When the darkness cleared, Liora stood up calmly.
The bone throne transford into three pairs of wings and rged with her, spreading behind her. In an instant, the air around her thickened and grew even more sinister. The feathers are bone-like and sharper than daggers.
The eagle also transford into a pentagon-shaped gem and rged with her forehead. It is purple in colour and holds so much death energy that a human should not have.
Not that Liora is exactly human at the mont.
On the outside, she is a human, but at her core, she has been transford, or more accurately enhanced, by the primordial shadow essence that once belonged to the umbral race during the primordial era.
This infusion created a new bloodline that rged her human side with the umbral, making her a new race called Nyxblood Human.
She is probably one of her kind.
Her bloodline affinity is shadow and death. Back then, she had reached a stage where Death even had to answer to her. Shadows bend to her will.
The True Na awakening had now transford her, making her who she is ant to be. Her features are much sharper than before, and this ti around, she seems to hold so coldness in her eyes even when smiling.
Of course, Kent had already discovered she had mories of her life as Vel'Zai, so that was a factor. Of course, she had yet to get back all her mories. But what she had now was enough to teach her how to handle the abilities he had awakened.
And within those little mories she has now, it seems Kent had hurt her sohow.
Not that he had anything to worry about. It was just that he felt troubled that the life he had led had caused damsels to endure so much pain from heartbreak.
The current him will never do that. The current him is more interested in making people happy, so he would never cause a woman to be heartbroken enough to hold a grudge across space and ti.
'I need to know more about that life and fix things before they escalate.'
One downside of having many incarnations is that the grudges from that life always find their way back to you.
Enzi did say there are seven of them. He had no idea where the other five were, but he knew he would be finding out soon.
Once she got close to him, Liora jumped into his arms and started kissing him deeply.
"What a bitch," Enzi smirked, feeling annoyed that what she envisioned didn't happen. However, while she would have loved to see Kent being chased around by Liora, she didn't mind seeing them kissing instead.
She is already content with the life she has now, so she wouldn't hold on to the past that was full of pain and heartbreak.
They now have a fresh start, so they all want to focus on making sothing good of it.
After taking her precious ti to get acquainted with Kent's lips, Liora pulled away and looked at Kent closely.
"This is not over."
Kent smiled and dragged her toward him by the waist... "Not by a long shot. I have to make up for old ti's sake" He kissed her again and said, "But for now, let the rest of your sisters have their own awakening before we get down to it."
She nodded, and hand in hand, they walked toward the rest of his wives.
As expected, they quickly surrounded Liora and started examining her body as if looking for sothing wrong. However, after a full minute, they saw nothing.
"How do you feel?" Selene asked, holding Liora's left hand while Elsa held her right.
"I feel complete."
Her sisters smiled, hearing her reply. They didn't want to jinx it, but after their True Na awakening monts, they all felt like a part of them that had eluded them for long had finally rged back with them, making them whole again.
It is the best feeling, actually.
Kent turned to Arien, who is next on the awakening list.
Her seven fluffy tails billowed in the air behind her as she walked toward Kent. Because of the awakening, and since Adina and Runa are with them, they chose to put on pants and a bra.
Of course, they will take it off the first chance they get.
However, her boobs are barely contained in her bra, causing them to bounce as she walks toward him.
She walked straight into his arms, pressing her soft and firm boobs against his chest. Kent smiled cutely and kissed her before taking out a True Na awakening token.
"Before we start, I have sothing to tell you," Arien suddenly said, making Kent pause the activation.
"Go ahead, I am listening."
Arien nodded and started to speak:
"Before my grandma died, she said a very long ti ago, on one of her trips to a Supre High World, a diviner told her a mber of her family would possess spatial abilities instead of the illusion we foxkins are known for.
Of course, having the ability to manipulate space sounds like a good thing. However, she said the diviner told her that awakening such powers would bring a curse on that if I don't break it before growing my 9th tail, I will die.
So I guess I am scared this awakening will trigger this curse. She said she had researched what the diviner said and found that he hadn't deceived her.
All foxkin who awakened other abilities instead of illusion didn't live long."
Kent smiled and cupped Arien's cheeks... "Have you t Alina?" Kent asked.
Arien nodded.
"You see. When I t her, she was only a manager at an auction house. She was broken and bitter from a past encounter with a now-dead scum. Back then, before the incident, she only wanted to beco a formation expert. However, due to the evil of n, she couldn't pursue that career.
So we changed her fate, making her one of the greatest formation and array experts in the universe..." Kent smiled and added, "Yes, the entire universe."
"Do you know how that was possible?"
Arien shook her head.
"It is simple, actually. The reason why her fate changed was because of her True Na." Kent smiled, feeling so sense of pride.
"For so reason that I have absolutely no idea how, every last lady I fall in love with was once a legendary figure. Every last one.
So while Alina wouldn't have even been looked at twice if she had tried to join a formation sect, after her True Na awakening, sects would have been the ones chasing after her.
Her True Na changed everything about her.
So I guess what I am trying to say is that she was once a legendary figure who played a key role in the safety of the universe and earned a True Na, and that True Na gave her a new and wonderful life.
This ans True Nas bring out the good in people, not the bad.

Kent pricked Arien's finger and dropped her blood on the True Na awakening token... "Relax and let the process flow freely."
Arien nodded, feeling slightly better. The next second, she was lifted into the air.
