Now reading: Chapter 1511 Dangerous Battle from Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System, a Action novel by PenDrop.

Kent knew he was in no way at the level where he could fight demigods. In fact, he wasn't even ready to fight a real Immortal King.

So the fact that he charged toward such an existence was already shocking enough. However, he was sohow not getting smashed to a pulp, as one would expect.

If anything, he was holding his own against his opponent. While he was rely fighting an uphill battle, the fact that he hadn't died just yet was very shocking. All fla veins had been activated, so speed-wise, he wasn't lacking much.

Thankfully, his opponent wasn't soone who specialized in speed. He was a brute, so with the little speed Kent had, he was able to keep up with him.

Of course, with hundreds of gods watching, he didn't dare bring out the Jade Void Wings. However, if push ca to shove, he wouldn't hesitate.

"Die, bug!"

Flint ca at Kent with a deadly blow, aiming to smash him to bits. However, Kent moved his body just fast enough to let the fist brush past his chest and fly into the air. Kent used the chance to distance himself.

With the soul map activated, he rely moved his body, and he was several kiloters away. This was helping him live just long enough to observe the battle happening between his ladies and the other demigods.

Sohow, Fallon and Vika managed to pull their opponent away from the city, where the vastness of the wild would enable them to play with her.

Their opponent was actually at a disadvantage.

As ti slowly passed, she started to grow tired, a sign that she was being affected by the poison that Fallon had exploded in her face. However, that wasn't a chance for them to relax. If anything, their opponent only seed to grow stronger the more they stayed out of her reach.

Fallon's innate ability remained active, so whenever they found themselves in danger, it teleported them to safety.

Lene, however, was holding her own against the demigod. Every arrow found its mark. However, a battle against a demigod with the intent to kill is different from looking for an opening to slip away and aid her master.

In short, Lene knew killing her opponent would take too much ti, so she was only using half her focus on the battle while the other half looked for an opening to exploit and escape to Kent's side.

However, whenever she found one, it closed the next second, almost as if her opponent knew what she intended to do and moved to block that opening.

Even more shocking was the fact that whenever he blocked an opening, it remained blocked forever. It shouldn't have been the case, especially in a high-speed battle like this.

Judging by what Lene had observed so far, when an opening is blocked, another should open. However, that wasn't happening. This made her wonder just what the hell was happening.

However, she soon realized that if she didn't kill her opponent, getting to Kent would be extrely hard—almost impossible.

"Damn it," Lene cursed as one barrage after another rained on her opponent.

The longer the battle dragged on, the more attention it drew. Of course, whenever a spectator appeared, the battle that seed to draw their attention was the one happening between Kent and Flint.

They had no idea how to describe a Heavenly Ascension-stage cultivator lasting 20 minutes against a demigod.

While he was injured in several places, Kent never seed to slow down, even for a mont, which stunned them.

"There is a first ti for everything, at least. Today, my eyes have been opened to see the impossible."

"Sa here. If it wasn't because these are people of Lord Hunter, I would have stepped in and saved this kid."

"Such a pity. He has so potential, too bad he had to die."

"I wonder what they did to Lord Hunter to force him into sending three demigods after them."

Just as the God King said that, Kent faltered, creating an opening in his airtight defense. This gave Flint an opportunity to land a killing blow.

Lightning filled the sky as he descended like a mountain.

Far in the distance, Ainna grinned, her expression filled with extre happiness. "You can save him now," she said, knowing this fist would kill Kent regardless of what defense he mounted.

"I said—" she was about to repeat herself when she sensed sothing had changed in the air.

"NO!"

She tried to move her body; however, it was then that she realized why Inaya didn't move when she gave her the go-ahead.

"I—I cannot move."

By then, Flint's fist was only a ter from Kent's chest.

"NOOOOOO!"

Her painful cry filled the air, despair shooting through her body. For a mont, she felt like her life had co to an end.

She tried to move her body, channeling all her supre strength.

However, despite being a Supre, she felt her body freeze. And it wasn't just her; everyone present felt the sa. The only people free were the combatants.

So with horror in her eyes, she could only watch as Flint moved closer, his fist aid to kill. Because she could not move her body, she could not see the look on Inaya's face. However, she knew she had tears in her eyes because she also had tears in hers.

So she shut them, just so she wouldn't see the death of the one person her friend had waited billions of years for die because of her.

BOOOOOOM

A powerful explosion rocked the battlefield, sending a shockwave through it. Ainna, her eyes still shut, felt the shockwave pass over her, causing her to stiffen.

She knew what she had never planned for had happened, and the only thing she could think about was how to face her friend.

She only wanted to punish Kent, but ended up killing him instead.

Slowly, she opened them. She was afraid, saddened, and guilty as her eyelids fluttered open.

However, the sight she expected didn't materialize. Instead, her gaze landed on a large dragon holding Flint's fist in its talons.

This sight stunned everyone. Nobody knew how it happened or even if it should be possible. However, Kent had indeed blocked the punch using his true beast form.

Then, under everyone's stunned gaze, though still frozen, he unleashed a powerful push, sending Flint flying back.

ROAR

Kent let out a powerful roar, his voice spreading far and wide. He raised his head and looked up into the air, the look of disdain appearing in those predatory reddish gold dragon eyes. "Are you going to keep hiding like a coward, or show your sorry self if you have the balls?"

Because the people around were frozen in place, they couldn't look up. However, a few managed to use their divine senses to look higher.

It was then that they saw a red smoke appear in the clouds.

From within, a voice spoke, "Little dragon, you would do well to respect your elders."

"Elders, my foot. In my eyes, a Celestial who seeks to set soone like up to fight a demigod is as useless as they co. Of course, only a loser such as yourself will find joy in the death of children.

But then again, what do I expect from a Soul Temple lapdog?"

Kent wasn't even done when a terrible pressure descended on everyone. His colossal body was forced to the ground, every bone in his body breaking.

Cracks ford all over his colossal body, blood oozing from them.

Up ahead, hissing from the red smoke, a slim-looking old man with a hunchback appeared, holding a spiked spear. He descended and hovered a few ters off the ground.

"I was sent here to take you in alive. However, I now have a reason to kill you." He pointed his spear at Kent and let out a grin.

"That will be one less Spirit Painter."

A reddish ball of unknown energy ford at the tip of his spear, causing the energy crashing down on Kent to triple.

He was forced to transform back to his humanoid form to minimize the damage. However, with every bone in his body broken, blood pouring out from his injuries, nose, mouth, and ears, the only thing left for him was death.

"So long, kid."

The beam shot forward, and under everyone's stunned gaze, it arrived before Kent in an instant.

However, just when the beam could land on him, a bald kid, not older than 13, appeared and caught it with his bare hand.

"You dare hurt Big Brother?"
