[Sword Bridge - 6th Level]
Kent stood still, his expression calm as he stared at the 6th swordsman he was about to fight.
"Tower, why is he just a Sword Emperor?"
Kent asked, his tone sounding a bit dissatisfied.
It had only been an hour since he entered the sword bridge. However, in these few minutes, he cleared five levels like they were nothing to him.
Obviously, for soone who had knowledge of swordsmanship to the peak of the Sword Legend stage, he surely had so form of superiority against those below that stage.
That was why, when the first level of the sword bridge gave him a Sword King, he beca bored instantly. But it didn't stop there; the next two levels were also Sword Kings.
He ended those battles within five minutes.
When he got to the 4th level, the challenger was a Sword Emperor, and so was the 5th level. Now, it seed he would be facing a Sword Emperor again on the 6th level, and to him, that just didn't make any sense.
From Jest's mories, only the first level was a Sword King. The second, third, and fourth were Sword Emperors, with the 5th level being a Sword Divine and the 6th being a Sword Legend.
But he wasn't getting the sa treatnt here.
[The master should know the sword bridge examines the master's swordsmanship level and assigns a suitable challenge for him.]
"So you are saying that because I am a Sword King, the sword bridge decided to scale the challengers to my level."
[The master is overqualified, but that is how it is, so the master must not be too disappointed.]
Kent smirked, disappointed.
The sword bridge that Jest challenged featured real people as the challengers, but even they couldn't speak. While their swordsmanship is perfect, it isn't the sa as facing a target that can talk and express their emotions.
There is just not that thrill, and so, in the end, Kent defeated the 6th-level Sword Emperor within five moves. The mont he handled that, he stopped climbing the levels.
What he wanted wasn't what he got, so there was no need for him to even continue climbing it. If by chance he managed to one day go back to the Whispering Wind Sword Sect, he would challenge that sword bridge.
But while he was left disappointed, the requirent for him to awaken his sword realm had also been completed. The only thing left was for Jest to challenge the sword bridge again and defeat the 6th-level Sword Legend. The mont that happened, his sword realm would awaken, and he would finally advance to the Sword Emperor stage.
He had already t both requirents to beco a Sword Emperor. The only thing holding him back now was his sword realm.
"This is a bit complicated. While I have no plans to keep myself occupied for now, becoming a Sword Emperor is now a must. I will need my sword realm for the mission I will soon be going on, so I must beco a Sword Emperor and, if possible, even a Sword Divine." He took a deep breath, then he smiled.
"However, I must first et Inaya and find out what happened between us. While I hate to see her again, what I have rembered so far doesn't justify my reluctance to et her.
There must be sothing extrely wrong with why I don't want to et her."
Kent smirked, feeling a bit silly.
Finding out that Inaya was the one who prevented him from killing Seraphina wasn't too much to take in. She was a sword immortal and an Immortal Lord, so that was perfectly normal.
However, what he never saw coming was her becoming the second na on the Sword Dao Tablet.
That was a surprise. He didn't know what happened after she refined the sword god energy and absorbed it, but he knew her na appearing on the Sword Dao Tablet must have sothing to do with what she had gained after
absorbing it.
"When Vexthra told to go to her, she said Inaya had been looking for for years. She even ntioned that she is a Sword Supre.
If that is the case, then why hasn't she beco a Sword Celestial when her na is clearly on the Sword Dao Tablet?"
Kent suddenly felt his back break into a cold sweat.
At once, he felt like he had done sothing to her that, over the years, had prevented her from becoming a Sword Celestial.
"Maybe I am overthinking things. Maybe she is just not ready to take that step yet."
Even after convincing himself, he still couldn't place his finger on the idea that he was, in a way, involved.
"This ans I must et her, and according to Vexthra, Gaia said she is on Planet Brymrr." Kent paused and smiled slightly. "Looks like I have to go back
ho."
From what Kent had gathered, Planet Brymrr is a unique world. This ans there may be gods and even Supres there. This also ans Inaya would be at full strength when they t.
This also ans she would be able to do anything she wanted to Kent without
him being able to say otherwise.
"Tower, I am cooked, aren't I?"

Kent chuckled. There was just nothing that he could do to avoid seeing Inaya. She would be happy to see him for sure, but did that an he would be happy
to see her?
"Tower, sotis it seems the universe just wants to conspire against for
her amusent."
[The master is overthinking.]
"Of course you will support her. I an, you are a cosmic entity yourself, so the
bias is plain as day"
[I am on the master's side always. My loyalty is to the master and will always be
with the master.]
"I know that, and sorry if my words questioned your loyalty."
[The master shouldn't worry. I perfectly understood what the master was
trying to say.]
Kent nodded and then reached into his tower storage and retrieved two more
mory Keys.
These ones belonged to the next incarnation he had once lived: The Ruthless
Bandit.
From what he knew, he was the master of the Night Riders. Uncle Drew and the others tried to hide that from him, but he was too smart.
However, as to why they decided not to say anything, he planned to find out
soon.
"Tower, what are my wives up to?"

and Elaine. However, the legion and the rest of your wives are almost done searching for the clues left on the 7th floor of the dungeon.]
"So they will soon be heading to the 8th floor."
[Yes, master.]
"Good. Inform them to wait for ."
[As you say, master.]
Kent nodded and activated the mory Key. The next second, his
consciousness was sowhere else.
