Missing only one was an achievent that even many elders from the Soul Master Towers of the major kingdoms might not be able to accomplish.

A sharp intake of breath was heard. The few Soul Refiners who had arrived at Luan Hong’s station were staring, dumbfounded.
At Luan Hong’s station, all thirty-nine materials had been identified, without a single error or omission. A perfect score.

For this task’s subject, the top Soul Refiners from the major kingdoms had intentionally chosen the White Tiger Martial Soul.
The White Tiger Martial Soul was a relatively common one. Basically, any Soul Refiner would know how to enhance it. The key, however, was that there were only two commonly known thods for enhancing a White Tiger Martial Soul.
Only those Soul Refiners who had studied it in depth or had profound attainnts in Soul Refining could co up with a third thod. As for the fourth, even most Peak of Third Grade Soul Refiners in the Thirteen Nations Alliance rarely knew it.
The fifth thod was only occasionally circulated among the Fourth Grade Soul Refiners of the Thirteen Nations Alliance, and very few people could actually execute it.
Therefore, these results were not surprising.
