Kent landed on the sword bridge with a sigh, his eyes full of anticipation.
He quickly moved through the first and second levels, which didn't trigger any challenge, considering he had long dealt with them.
However, the mont he stepped into the third level, a figure clad in blue armor appeared. Of course, it was a copy of him in blue armor.
The clone has blue hair, just like the second level, which had green hair, and the first, which had white hair. This trend suggests that the subsequent ones will also be unique.
However, when the figure appeared, Kent sensed the unfathomable energy surrounding him. He saw the challenge, and it brought a smile to his handso face.
"This should be fun."
He extended his hand, and his sword appeared in his grip, causing his level nine Enhanced sword intent and qi to explode.
If this was when he battled the second level, he would have felt his energy crashing down hard on them, but this one was different. Its energy was clashing with Kent's.
'At this level, even diocre sword Saints wouldn't be able to even withstand a strand of my energy.
However, a smile appeared on his face, and it wasn't one of fear or uncertainty. It was one of expectation.
He may not have had much battle experience… but that was in this life.
His life as Jest was a different ball ga. For years, he road around in the Sword Valley, facing one danger after another.
That survival instinct, that sixth sense, and that confidence to stand tall had finally beco part of him. He had beco that confident.
So watching the sword in his hands and the clone before him, he couldn't help but smile.
Then he moved and unleashed a powerful sword attack aid right at the heart of the clone. Naturally, the clone crossed its sword over its chest, blocking the attack.
But Kent was a step ahead. He moved to his left and unleashed another sword slash, sending a sword arc at the clone's left arm.
However, before he could connect that attack, Kent felt the space behind him crack just as the clone swung its sword.
He expected many things, but he never expected a skill he had just learnt to be used this early in battle. But he had to use it because he wanted to see how it worked.
Of course, he was ready for everything, so this didn't change anything. Instead, his plan remains the sa.
"Got ya," he muttered with a smile.
As Kent had planned, the sword arc erged from the void and landed on the clone's body, cutting it in half. However, the mont its body was severed, it dispersed into sparkles, revealing it was rely a split body.
This would have caused any human or beast to raise an eyebrow, but before the clone could make a move, thousands of sword arcs appeared in the air, raining down on him.
The sheer force sent the clone flying across the space, landing heavily on the ground. But before it could get back up, Kent unleashed an attack that vanished from sight.
"Fractured Void."
The space cracked open again, and from within the fissure, a powerful sword arc flashed out, severing the clone's head from its body.
It was a clean cut—perfectly calculated and executed, leaving no room for error.
This ti, the clone didn't use the split body, so the cut was the death blow.
"That was very fun," Kent muttered, watching as the benefits were awarded to him.
At that very mont, his sword skills seed to have been perfected even further, and his comprehension speed took a significant leap.
Having mories of his past had helped him greatly.
Now, he could already see the end and knew it would be fun regardless of what happened next.
Even before the battle had truly heated up, he had already seen a way to kill the clone, all thanks to the experience from his past life.
His swordsmanship had evolved, and with it, he was already on the path to becoming a monster by the ti he fully assimilated his experience.
The mories are his, and he still has two chances to unlock more.
"If that's the case, doesn't that an I can just recall my mories, and that will be all?" Kent muttered.
⟪Master should know that having the mories ans learning to improve upon them.
I have just now identified several mistakes you made in that life during your battles, and if you do not improve on them, you will only make them again.
So instead of seeing these mories as a shortcut, see them more like a cheat you can use to correct past mistakes, improve upon them, and add new experiences to them.⟫ Dori, the Mind Weaver, said, making Kent smile.
"That is why you are here, Dori—to help fix those mistakes. So why don't we do that now before challenging the fourth level?"
⟪Okay, Master.⟫
Dori wanted to laugh, watching the Guy Fawkes mask they had drawn on Kent's face, but she knew this was an important mont, so she held back.
But the sa couldn't be said for Gaia and Akira, who were giggling as they watched him.
Dori waved her hand, and 43 scenes appeared in the air. Each scene was a mory of Kent's past life, showing Jest executing moves that, according to Dori, were flawed.
So they began to work on them.
She was a weaver, so she weaved the correct moves, and based on the weave, Kent would be taught accordingly. Naturally, she was doing everything while Kent sat and assimilated the effects.
Strangely, it wasn't a tedious process, so they wasted only two hours. By the ti she was done, Kent indeed felt he had improved and was now aware of the mistakes he would have made if he had continued using the mories as they were.
But now that he had developed and mastered the fixes, he beca much more confident.
"Thank you, Dori." He didn't forget to show his appreciation.
But the mont that was done, he moved toward the fourth level. The mont he appeared, a new figure erged. This one was clad in dark armor, just like him.
The only difference was that the clone version of him had dark hair, while his own was purple. Aside from the hair, the clone also wielded a much longer sword than his own, and the Profound sword qi and intent surrounding it were at the third level.
'A level three Profound Sword Qi and Intent.'
"This is just great. A good battle, I see." He smiled, then looked back at himself, who was a clone, before unleashing his aura.
The mont the two clashed, he felt the disparity, which only made him smile more. Then they engaged, and a fierce battle was underway.
