There are two people in the world.
There are the others, and then there is Kent.
The brat is just shaless and infuriating.
Hating and loving him is the hardest thing a person can do. In fact, Kent is just too annoying.
Elaine, who was receiving his request, just didn't know what to say. She sat there for ten straight minutes, not knowing what to say.
This brought the remaining ti to 40 minutes.
"Well, lady, are you going to give it to , or should I ask my dear friend Annabelle?" Kent asked. Annabelle was also done and was looking at the two.
Hearing Kent would ask for her cauldron, she quickly put it in her space ring. This caused many, including Kent, to laugh.
"Co take it," Elaine sighed.
Kent smiled and went for the cauldron. He tapped into his space ring, retrieved a gourd of water, and quickly cleaned the inside of the cauldron—even wasting five minutes just cleaning it.
"Then I will start. Watch closely, for today might be your first and last ti watching the Perfect Alchemist at work."
Kent's words drew everyone's attention as he lit the Blue Void Fla. The mont the fla ca out, its intensity increased, enveloping the entire cauldron.
"What in the world... That is Elaine's technique!" The fanatics of Elaine recognized her technique imdiately.
Elaine also beca shocked watching Kent use her fla control art.
They called it the Hugging Cauldron Fla Control Art.
It basically envelops the entire cauldron like it was hugging it. It's her signature technique; not even her master can use it since it ca with her pill fla.
"I hope you don't mind borrowing your pill fla control technique too," Kent smiled, making Elaine's expression one of shock.
"Don't worry, I will give you the complete technique after you are done being my servant. But for now, watch closely."
Kent waved his hand, and the lid slid off the cauldron.
He waved his hand again, and the fourteen ingredients flew up and hovered above the opened end of the cauldron.
This even made everyone widen their eyes, thinking he was about to do complete extractions. This ans he will be sending the entire ingredient set into the cauldron.
However, Kent didn't do that, considering he hadn't mastered that technique yet.
He would have to beco a Pill Grandmaster first and, perhaps, a Pill Saint before he would get that far and be knowledgeable.
But today, he was shocking everyone by using Elaine's pill fla technique and her cauldron to compete against her.
Naturally, her technique was sothing Kent received when he first opened the Primordial Pill Records back when he just arrived in the mortal realm.
It's a good pill-fla control art, but it isn't the best. Basically, the Hugging Cauldron Fla Control Art is just a small part of the real technique called the Alchemy Hugging Fla Art.
Kent knew all that because the first form, which was the Hugging Cauldron Fla Control Art, was given to him when he was just a novice.
Now, he has the second and third forms, which are the Alchemist Palm Welcoming Art and the Purification Ritual Art.
"Your technique is required to be used with the cauldron opened," Kent said. "Now watch."
He moved his hand as if forming a seal, and from the inside of the cauldron, two open palms rose, taking hold of an ingredient and pulled it into the cauldron.
"What was that?" soone asked, but before an answer could co, another set of palms rose and took the second ingredient into the cauldron.
"Don't tell he managed to extract the essence in under a minute."
All of these questions were being answered whenever the set of palms rose and took in any ingredient.
Within five minutes, all fourteen ingredients were taken in, and the fla rose again.
Kent burned the impurities while condensing the pill at the sa ti. It was one of those rare sights any alchemist would be privileged to see.
Within twenty minutes, the pill was ford. But the mont it was ford, everyone sighed. They expected the light that was rumored to co out of the cauldron when a perfect pill was ford.
It didn't appear here, making them wonder just where his initial bragging ca from. So started cursing at him, but a few were paying attention.
Naturally, those cursing realized he wasn't done, so they stopped.
But watching Kent smiling, they wanted to know if he was just wasting their ti.
"This is the final part," Kent said, changing the control of the fla. At once, the fla changed as five opened palms rose from the cauldron, with the pill hovering at the center.
He changed it again, and that was when the opened palms closed slightly and soon covered the pill.
Everyone gasped, watching this display with shocked expressions.
It just didn't make sense.
At most, he should be doing that inside the cauldron, but now the pill was outside of it, covered by five opened palms.
It wasn't sothing they'd seen before.
Kent held his smile for another five minutes before a brilliant light ca from the open fingers of the five palms, turning everyone's shocked expressions to expectations.
This, of course, was because they wanted to see their first perfect pill.
It didn't take long since the mont the light receded, the flaming hands dispersed, leaving only the pill to remain hanging in the air.
Gasp.
Everyone gasped, watching the pill that didn't require even an appraisal to know it was a perfect pill. looked beautiful and perfectly clean.
"I never thought I would ever see a perfect pill in this life or the next," soone from the audience said, making everyone nod.
Soone also wondered, "So he really is the perfect alchemist. Why does it look unbelievable despite him being right in front of us?"
"That's because while we are only alchemists, he is a swordsman and an alchemist. This ans he is walking two paths, yet he is better than us. Does that clear your confusion for you?"
The alchemists there sighed, watching as Kent placed the pill in an expensive pill bottle. He then looked at Elaine and smiled.
"Don't worry, you can always call Kent. No need to call master, unless you want to."
Everyone sighed, knowing there was no need to argue this. Kent won fair and square. However, while there were those who understood reason, there were also those who just didn't want to accept reality.
"Are you sure you want to take the disciple of a Pill Saint as your servant?" a voice ca from the VIP room.
