Nero and subject #009 appeared elsewhere in the mountain range. Since he laid his eyes upon her he knew she was really powerful so he must go all out. He imdiately used one of his trump cards, partial dragonifacation on his fists, he did his best to conceal it.

Before the girl before him could finish her sentence, Nero’s ominous red eyes lifted, locking onto her with a deathly stare.
A chilling premonition of danger washed over her, there was sothing wrong with this man, he beca all dangerous suddenly. She hadn’t recorded enough data, she hadn’t foreseen this. She realized her mistake a fraction of a second too late.
Nero’s fist was already upon her, whistling through the air as it shot toward her face.
The punch was blindingly fast. The thought to react had barely ford in her mind before his fist made intimate, brutal contact with her jaw.
"BOOM!"
"CRACK!"
An imnse force, superheated with steam, shot through her skeleton. In a single, horrific instant, accompanied by the shriek of bursting bone and tearing flesh, she was hurtled flying far in the distance carving a deep gouge in the mountain causing it to tremble.
Nero who was about give chase frowned as he stopped, from the wreckage of the impact a powerful aura burst out like a pillar of light that shot to the sky.
Booom!
From the other side, a tall silhouette could be seen walking out, imnse pressure soon followed.
Upon laying his eyes on her again, all the fine hair on Nero’s back stood like a hedgehog about to attack. Long cascading golden hair, inverted golden eyes, golden wings, and sharp talons, she had also unleashed one of her trump cards, using demonification.
While the pressure coming from her wasn’t comparable to the one his forr elder sister have it wasn’t far from it.
Unconsciously, the corner of his lips curved upward, his blood was boiling so much his skin reddened as if a steam engine was underneath them. Once again this fight would be the most intense he ever fought while at the sa ti generating the biggest rewards obtain thus far.
’’How ungentlemanly of you to interrupt a lady during her speech.’’ subject #009 said as if she was admonishing Nero but in reality, she wasn’t, she was using this as a cover to gauge his reaction but Nero’s expression was impassive except for the smile slowly forming on his face.
Crack!
The air underneath his feet cracked due to the sheer force he put into his leg’s muscle before shooting forward and arrived before her with another earth shattering punch but this ti she wasn’t caught off guard, her enhanced eyesight let her see the trajectory of the deadly punch, she could react, in the split of a second she titled her head slightly to the side, enough to avoid the punch which cut through the air.
Nero was not shocked one bit because he had expected this, the mont his punch passed her head, he opened his hand and a blazing crimson fla covered them to form five distinct fla claws, he drove them back trying to claw her head.
As if she had eyes at the back of her head she imdiately tried to dodge and retaliate at the sa ti, it was when she saw his smiling face growing larger.
While clawing at her head from the back he also attacked in the front with his right knee covered in a spiky fla knee protector, aiming straight at her abdon.
In the last mont, she snickered, the golden harpy wings on her back moved simultaneously, one moving upward at her back to block the claws while the other moved in the front to protect her, both wings were soon covered in a faint shimring shine.
Everything happened in an instant, both attacks connected but much to Nero’s shock he felt like he struck an iron plate, although his expression was placid as the surface of a lake, he was not pleased. He thought he would use the elent of surprise to deal a little damage but it seems he had underestimated this woman before him too much. He imdiately jumped back, putting so distance between them.
They stared at each other in silence, they could see wariness in each other’s eyes.
Nero inwardly let a sight escape before mumbling "Partial Dragonifacation!" under his breath and instantly a transformation followed.
His height elongated past two ters, his hands turned into sharp crimson claws, crimson scaly covered his legs, shredding the fabric he wore and his shoes. A thick crimson tail appeared at his back, his already ominous red eyes beca more powerful, more dangerous, his pupils were slightly inverted, and two curved horns appeared on his forehead. His upper torso cloth was shredded into pieces which crimson scales covering his perfect abs moving upward untill reaching half of his upper torso, strangely they didn’t move towards the mysterious blue tattoo running through the back of his back until his neck, as if afraid of it, his ears elongated, the temperature plumted to several degree, if one looks closely one could see amidst all the crimson scales covering his body, a few shimring golden ones, if the crimson scales were emitting hot heat, then the small shimring golden ones were crackling, emitting static electricity.
At the end of Nero’s transformation, his aura quickly rose from the middle rank Red Knight to peak Red Knight then early rank Purple Knight, progressing as if it could break the entry level to the middle realm before abruptly stopping, his current rank wasn’t far from the woman before him.
Although, subject #009 rarely shows emotions on her face, right now her mouth was wide open, disbelief etched on her face.
’’Are you perhaps a runaway mber of our organization?" She couldn’t help but blurt this out and it was Nero’s turn to wear an incredulous expression, wondering if too much shock had fried her brain for her to spout such nonsense.
’’What the hell are you spouting?" For the first ti since eting her, he spoke, he couldn’t understand at first but quickly understood where the confusion resulting in her question ca from.
Like a mber of that damned organization he possessed a skill that let him transform, temporarily boosting his strength, the transformation wasn’t rely in terms of strength, his appearance changed as well just like them no wonder she asked that absurd question.
For so reason he felt deeply unsettled, like an original, superior item being compared to an inferior item, a fake, this comparison was infuriating not to say at least.
’’Do not lump together with you bunch!" he spat, his eyes filled with hatred and blatant disgust. She understood she made a mistake.
’’I see!"
