"Oh shit."

Kent muttered as he swung his sword, releasing 450 sword arcs at the clone, which appeared with the sa 450 sword arcs as the first-level clone.

Kent, who had the sa skill set as the clone, countered, but the outco wasn't too satisfactory.

The clone overpowered him, but before the sword arcs that passed through his defense could reach him, it blinked away and unleashed an elental attack, summoning a flaming lion.

"72 String Sovereign Strike!"

Kent unleashed yet another skill, making sure he found his rhythm before the split bodies appeared. The attack released 72 razor-sharp, pointed chains made of sword qi.

The clone also unleashed the sa skill, causing the 72 chains to clash mid-air. The attacks collided, creating a powerful shockwave.

Kent had to move back to avoid being pushed further. But he made sure to activate the Doom Shards, shooting them at the clone, which also activated the sa attacks, forcing a smile onto Kent's lips.

"I am fast, but this clone is faster, stronger, and more experienced than ." He took a long swing, defending himself against an attack from the clone.

"But I am human—or a dragon—which ans I can sche. That is also part of mastery and experience as a swordsman.

The ability to sche against your opponent and win for the essence of combat or battle is to win and to win, you must use whatever sche you can co up with to kill your opponent.

A good scher, one who is skilled with the sword, will always win."

Kent knew he couldn't match the clone's raw power or speed head-on. But he had one advantage: creativity.

Using his points now isn't ideal, for he is literally training to go against the odds. Using the points would defeat the purpose of this combat.

If he manages to kill the clone with his current mastery and experience, then when he adds the points to his stats, he can take what he has achieved to the next level.

The clone was a perfect replica of his skills, but it fought predictably, relying on sheer mastery rather than adaptability. Kent, on the other hand, could think outside the box.

The clone may be faster, but if he could create the perfect situation where it wouldn't have that predictability to counter, he could kill it.

However, Kent didn't want to do that yet until the split bodies made their appearance. Right now, the only thing he was aiming for was the appearance of the split bodies.

So he keeps doing his best to defend, stay alive and wait for them to appear.

15 minutes into the battle, the first split body appeared and instantly activated the [True Despair sword Strike,] forcing Kent to also counter using the sword slash skill.

This made him finally understand sothing that forced him to rethink the true nature of the skill. The mont the split body appeared, the main body he was fighting vanished.

This just doesn't make sense if he were to compare this to the first level.

But then he realised sothing which forced him to make contingency plans.

"If I don't kill this split body, I will have more issues on my hand" Kent unleashed 450 sword arcs, creating an explosion that caused the clone to move back.

This gave him two seconds to do whatever he wanted. The diversion worked as the clone was blocked by the smoke from the explosion.

So, he also split his body, and that was when his assumption was validated.

The mont he split his body, he saw the other two split bodies of the clone. Luckily, or perhaps it was just coincidence, the split bodies of the clone failed to register him.

They gave him the chance to attack and kill. But it must be done at the sa ti, or he won't have any chances later.

So, he activated two attacks at the sa ti.

A dark shared stabbed through the body of one body, and he unleashed the True Despair Sword strike on another body, killing them instantly.

It was a big win for him.

On the other hand, the clone, who may have lost its split bodies, didn't seem to care, nor did it falter in its attack.

It was attacking and defending, forcing Kent to keep going while his own split body got into position. It was like seeing from two different angles.

The clone perhaps didn't notice him, or it just didn't want to appear like it had noticed him, but Kent was moving in between attacks while unleashing his own.

Suddenly, the clone lunged forward, its sword a blur of green light. Kent sidestepped, parrying the strike with a precise flick of his blade.

The impact sent a jolt through his arms, but he held his ground. He countered with a quick slash aid at the clone's side, but the clone effortlessly deflected it, its movents fluid and efficient.

Kent retreated a few steps, creating distance.

He needed to buy ti to formulate a plan. His own split body was now moving into position, for he knew he could not win without sacrificing a body. So he was doing all the planning...

The clone didn't give him much room, though.

It pressed the attack, unleashing a flurry of sword arcs that forced Kent to dodge and block in rapid succession. Each strike was precise, each movent calculated to overwhelm him.

But Kent wasn't just defending. He was observing. Slowly, he started to notice things...

He noticed a slight delay in the clone's movents whenever it transitioned between attacks. It was minuscule, barely noticeable, but it was there. A flaw—or perhaps a limitation—in its otherwise perfect technique.

Kent smirked. "Got you."

He knew this was the only chance he could get so. He placed all his cards on the table here, for if he missed this chance, he would have to go and co back later.

aning all the injuries were for nothing.

He feinted a high strike, drawing the clone's sword upward to block. Then, in a split second, he dropped low, sweeping his blade in a wide arc aid at the clone's legs.

The clone reacted quickly, leaping back to avoid the attack, but Kent had anticipated this.

The mont one leg touched the ground, the split body attacked it with a powerful swing that decapitated it from its body instantly.

But that wasn't the only decapitation that happened.

Just when the split body chopped off the clone's leg, Kent also took a wide swing, taking the head of the clone off its body. It was a quick yet precise swing that left the clone's head rolling down the ground.

"Ha"

Kent sighed heavily as he sat on the ground, panting for breath. A few seconds later, the ssage appeared, and a smile appeared on his lips.

The injuries were healed. The rewards ca, and his confidence shot up by several percentages.

"Damn, that was one dangerous battle..." He laid on his back and closed his eyes as he replayed the battle in his mind.

After an hour, he stood up and walked away. Level three will just be him courting death if he were to enter now.

After leaving the Sword Tower, Kent went directly to the Harem Tower, where his ladies were cultivating inside the Yin Pool.

He teleported there instantly.

"Ladies," he muttered, looking at the damsels sitting nude inside the pool. The lineup is just too inviting.

"Join us, Kent," Selene said, but Kent shook his head to the shock of them all.

"While I would love nothing more than to join you, ladies, today is for sothing very important, so this can wait."

"What could be more important than spending ti with nine naked ladies?" Selene asked with a raised eyebrow.

No man with a working dick would reject such an offer, so they all beca puzzled. Certainly, the Kent they knew was functioning quite well, so why reject such an offer?

But Kent just smiled.
