Old Sword sat down in the air, ready to watch all 19 moves Kent would be making using Intent Solidification.
As a swordsman, this was a mont he would kill for, and now that he had a chance, he didn’t want to waste it, even if the current intent Kent would be displaying was but an incomplete form of it.

Kent smiled.
The intent solidification was sothing Jest had been researching long before he began searching for a way to the immortal world.
He did manage to find sothing, but he didn’t put his all into it.
So, since Jest only managed to grasp an incomplete mastery, it ant Kent had not yet fully grasped it either.

Lady Enzi continued to stare at Kent for a full minute before calling the next person, a Wolfkin. He looked like he had given up as he moved toward the stage.

As soone who was praised by a Sword Emperor, going against him was already a losing battle.
Kent saw his beaten expression and smiled.
"Chin up, buddy, at least you will be making it into the Inner Sect, that is a win in my book," Kent said, and the Wolfkin smiled weakly.
"I guess you are right. In that case, let’s have a good fight."
"That is the spirit." Kent locked his gaze on the wolf boy, and for a mont, he saw a killing intent locked on his body, but it vanished the next second.
’Well, I will be damned, this kid has rather good control over his killing intent. He must have killed his fair share of people.’
Kent didn’t appear to sense the intent and rely stood there.

The wolf boy howled and dashed at Kent.
At that mont, Old Sword activated his sword gaze, locking it on every move Kent was about to make. To him, the speed at which the wolf boy had just moved was but a slow movent, so when Kent flicked his hand, he saw everything.
It was at that mont that he saw what had eluded him for centuries.
It was subtle.
Invisible to the naked eye.
Sharp and faster.
The intent in the air, thanks to his sword gaze, had beco slightly visible. He saw how they moved and ford when Kent moved his hand.
He saw how they solidified, turning into a thin blade, one that was both formless and edgeless. However, while none of this should be possible, he saw it move and cut the wolf boy in half.
Then it vanished.
’I need to see it once more,’ Old Sword said, waiting for the next opponent to co.
When Kent handled the next disciple, he managed to capture more details.
He saw the formless form of the sword intent solidify. However, it wasn’t complete like a true blade should be.
But even so, it moved, sharpening as it moved through the air, cutting his opponent in half, who happened to be Princess Freya.
Her death was painless and instant.
One mont she was on the stage, the next she was on the outside.
The more attacks unleashed, the quicker Old Sword’s understanding expanded until the 18th person arrived. That was when his knowledge of intent Solidification clicked.
At the mont his understanding ford, Kent sensed a change in the air, which told him his job was done.
’With a re basic master, it will be hard to use it to kill a swordsman with a robust sword intent successfully.
However, with calculated precision, one can easily use it to end battles. Unexpected attacks, ones that no one would expect, can be unleashed thanks to intent solidification.
Of course, if Jest’s theory is valid, then one day, with just intent, I can cleave through planets and pluck stars from the sky.’
Kent raised his head and looked at Old Sword, who smiled back at him.
To Kent, this was rely an exchange, but to Old Sword, this was what he had been looking for all these years.

The mont he gave the order, Kent snapped his fingers and the sky turned golden, instantly forming into a storm.
Nyss, who was about to move, suddenly felt her body sealed.
"How?"
She asked, not understanding how Kent sealed her. Kent, of course, didn’t mind her. Instead, using his mind, he raised her body up, and from the cloud, a lightning bolt fell, landing on her body.
It went through her body, making her spasm before tossing her out. Kent didn’t kill her; instead, he electrocuted her and tossed her out, causing the cheeky demon girl to scream in pain.
Kent remained smiling for a few seconds before Nyss suddenly shot up on her feet and lifted her hand. A dark fla appeared, bringing a shocked expression to her face.
Kent’s smile widened.
"How?" Nyss asked again, jumping onto the stage.
"I electrocuted you," Kent answered.
"But just how did that break the seal on my soul fla?"
"It’s just a Tier 11 seal; breaking it wasn’t too hard." Kent shrugged, looking like he didn’t care that he had just broken a Tier 11 seal, sothing many array masters are still struggling with. Of course, if Alina were around, she would have clapped for him.
One of the gifts she gave him before they separated was a way to break Tier 12 seals and below. And Kent, who had already sensed the seal on Nyss since the mont she touched him, had been planning on helping her.
But who would have thought his chance would co through a duel and even get a chance to electrocute the sneaky demoness who had been annoying in the past few days?
"That sneaky witch, I am going to enjoy killing her," Nyss said, her eyes completely black as her body exuded so of her killing intent.
So who knew her character took a few steps back.
"Who do you want to kill?" Kent asked.
"My stepmother... She was the one who sealed my soul fla and had set back several years."
Kent just chuckled, "Good luck then."
And just like that, the duel was over.
