Kent had already told them that several thousand years would pass before they met again. However, they never expected it to be more than 370,000 years. In their minds, they thought it would only be a few tens of thousands of years.

So they missed him.

For someone like Lady Wu, whose feelings for Kent had only started to resurface before they parted ways, she had suffered for years trying to e to terms with everything.

Now, Kent had returned, and all she could do was be happy.

"How have you been, Lady Wu?" Kent asked, and she smiled before answering.

"As you have seen, I managed to realize my dream of owning one of the biggest auction empires in the universe. I achieved it all thanks to your investment in my dream."

Kent smiled. "Congratulations, then, and just so you know, I knew you could do it even without my help."

She was business-smart, so with or without Kent’s help, she would have managed somehow. However, Kent’s investment had sped up the process. Now, she owned the largest and most prestigious auction house in the entire Eastern Region and perhaps all of the Immortal Realm.

"I am proud of you, Lady Wu," Kent said before letting go of her.

They would have plenty of time to catch up. For now, he wanted her to catch up with her sisters and then handle the transactions involved.

Kent had won some bids, and so had Flura and Veth, so those had to be settled first. Afterward, they could return to the Tower and catch up properly.

Again, Kent kept a close eye on the Fatty, who was eating his last meal. He had already marked him for death, so for now, he could dine to his heart’s content. His end was nigh.

***

But while Kent had finally reunited with one of the ladies he had met during his travels through the Pill Worlds, word of his battle and eventual killing of the Primal God had begun to spread far and wide.

While this universe was not technologically inclined, news circulated much faster than one might think.

Formations had bee so advanced that one could speak to someone thousands of light-years away with nothing more than a simple channeling of energy.

So word spread, and soon it reached an outpost of the Primal Temple located in the Eastern Region of the Immortal Realm.

Kent had no idea the Primal Temple had a presence in the Immortal Realm, but even if he had known, he would not have promised.

When he fought the Forsaken Race, he did it to satisfy his own personal vendetta. They had killed his one true love, so he sought revenge.

However, when he learned that the Arcane Order, now known as the Primal Temple, was the true culprit, he pursued them as someone determined to rid the universe of its greatest horror.

However, he had underestimated the extent of their power. They later unleashed the Void Race upon everyone, and that led to the fall of the Primordial Era.

He failed to stop them, and during the Divine Era, they unleashed the Foreign Race upon everyone once again. Painfully, he failed to stop them again, resulting in the deaths of countless people.

However, he managed to learn something that made no sense to him at the time. Now, after many eras had passed, he seemed to have gained a much better understanding of what it truly meant.

---

"This universe is merely an infant that needs to grow. If it remains an infant, we will all be shackled to the rank of Celestials, stagnating our potential. So it must grow, and the only way to do that is for it to surrender to a true power."

---

Those were the words spoken by the Primal God he had interrogated, and back then, Kent did not fully understand them.

But he did now, and that alone made him realize that the Primal Temple was the true enemy, not the Void Beasts, Shadow Creatures, or any of the other horrors that had once invaded the universe.

He had also discovered that while many races had attacked the universe in the past, the ones ing now were the real threat.

Kent knew he had to free the First Undead Generals, who had already clashed with them once and emerged victorious, so he could learn more.

The Primal Temple would undoubtedly be the reason that danger found this universe again, and so Kent planned to reduce their numbers to a pitiful level before that time came.

"Bastard!"

An Elven man with flowing green hair smashed his fist onto a jade table, shattering it pletely.

His name was Thorne, the leader of the Primal Temple in the Eastern Immortal Region. He had just received news that one of their members had been killed by Kent Madson.

While it sounded too unbelievable to be true, as someone tasked with gathering information on Kent Madson, he knew and believed that bastard had indeed killed one of their own.

The thought made him grit his teeth, but he had to report it to the higher-ups first. Of course, he had no intention of letting Kent live, so he planned to go after him regardless of what the higher-ups decided.

He walked into a room where a crystal ball floated in midair, emitting faint divine qi.

The moment he approached it, he pressed his palm against it, and a few seconds later, he found his consciousness standing at the center of a grand hall surrounded by hundreds of gods.
