His voice dropped to something lower.

A pause occurred in their conversation as Jasmines heart was way too overwhelmed to mount a response.
Then, he added more softly:

Just as Vex vanished into the hallway with the munication artifact in hand, a voice cut across the [Masters Link] with surprising weight.
He straightened unconsciously.
He opened his mouth to speak, but she didnt let him.
A pause.
Her voice softened, but it didnt lose its resolve.
Silence followed.
A grin that made the girls shiver unconsciously emerged slowly on his lips. It was cocky like never before, letting the full weight of his confidence settle in his aura.
