Aside from them, it appears Lightning City and Fla City also want to rally behind them and attack this city. Do your best to either turn them against each other or kill as many as you can.
Lastly, find out whether other cities are rallying behind them in secret. To fight them, we must know who we are up against, so it is imperative to cover all bases and ensure no stone is left unturned."
They nodded.
"I suppose that ans the Master won't be joining us on this mission."

Kent watched them leave with a pleased smile. It appeared he wouldn't be leaving Skull City unprotected. His Soul Warriors would make sure Stone City and its allies would have their hands full.
If only Kent realised that by unleashing his Soul Warriors, the three cities would soon know just how dangerous soul battles are.
