All over the island, the Elves, following Kent's command, started moving to the Eastern shore, where the ships are on their way to co pick them. Because they had been living in isolation for a long ti, they had only heard rumours of Kent.
Those among them who sotis went to get supplies heard that the entire universe was looking for soone called Kent Madson.
They weren't like the other races out there who had heard and witnessed immortals descend to their planets to look for him.
So in a way, they had no reason to heed his command.
However, when he gave them the command, every last one of them obeyed. Even if they didn't want to, the fact that they were under attack by a threat they couldn't defeat made Kent stepping in the best thing that ever happened to them.
So they quickly sent the injured and the children there while the warriors among them worked to protect them. The battle had ended, but they were still on their guard.
The fact that they had attacked each other without showing any restraint made them see how weak they were and how close they had co to personal annihilation.
However, while they worked to gather their people, Kent stood in the air, his expression calm as he gazed at the five dark fiends.
They stood still, their expressions dark.
Suddenly, Zaila appeared beside him, her gaze narrowed at the five dark fiends. Just like Kent, she also recognised them as dark fiends.
"Don't tell there is another Dark Princess here," Zaila said, her gaze narrowing faintly.
Kent smiled and said, "That is why you are here. Get inside their minds and tell what they know."
Zaila nodded.
Kent knew that if he asked the five dark fiends to snitch on their master, there was a chance they would die. Most powerful beings like the Dark Queen would never allow their subordinates to reveal any secrets.
They would place a curse on them to ensure that whenever they were forced to say anything that would infringe on their safety, they would die.
However, while their sudden deaths would actually allow Kent to steal their mories, whenever the curse was triggered, their minds would be wiped clean before they even died.
So he needed soone like Zaila to get into their minds to get what he wanted.
"Rember, since the Dark Queen created them, there is a chance she might have a defence chanism in place to prevent you from entering. So be careful."
Zaila nodded and closed her eyes. When she opened them, they turned blue, like how they were when she took the Greed King to the Mind Space.
Yet again, she invoked that mind attack. However, instead of taking them to the Mind Space, she entered their minds through their eyes.
One second, she was staring at five dark fiends; the next, she appeared before a towering statue, one that looked both imposing and extrely terrifying.
It was a statue of a lady with three heads, twelve eyes, and six arms. She had two pairs of eyes on each head, amounting to twelve across all three heads.
The mont Zaila saw this statue, she summoned her Mind Disc.
"There would be no need, mortal. You cannot get what you ca here for." Before Zaila could make her move, an ancient voice ca from the head facing her.
Then a terrifying pressure fell from the sky and slamd hard on her. This forced her to her knees, and on the outside, blood seeped from the corner of her lips.
"HMMMM," Kent humd, then he walked toward one of the dark fiends and pressed his finger against its forehead.
His eyes turned red, and at once, a profound aura burst out of him.
"BE GONE." A voice that shook the heavens and the earth slamd into the statue, cracking it.
"What?" the ancient voice shouted, but before she could attempt to repair the damage, the second mind segnt on the Mind Disc glowed, and the rune transford into a giant sword.
It extended about 400 ters and was 150 ters wide. Its sheer size dwarfed the statue by several ters.
"You heard my husband. Be gone." The sword moved and landed on the chest of the statue. The impact was so violent that it rattled the statue first before shattering it completely.
"No... No... N-No... N-N-No..."
The statue crumbled, and in its place, vast runes of mories revealed themselves, allowing Zaila to start taking them. The space started to crack, so she rely stole them, which she would later translate.
On the outside, cracks started appearing on the bodies of the five dark fiends. A few seconds later, they shattered. Zaila was quick to escape before they died.
If she had been a second late, perhaps she would be unconscious now.
"That was dangerous," Zaila said, taking a deep breath.
Kent hugged her from behind. "I know. Sorry for putting you in danger."
"It is nothing. You protected in the end, so there is nothing to be guilty about..." She turned and looked at him, then asked, "Though, I have to ask, how did you do that? I an, that was a god consciousness in the statue, right? So how did you manage to stun her and even cause the statue to crack?"
Kent smiled and scratched his head. "It was a Supre, and well, I rely used the power of my bloodline. You can do the sa if I give you permission."
Zaila looked at Kent for a few minutes before she muttered, "You are a freak of nature." She planted her face on his chest and exhaled deeply.
Learning she had just shattered a statue that held the consciousness of a supre being made her a bit proud.
However, hearing how Kent managed to free her from the ntal suppression and even buy her ample ti to shatter the statue finally told her just what kind of monster her man was.
"No need to be stunned, dear. I am just aweso."
Kent carried her in a princess carry and vanished into the tower. They appeared in the Harem Tower and quickly took her to her treehouse and laid her down to sleep.
She had exhausted her mind, so she needed to rest for a few hours at least before diving back into translating the mories she had stolen.
She slipped into a deep sleep the next second.
Kent covered her body with a warm cloth before returning to the island.
He learned from Chaos's mories that the na of his bloodline held so power. Of course, before then, he had learned from Fla Lord Agni that his na could be harnessed by others as long as he gave them his permission.
However, he had long forgotten about that until recently, when he recovered Chaos's mories.
So when Zaila faced an obstacle she couldn't handle, he tapped into his bloodline and, using his connection with her, invoked his bloodline power in just two words.
That did the trick, bringing an end to the 8th-floor mission and opening the door for a much bigger mission that he would probably go on while Gaia worked on the portal that would take him to the edge of the galaxy.
Three days later, the ships arrived at the shore of the island.
